Just like your average AutoZone retailer. Not a lot of employees jumping to help you. I stopped here for one thing and naturally left with more than what I came for. It s a nice quiet AutoZone in a decent area.

I want the manager know that your employee Taylor Kunselman went above and beyond to help us remove a battery we got told by Jiffy Lube that they couldn't remove the battery and he was able to help us. Whatever you are paying him is not enough. Please give him the recognition that he deserves

Always good to me. Friendly service & helpful. Knowledgeable. Nice clean store. They perform diagnostic testing at no charge. I am grateful for this.

Been here before and got some great help. Today, I rolled in because my key fob battery was low. Ludwig helped me and man, that guy checks all the boxes. Customer service? Check. Friendly banter? Check. Knowledge of what he was doing? Check. Advice? Check. Just an overall wonderful experience that took hardly any time. Whoever interviews people at this place deserves recognition because the employees are always so welcoming. Keep up the stellar work! Go Ludwig, you the man!!!

BUYER BEWARE: I bought chains for my 2021 Mazda Cx5 on their website to pick up in store. The website has you input your car information and suggests products that fit your car. It does not take certain models into account. I purchased 2 sets of snow chains for my car, went to try them on, and they were 3 inches too small.Of course I tried to return them and was told it's their policy to not take back chains if the seal is broken on the box. They have very clearly never been used (photo attached), but still nothing. The manager tried to explain it as best as they could and clearly felt awful about it, but the bottom line is, their return policy on chains definitely doesn't have the customer in mind at all. I bought the chains because I trusted their website, but I was let down. Don't do what I did, buy your chains elsewhere from a company who actually puts the customer first and rights its wrongs.

Not only did they have the parts we needed but the gal behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful and super nice. Would definitely recommend using this place for your parts and if you get the gal behind the counter you should be as pleased as I was. With the world short staff how wonderful it would be to have just one person like the gal that was so nice and so helpful and every place that was open for business.

Pretty fast service even if there are only a couple of employees and a lot more customers than that. The person helping me with my order tried his best to get me the part I needed with very little instructions, as I was picking up a part someone else had asked me to get that I didn't know much about. I got the necessary part at a good price within a few minutes. Also, the location is clean and convenient. I'd come back here if needed.

Usually have what I need. Today I needed an odd size battery for a key fob. They had one, onlooker one, but I needed two. The staff checked stock at other locations and found another one for me.

Didn t get the employees name but he was tall and wearing glasses and he didn t seem to want to help me whatsoever. He was short with me, unengaged and felt unwilling to help answer my questions. He made my business feel unappreciated. I have come to this store before and received great service so I was bummed to have this experience. I don t know if I will return in the future.

Fantastic customer service. Was helped by a manager, i think it was Kirsten. She helped me find a socket I needed and recommended another location for something they were out of stock for. Will be returning!

My shopping experience was made simple, enjoyable and educational thanks to Colgie. His customer service and knowledge were as slick as the engine oil I purchased. An excellent location for your auto needs.

So i come in here and ask the first person i see (the manager in a grey shirt) if they carry a 1" to 5/8" reducer/adapter. He says "if" they have it, it would be in aisle 7. Pretty sure he just assumed i wanted an exhaust reducer but obviously didnt pay any attention to what i said because ive personally never heard of a 5/8" exhaust pipe. Couldve asked me for more details or walked over with me since there was noone in line behind me, but i guess he'd rather stand around while the redshirts worked.I came back to the counter a chubby kid who i dont think was even clocked in yet asked if i needed help. I asked him for 6 feet of heater hose. I could tell he was new because he asked what size heater hose. I tried to be nice and said 5/8". He went and looked and came back and said he couldnt find any. I asked if i could look and he brought me back. I found the heater hose and explained to him that all heater hose was 5/8" with the exception being 3/4" sometimes. He took the info graciously and we went back to charge me for the hose.I know this isnt a repair shop, but it doesnt matter what you think you know or what you think your title makes you too good for, the difference is that this kid at least made the effort and lifted a finger. You should make him the new manager and maybe he could set a better example of good customer service.

Outstanding service. Super clean and well organized. Checking out was asked if I wanted help putting in the breaklight and I said yes. Alexander came out to my car and promptly replaced the light. Thank you for the great customer experience. We'll be back.

The folks at this store are great. I worked with Shane and Alexander on a purchase of tire chains. They made sure I got the right size and even price matched one of their competitors to save me some cash. If you need auto parts, definitely check this location out.

Usually get great customer service coming into Autozone. Whoever the male associate is with the ponytail doesn't want to help people. Sad customer service skills. Very short and extremely unwilling to go out of his way for his customers. Would rather be short and watch his customers struggle with no help... At all... Wish I could put zero stars. If that's the best you got, I'll be going to the competitor from now on.

AutoZone always seems to have what I need on hand which is a plus and they are close to my house which saves me money.

Great service. Helped me get the correct battery, the spray to clean up the corrosion, and anti corrosion pads for my new battery. Topher was a lot of help today!

Great workers who go the extra mile to make sure you can get whatever parts you need for your rig. I only rated a 4/5 because their employees are not very experienced and probably need some sort of professional training for learning about what they sell. They should be able to tell what is oil and what is transmission fluid. Haha! The guy literally handed my father 3 bottles of oil instead of the transmission fluid he was purchasing. It was kind of funny, very sad, and kind of frustrating.

Very good service the only time I've been in there. Just looking for replacement headlight bulbs and the guy working there gladly looked up what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. Can't ask for more than that. I'll be returning here rather than O'Reillys.

We stopped in late, almost closing. I was unsure as to the head lamp I needed and Trenton went out to my car and took out the burnt lamp for comparisson. With the correct bulb Trenton quickly put the new one in! His customer service, quickness and knowledge was impressive. Thank you so much Trenton for all your help and a safe drive home!

While replacing my wife's window regulator, I unboxed the part that I had ordered and outraged, believed that I had been given the wrong part. I returned to the store to return the part, fully ready to never shop at AutoZone again. Julie was beyond patient with me. As she was preparing to process the return, she took a quick look at the part and saw that I was mistaken, she had in fact given me the correct part. She even explained to me how the regulator fit inside the door panel. I'm a bit embarrassed for jumping to conclusions, but beyond grateful for the service. The window is working like a charm. Thank you Julie.

Need more staff and need to update their phone policy. Phone calls have priority over people standing in line. I questioned it after waiting for the counter guy to finish with the 7th call. He said phone calls do have priority. Even over people who have made an effort to come in with cash in hand? He said yes and 3 customers walked out.

Brand new store. Lot of new stuff. The worker dont have enough knowledge to know other parts. Company should provide them the training wkly or some kind of a program to better them selves instead of just a cashing people out and looking at parts. I hate to be that worker not knowing anything

Heads up! Employees do not greet you and was not busy at all. Two girls sitting in a corner gossiping, while the manager standing close by as if he was busy. What keeps me from ever shopping here again is the fact I was never acknowledged while a manager was present, meanwhile I found what I was looking for after browsing the store for 10 minutes, however, not worth my $60 in spending next time.
