I had really bad hard water spots for about a year and didn't think to get them removed until it was getting hard to see. I scheduled an appointment and was told it would take about 4 hours to finish. When I picked up my car I couldn't believe how great my car looked, it looked like I just got a new car and I recieved so many compliments on it. We also scheduled my partners car that same day for a later date. My car was double checked a week later to make sure they fine detailed any little spots but I had let him know my apartment complex got hard water spots all over it again (didnt know apartment was the source of them at first and was fixed) and he was able to redo my car on short notice as he didn't realize it was that bad. After the second time my car looks freaking amazing and I'm so glad they are friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend and can't wait until we bring in our other car.*One picture is when I woke up to water all over it from sprinklers and then the other is after they got all the hard water spots off*Service: Auto detailing

After going back and forth on it for a while, I finally bit the bullet and brought my car in for an interior detailing here a few weeks ago. I don't have the fanciest car out there, but I take pride in and good care of my car. I wanted to wait until I found a place that I trusted would feel the same way. This is that place. Damian did a great job. Looked and felt like a new car when I went to pick it up and it still has that same look and feel weeks later. I love how it turned out and I felt the cost was fair. If I ever want to have the interior done again or get the exterior detailed, I wouldn't bring it anywhere else but here.

I took my 2008 IS 250 Lexus to Automax for the first time on Oct 7, 2020. I look at the reviews first before making appointments, andDamian had many positive reviews. I keep my car very clean, but when I went to pick it up from his shop, it looked brand new just like it was on the showroom floor. His prices are just as good. You can see he s very much a professional and cares about his work. I would recommend Damian from Automax to everyone who is looking for an amazing car detail, inside and out. Damian did an excellent job detailing the outside of my car. The water spots on my windows and paint are gone, and the entire car shines better than when I picked it up from the dealership new. Took my cousins car into get detailed (it was a disaster). When I picked up the car the aroma of smoke was completely gone, and the interior looked amazing! It literally looked/smelled brand new. Damian was very helpful and accommodating with answering all my questions and concerns. The exterior of my car looked amazing!!! He even buffed out some scratches on my bumper. However, I was disappointed with the interior. Little details were missed such as my steering wheel (large visible smudge) and the vacuuming was spotty. Also, door frames and inside of my gas cap area were still dirty. I was always so pleased in the past with my details but I think there is new ownership... ? : /Edit: After posting this review, Damien contacted me to make things right and offered an additional refund. I appreciate his good business practice.

I took in my 1999 4runner after some pretty ugly scratches from a weekend in the mountains. I really didn't think they would be completely buffed out, but Damien spent extra effort to do the job well. I had the whole truck polished and it honestly looked like it was off the lot in 1999. Price was completely fair. Will return for a yearly polish because it was quality work and I love my truck. Thanks Damien!

The only thing better than their work is their prices. I've had my cars detailed in over 12 states, and they are by far the best I have experienced. The staff is hospitable and their high attention to detail left my car looking better than when I bought it. I have been getting compliments on the car constantly, and asked multiple times if I repainted it because of how clean it looks. I highly recommend them to anyone who want their car to look show room ready all the time.

Damian has great attention to detail!I bought a 2016 4Runner a few weeks ago before the dealership had time to detail it and now it looks like I came off the lot!Great price for the work he put into it.I ll definitely be returning and recommending to everyone I know!

Excellent service. My black Mustang now looks better than new. Damian removed the VentureShield pressure sensitive clear vinyl that I installed 2 years ago and was experiencing some bubbling issues. The issues were paint related therefor it was necessary to repaint and clear coat the hood. This was done out of shop and turned out excellent. He then applied 3 coatings of Aero Shield Diamond ceramic paint protection. He also treated the windshield and did an excellent job on the interior. I .highly recommend Automax.

Had my Impreza done by another company previously and these guys blew them out the water cannot even compare. Running my fingers across my car is like running across butter. Damien does a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend him. The shop was clean and had a warm and welcome greeting when I got there didn't feel like I was pressured and some of the questions I asked for answered very well. Definitely will be back and even going to bring the wife's car in for a full detail very pleased with the work.

It was my first time going here. Thought Iwould give it a try. The guys were reallyprofessional and informative on what they feltthe car needed and what it didn't for the time being. Did a great job restoring my headlightsand wash and light wax for winter protection. Didn't try to charge me for stuff I didn't need.Thanks Guys for the first time trial run. . I came back a 2nd time and got a window treatment that's really amazing. Also retouched the lights. Once again did great job. Thinking about going exclusive.

We had someone break into our vehicle by smashing in the window, leaving glass scattered throughout the back and passenger seats. Automax was able to get us in quickly. They were very professional and we are extremely happy with their interior detailing services. We will be bringing all of our vehicles there and so should you!

You stole $400 from me and I want it back! Paid for a gift card for my dad's bday, booked an appointment, shop was closed when he showed up. We have called I'm not joking 100 times, rings 3 times and hangs up, no chance to leave a voicemail. Left a Facebook message for you to call me, never did. We have tried to give you several chances to redeem yourself ans would have been happy to reschedule... I get it, sometimes life happens and maybe couldn't make it to the shop... but we spent $400 on a gift card that we can't use because you won't call back or shop is closed when we show up.Service: Auto detailing

Automax performed an interior detail on my very dirty 2005 Dodge Ram. I asked for the hot water treatment which started at $150 (increased from the basic $99). I called and setup an appointment. When I arrived I was informed that my interior was particularly dirty and would run me more like $175. I was a little put off by this (but understanding). The gentleman I spoke with didn't seem to exude confidence that he could complete the job in the time we agreed upon (same day) or for the price we just negotiated. I told him I was comfortable paying the $175 so "do what you can with that". I was a little uneasy leaving and even had second thoughts. They did in fact finish same day and when I saw the results, WOW I was impressed. This truck looks brand new inside. They did a fantastic job. I gave four stars because when I dropped the truck off he could've done a better job assuring me they could handle it and hold up their end of the deal. They seem to be great at what they do, though, so give em a shot!

Damien did a great job, no complaints here. I could tell he truly had our family's best interest at heart and he didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Better price then we would have got else where and he did the job in a timely manner and was easy to contact and communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I've used these guys now for 3 of my cars the last couple years. Absolutely Amazing at really fair prices. Damian pays attention to the little things and that is why in my opinion he's the best in the business. I highly recommend their services. Very customer friendly focused. Damian did a great job on my Dodge Dart. My wife had spilled a smoothie all over the passenger seat!!! and the car was a mess. Got it back looking like new inside. Very happy with the work done.

Damien is great. I completel screwed up my car trying to polish and wet sand it and he completely restored it to brand spanking new. A really nice guy and he eve stayed open until later to.completely finish my job; that's customer service. I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing auto body workMatt

Needed our car detailed after the trip up from California and the winter weather. Did much research looking for a place to go for a detail. Contacted 2 places only one responded, Automax Professional. What a great detail job done. Took their time and the car looked like it came off the new car lot. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a great job done on their car. Will be going back again.

After a rough start Damien did a good job cleaning up my truck and brought to my attention the fact that my paint was most likely still under warranty. As it turns out he was correct and I have submitted a claim.

I recently had an unfortunate run in with a local car wash that left my vehicle with awful scratches and swirls all over. I mean pretty much every panel had damage.Automax did an amazing job polishing resealing and touching up the paint, the quality and dedication of workmanship is really admirable. As far as local businesses go I would say that this is one of the best folks to work with in the area. No big shot managers selling unnecessary services and junk, they care about quality and service and it really shows.Thanks guys!

I came here to get my car detailed, and the owner was very flexible with my schedule and explained the whole process. I was super pleased with the attention to detail and the effort that was put into my car, and the overall outcome. I will definitely be coming back!

Met with one of the staff and clearly explained that I wanted a full detail, windows tinted, water spots removed from the glass and a dent removed from the passenger door (paintless dent removal). I recently purchased the truck so it was pretty clean, there were a few small stains on the seat, however I wanted these items taken care of. I was assured all would be done (I wasn't concerned about cost). After leaving it for several days I go pick it up... stains were still on the seats, headliner was dirty, water spots still on the glass, door jambs were dirty and the dent wa still in the door. I was told that the dent couldn't be removed (didn't even attempt), they don't clean headliners and that he had no idea about the seats and glass. I asked if he saw the sheet that his salesman filled out? His response was "no". He did clean the seats, headliner and windshield while I waited. The window tint was really nice, but overall experience was a fail.

I called and made an app't for 2 days after, which suited my schedule perfectly, as the other detail service I called only had openings 3 weeks out! I showed up to check in, got my quote and pick-up time arranged and AutoMax kindly toile me back to my house free of charge. They accommodated my crazy schedule for a late pick up of my car and when I arrived & inspected my vehicle, it was clean and refreshed as I had hoped. The crew treated me well and the detail service was complete. I thank them again and will return to use them again!

Damian is a true ARTIST! Our Jag was damaged by our landscaper using a weed eater. Sustaining rock chips & scratches around the entire car. Body shop wanted to strip & repaint the entire car. Stripping the OEM paint would ve drastically depreciated the car value.Damian meticulously touched up, & buffed out all blemishes. Unseen by the naked eye.
