Sold my car here. Got a Kelly Blue Book instant offer last night, came in this morning and met with Brandon. This was a really good experience. No Hassel, down to earth and honest. I had a loan still and they dealt directly with the Bank for me. I had a few extra dings on my car that I wasn't aware of. But I still got pretty much what I was asking for money wise. Walked out with a check (minus what the bank still was owed) a happy man. They took care of everything for me!

I worked with Michael on getting an Offer for my Car. They gave me my asking price. I came to the office and worked with Michael and Lexi the process was super easy. They looked the car over and we did some paperwork. In and out within an HR seemed like. Both did an awesome job and I am very happy I chose to work with them. Wanting to sell my Motorcycle with them as well.

The purchase of my car took one hour...start to finish. Kelton contacted me off of a kbb.com lead, asking if I was still interested in selling my car. He offered to come to me, so I didn't have to drive to their shop as I was still at work. Kelton and Brandon showed up at 7 PM, asked how much I wanted for the car, took it on a 2 minute test drive, came back, complemented the condition and said they would give me what I had asked. They didn't even attempt to haggle over the price. Approximately 45 minutes later, Kelton was driving away with my car and I had a check in my hand. I was so nervous and so skeptical, I was sure I had just been scammed. I had signed my rights away on a car that was fully paid off, gave them my keys and all I had was a check that I had no idea whether or not was good. It was just too easy. I was at my bank when it opened the next morning. When I handed the teller the check I asked if there was going to be a hold on it. The teller said, "No, the funds will be available today. We do a ton of business with these guys." Imagine my relief! This was the SIMPLEST, FASTEST, MOST POSITIVE car deal I had ever done...and I've done MANY. I cannot even explain how easy Kelton and Brandon made this deal. I may have gotten $1000-$2000 more if I would have sold the car myself, but I don't have the time and I truly didn't feel it was safe to do it myself. I asked what I felt was a fair price for my car and that's exactly what I got. There are not enough words to express my relief and my appreciation for Kelton contacting me and purchasing my car. A few days after I sold the car, Kelton stopped by my office and delivered my vanity plate that he knew I was hoping to keep. That is some great customer service! Keep it up guys...and THANK YOU, KELTON! I will be passing out those business cards every chance I get!

Auto Pro Buys gave me an excellent price for my vehicle, significantly above Kelley Blue Book. Their inspection was detailed, thorough, and fair, and they walked me through everything they found, as they found it. Lexi was friendly and helpful, and worked to accommodate my needs, as I had purchased a replacement vehicle with an uncertain arrival time - they worked out an easy borrow-back arrangement to help ensure I wouldn't spend a day without a car. Would absolutely sell to them again!

Recently sold our car there and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. Logan was great to work with, professional and promptly responded to our questions. On the day of the sale, Lexi made sure all of the paperwork was together and that the process was efficient. We highly recommend this business.

Had a good experience selling my Civic here! Lexi and her team made it a smooth and quick process, and they offered me a very reasonable amount for the car. There was a small hiccup with the bank and depositing the check, but they got it resolved very quickly. Would recommend!

I went in to sell my 2014 jetta Volkswagen I had already received a Kelly blue book offer of about 3600. The initial appointment Took about 2 hours for them to inspect and value my car are but they came back $400 over the Kelly blue book value. The money was delivered via a check, the check arrived on time As they told me it would. The manager Lexi and her team were all very amazing, polite and informative. Do not go anywhere else if you want to sell your car for the best value.

I loved how courteous they are. Branch manager Lexi is amazing throughout, she even came out when I was not able to find the location. The appraisal process is very fast. They are very transparent, unfortunately I couldn't deal at this time (so took 1 star off, sorry), but in the future hopefully we will have a deal.

All seemed well and Lexi was professional. However, upon receipt of the auto title. (I sold them my car) I was to receive an equity payment of almost $14,000. My credit union released the title back on 10/31/2022. APB has not sent me my payment. Even though they said it would be sent the week of 01/04/2023. Lexi Caldwell directed me to Alex Vail who has not returned any of my calls. They have not responded to my BBB complaint. I have reported them to the Washington AG as well and am hoping the AGs office will get a good result.I may have to get a lawyer if I don't get a response soon.Please don't do business with this company as they will not pay you in a timely manner and may not pay you at all.

I like what they do -- theyre a business that buys and inspects used cars. I worked with associate Kiesha and manager Lexi. They gave me an estimate, told me to come down, they inspected the car, I signed all the forms (which they had on hand), had full transparency with me, and the car was off my hands the same day they contacted me. They said the money would be wired in 2 weeks and it was. I thought they had great work ethic and their execution of the sale was terrific. Versus selling to individuals you will get a lot of back and forth, tire kickers, test driving, and might need to take your car to get a mechanic to inspect. I probably couldve sold it higher to an individual if I waited, but that might take 2, 3 more weeks and I wanted check this off my to-do list. Definitely worth inquiring with them!

Just sold my car to Auto Pro Buys. I was skeptical at first and didn t expect a good appraisal from a dealer but Brandon contacted me and promised to get me the best price for it and they came in fairly close to my asking price. Paperwork was quick and easy and my car was sold and taken off my hands within an hour! Very easy and helpful experience. Thank you to Brandon for helping me out! Definitely recommend to go to Brandon if you are trying to sell your car.

I had a great experience selling my car to the Vancouver Auto Pro Buys. I worked with AJ and Lexi who are both really nice, helpful and professional. They did not harass or bother me, but were patient in helping me make the decision to sell. They were honest about the offer - no surprises and it was very fair. They are willing to work with you - your schedule, where to meet, and how you want to handle paperwork and payment. It is a much better experience then selling to a dealership or on Craigslist.

Riley, our sales guy reached out to us online and the whole experience after that was terrific. Brandon, the manager and Riley were both wonderfully honest and friendly during the entire transaction which only took a couple of hours from start to finish. You probably won t get the top dollar you might get in a private sale, but you won t have to worry about being scammed or where the money for your purchase is coming from. The experience was professionally handled with grace and very unlike the traditional car sales experience. Highly recommend these guys.

I got an offer initially from their website for a fair price. I was offered slightly more by a traditional dealership. They said they would try and match. I came in to look at it, 2 hours later they say they can't match it. I asked why their offer was, they said $500 less. I agreed to that price so I didnt have to drive back across town. They told me they couldn't write me a check because they wouldn't have the title. Yet other reviews says checks were written minus the loan pay off. Also FYI a chip in the windshield does not warrant a full replacement. My car retails for $5-7000 more than they offered and claimed they won't make any money on it. Lastly, they can't expect people to wait 3-4 weeks to get money when 1 they have the car, 2 have the loan info with payoff amount. This is literally what happens anytime you trade in a car. Go to a dealership or CarMax, less time spent and you get your money when you give them your car.

I d like to start of by thanking Brandon and his team for making the process very easy and straightforward. I was contacted by them through KBB s instant cash offer and was pleasantly surprised when they came in slightly higher than the original offer. Would highly recommend them to anyone who s looking to sell their car without the hassle of dealing with lowballs from dealerships. I was even able to pay the negative equity on the car on-site without having to contact my bank first.Thanks again guys, very respectable business you run.

Henry and AJ were on point today.Henry took the time to talk to me about my car I wanted to sell as well as all their processes. They offered an instant cash offer over the phone, and had me bring in my car to the sho for an appraisal. After inspection of my vehicle, the offer didn t budge. An experience different from the industry norm of hassle. The customer service here is Triple A, too. If you have a car to sell and don t want to take the time to do it yourself, this place is perfect.Please note: To receive cash is longer than expected. AJ and his team provided excellent customer service. I was feeling apprehensive about selling my car on my and own. Fortunately, AJ eliminated the stress, was very communicative and prompt with responses. Overall, he was able to get an excellent offer for my vehicle. It took me less than 24 hours to sell my car and feel good about the transaction. The other sales staff (Joe and Kelton) were also very friendly and welcoming. Great experience and I will be recommending friends and family to go through them if they need to sale a vehicle.

AJ called and inquired about our 2014 Ford Flex. It took one phone call to get the price agreed upon. Very fair deal. Within an hour, the car left the yard, papers signed and check in hand. What a great way to sell a car. No muss no fuss. I hope a family will enjoy the car as much as we did. Nice to know you don t have to waste your time with social media listings. I recommend AJ to anyone looking to sell a good, used car.

I have a great experience with Auto Pro Buys when I sold my car. They gave me more cash for my car than KBB cash offer. This is the second car I sold to them. They are very professional and treated their customers with respect and they down talk down on my car. I will definitely do business with them again next time.

We were able to sell our truck at a fair price to Auto Pro Buys. It was a super easy process and they were incredibly responsive, transparent, and friendly. We agreed on a price over the phone and they held true to that price when we brought the truck in. These guys will not rip you off like other big dealerships. I definitely recommend selling your vehicle to Auto Pro Buys!

We sold our Chevrolet Silverado through Auto Pro Buys after being referred to them through Kelly Blue Book. What a great experience. They bought it for more than the price Kelly Blue Book said we would get as an offer. AJ was very professional and displayed exceptional communication. He and Brandon came to our house with all of the paperwork and check in hand. How simple is that. The check cleared right away and we didn't have to deal with selling it through craigslist. Highly recommend.

Samantha contacted me via my Auto Trader ad for my 2018 Subaru WRX and gave me a cash offer via E-mail. After much hesitation I decided to entertain Auto Pro Buys by going to their Vancouver location so they could inspect my car. I figured they would be like any other dealer and when I got to the location offer me much less then what they originally offered. To my pleasant surprise I was in and out in about an hour and after a very short (half mile) test drive and inspection they honored their original cash offer and I sold my car to them.
