Terrible experience. When I first got my car radio wired they incorrectly wired it in such a way that the video player never worked even when it was parked with emergency brake up. I decided to contact them again for my new car and they quoted me one price over the phone and then tripled it after they saw me in person, even though they got all the same information over the phone as they did in person. I believe it was " girl tax " they did not do any extensive inspection of my car in person. They just went in the back and came out with the new quote. When I received my cheaper quote over the phone they had looked up my car and I explained the issue thoroughly, so there should be no reason for the price discrepancy.

I just wanted to say that over the the past 5 years I've gotten absolutely amazing costumer service with more than a smile. Brian has helped me out in so many and been so kind and courteous. Everytime I've been in to get my car serviced he's made the experience hassel free and He's gone above and beyond. While also treating me like a friend.Thank you so much and I highly appreciate you.

Beware! Even if you tell them you re unsure about your decision they won t tell you their return policy unless you ask. All sales are final. Even on unopened wires. Final. Or they ll gladly take the merchandise back and force you to be a future customer, which I will never be. Sad really. I had high hopes for them.

The service adviser Kevin who helped me did a good job selling me a more expensive stereo unit and box speakers to fit under dash so no holes would have to be cut. Problem is the speaker didn t fit on passenger side after other side was installed . After calling several times Kevin finally answered my call. After explaining why I feel they should finish the job they recommended, he copped an attitude and there s no way they would do that . His bid? They want to charge 220 dollars for one tiny box for the speaker I already paid for. Left me hanging trying to figure out a reasonable priced solution. Take away? They don t care about their customers.

I purchased a car stereo and back-up camera online back in May and every person I had to help me install ended up falling through. I was giving up hope, and in a last effort contacted Audio Source via email to see if they could help. Keven responded within a day and had me come into the shop. After walking me through the process and quoting me prices I decided to go ahead with the install. Communication was excellent and I felt like my car and situation was handled with great customer service and care. Now driving around for a few weeks with everything, it feels as if it came directly from the factory this way. Would 100% recommend the folks at Audio Source and appreciate everything they did to help me finally get my radio and back-up camera installed!

I would say price wise it isn t the cheapest place to get work done but the quality and care was there. The speakers sound great in my prius and the little 8 inch sub with the powered amp built into it is loud in my car.Very happy with the work that was done. Had an issue with the tweeters at first which was just the flip of a switch in the door panel and they fixed that right away.They were very kind and did very good work. They cared a lot to ensure it sounded good even sat in my car with me and vibed to edm and rap.The salesman (forgot his name) was older and retired from car toys and he was excellent at his job. He is a very nice person and cared enough to talk to me about personal stuff related to my work.Love supporting local businesses and am happy I went to audio source over a bigger name. Very personable and they do great work.

I purchased a head unit and backup camera for my camping jeep last year. I hadn't used the jeep in months, and when I went to start it the battery was dead, then I was having issues with the head unit. Brian was able to get me in the very next day and explained they'd look into the issue and get back to me.The issue turned out to be operator error, but they were extremely accommodating in going over what the issue was, what I needed to do moving forward, and got me back on the road the same day.I can't say enough about the customer service here. Every time I'm in the shop people are friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be using them for all my vehicles in the foreseeable future.

These guys are rare! Their customer service is top notch! No pressure, very knowledgable, and willing to go above and beyond. I purchased and had them install Apple CarPlay. There was an issue with my backup camera (it was not their fault) and they offered a solution to the problem that showed me they care most about the customer. The installation looks great - like the car came from the factory with the new stereo. I will recommend them to everyone who mentions the need for car audio, alarms, radar detection, etc!

They ruined my car audio. My dodge challenger had rattling sounds in the back. I had Kenwood(horrible speakers) isnstalled 3 times because they blow out evenon low setting that they recommended. They also through out my stock speaker which are bester then Kenwood. Go to car toys. If you take a chance here. Ask to keep your old speakers.

They somehow had my review from two years ago removed. First and last time i went here i went to have a killswitch installed they were rude, installed it incorrectly in both its function and the fact it drained my battery, forcing me to spend money on an uber and be late for work. They did fix it for free but were still rude. Later the owner called me, yelling and arguing, when i left a bad review and tried giving me a discount to remove the bad review.

Took a 93 rx7 in to get a new head unit installed. The sales guy was great, I told him I wanted to take out the stock double din system and get a screen in there, he told me what he would personally recommend which I m a fan of. After my appointment I immediately noticed there was a low tone buzz in the rear drivers side speaker and no sound from either rear speakers. Then noticed the head unit was moving around quite a bit when you touch the screen and not installed flush with the dash. I told them the problem and basically got a shoulder shrug and it did it before I took it into them and my solution to the loose install was to modify it. Disappointed for sure. I know the rear speakers not working wasn't they re fault but no word on what they found before I got it or what I could do about it or any effort to resolve any issue is why I won t be back. Found a different cage for $40 that ll be much more solid and mount the unit flush and found out the rear amp is out by myself in about an hour when I got home.

I had a JL audio 12 inch subwoofer and front and back dash cams installed. Audio Source's expert recommendations and customer service was followed up by speedy and skillful installation, making the mods look almost as if they had come stock.You will not be disappointed in choosing these fine folks for your needs. I will be bringing my wife's car here as well.

My new system install was supposed to take 1.5 - 2 hours. After 2.75 hours I asked how close it was to being done - told it would take another hour. I spent my entire Friday afternoon in the store being ignored. No explanation or apology offered. Instead the salesman implied that I had no right to be upset: "You DO want everything to work right, don't you?" when I asked what happened to the two hour installation time I was quoted. Everything didn't work right - I now have no dash lights.I am a repeat customer who is now a former customer.

Awesome purchase and install at Audio Source. I purchased an upgrade for my older Pioneer receiver and Kevin walked me through all of my choices and I settled with a new Pioneer floating screen receiver. Tyler hit it out of the park with the install. Love the new system. Looks and sounds great. I have used Audio Source for several purchases and installs over the years and have never been disappointed. Quality work, no hassles, great service, friendly, and informative.

Jamal and Justin (as well as the rest of the crew I interacted with) were great.The process was extremely easy, perfectly educational, and they worked with me to fit my budget when I went in knowing nothing about cars let alone car audio solutions and left feeling confident in my decision to add sound dampening mats to my vehicle.Definitely recommend anyone looking into what they provide to check them out and support a local business while you re at it!

Jamal was extremely helpful. I took in my 2017 toyota tacoma to figure what was wrong with my speakers. Andrew, one of the technicians was able to troubleshoot what went wrong, and I needed to replace my headunit. Jamal, and another worker helped me pick out a new one that best fit my needs, and the best thing about it, is that I never felt pressured to spend more money. They gave me options at multiple price ranges. They even went out of their way to explain the options I will get at each price range, so I can make the executive decision that fit my needs and budget. Everyone there was amazing, and I definitely plan on coming back for a sub upgrade in the future!

Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting my Jeep CB Radio installed. I scheduled the appointment at the last minute, and he addressed my concerns professionally and made sure I was happy with the results before I left. Great customer service, price was cheaper than I expected and very reasonable for the quality work they did. The team here (Jeff and Brian assisted me) were awesome, would come again. THIS COMPANY IS ONE OF THE GOOD ONES!We had an appointment to get an audio system install. When we came to pick up the car, there were issues with the backup camera that wasn't working right.Long story short, they assured us that they would fix the problem and make it right, AND THEY DID!They went above and beyond! I could not get work off to get my car in, so they picked my car up from work and took it to their shop to ensure it got fixed and returned it!The original issue seemed to be with the manufacture and not Audio Source, but they assumed the responsibility and made it right!This goes a long way in my book, they have earned my future business, and I highly recommend them to anyone!THANK YOU AUDIO SOURCE!

Brian was awesome! Went with the products he recommended and there was no looking back! Got $800+ work done for my girlfriends birthday and I regret not a single penny. If I could give 0 stars I would. They do their work as quick as possible to get you in and out, not caring about the quality of the job or the customer. I took my 2012 Ford Focus here to get my ignition interlock taken out by Matt. He left the sleeve for the wiring in my engine bay and ever since my horn / alarm hasn't worked. I have a 3 year old daughter that I transport daily, having a horn is a vital safety feature. I wasted my time taking the car back to them multiple times to "figure" it out, only for them to deny fault. Telling me there is a issue with my horn itself. I've had a lot of cars, and can't say I've ever owned one with a horn that didn't work properly. The interlock is tied into the horn. It's not rocket science figuring out who's at fault here, at least to me. Yet, they tried hard to convince me it's a coincidence that it went out at the same time they performed the work. I'll be taking it to the Ford dealership. Ive owned the car for a couple years and never once had a problem with my horn or alarm prior to taking it here. Would not recommend, just go to Car Toys. It may cost you a few extra bucks, but at least you'll have peace and mind knowing they are doing quality work!
