I had a bad experience with Alpine unlike some of the good reviews here. I get the sense they were working for the insurance company instead of the car owners. They failed to identify some of the hidden damages. After they completed the work, I pointed out the step up board was slanting and I was told that could not be fixed. After complaining and pointed out other issues, they did end up fixing. I was under the impression wheel alignment would be part of it since the damage involved the front tire as well. I recently got a set of new tires and the tire shop told me the alignment was way off which means this was never completed at Alpine. There were just too many issues for me to ever consider them again.

Dylan and Jim are such a pleasure to work with. The whole staff were such a pleasure to work with! My car looks brand new they did such a good job! You would never have guessed anything happens the work was flawless!!!

They did a great job fixing my car after I had a sudden problem with my front end. They have talented mechanics and treat customers as human beings, making certain customers understand what is being done without any upselling to pad the bill. Special thanks to Diego for taking such good care of me.

Do not go here for anything other than paint!Got rear ended and took my truck here for repair because of the good reviews. They mis diagnosed the repair, milked me and insurance for double the original repair. I am coming back to re write/update this review about a year later bc it s taken me that long to try and fix everything bc I love this truck so much. I believe it there was more damage even HARDER to fix and repair because the negligence of this shop. Aside from leaving my window open for 3 months In The rain ruining headliner, water in fuel system, putting my brake lights backwards, putting in a leaking battery, losing hardware for lights, not scanning for codes (even though there was transmissions codes) and giving the truck back to me transmission full of metal shavings. Also not sure how I had an alignment when my front wheel was barely still on! Best of all THEY FORGOT TO BOLT MY TRANSFER CASE BACK UP. For months going to different shops chasing this knock and vibration my t case and driveline had been sliding around for months,by the time I finally found out it had ruined engine mounts, transmission mount, injector return line( was leaking diesel slowing out the hood) messed with driveline and lord knows what else. These people are terrible and Dylan has wrote a response below, but made it clear on the phone there was no intention on actually owning up to this negligence, telling me you know that s just collision repair it s never fun for anyone I would seriously avoid these guys at all cost. I m grateful that I had to become resourceful and learn to really look at things myself bc obviously this shop does not treat vehicle like their own

Absolutely top-notch customer service and workmanship from Dylan and his crew. He assessed the damage and got pricing to the insurance company quickly, got parts ordered and gave me a date that would minimize downtime with my work truck. He took on another small project I had for the truck that I had been waiting on for sometime and did a great job with it, too. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Alpine they took care of me and provided the kind of customer service we used to take for granted and rarely see nowadays. Almost a 5 star. Excellent customer service people. They kept me in the loop and up to date well. Slight misunderstanding about appointments, some due to parts taking forever to become available. At this time still waiting on minor part and tire replacement. I would note that it is very rare to have a full size spare with matching rim, so the flat hidden under the truck could be easily missed especially when the damage was not in that area. The minor part is a small trim piece that almost does not matter and I am ok with waiting for the part, which is delayed by slow manufacturing, because I get to use my truck till it shows up. Thank you for that. And my truck looks beautiful again.

Do not hesitate to use Alpine for your auto repairs. They take care of everything from start to finish. They arranged for a rental car for me and was in constant communication via text, email , and phone. When I had a hiccup with my own insurance company for repairs , they were on top of communications to get my repairs done and kept me in the loop and honestly going above and beyond so I was not handling it on my own. It is such a stressful situation getting car repairs and dealing with insurance, having Alpine in your corner is a major benefit. I chose Alpine based on their reviews - they are real and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend their shop.

We did used Alpine Collision and Automotive Repair for a 90,000 mile check up on our Toyota Highlander. It was very easy to make an appointment. Everyone in the office was pleasant. Both Dylan and Diego treated us very professionally. Diego explained everything we needed and everything we did not need. I feel very comfortable here.Jim Egging

My husband was the main contact for my car repair because he is the person of contact for our insurance. I am pleased at the work that was done. My car looks good as new! The employees were super nice.

Not very informative when it comes to letting customer know if how long each process takes, an overall estimate, or keeping the customer appraised of the status of the vehicle. The final product looks great except for detailing at the end could have been better.

Marissa and Diego at Alpine took the time to explain what was happening and what I needed to get my vehicle up and running. Took my car in for repairs after a fender bender. From the beginning they were very professional, courteous and friendly. The price for the repair was fair and the work they did was exceptional. Alpine collision completed mechanical repairs to my 22 RAV4 hybrid. My interaction with Alpine staff was outstanding, they were very thorough, defining the problems, and working closely with my insurance company to complete the work in a timely manner. I needed my windshield motor and arm replaced and Alpine was able to get it fixed same day. I called other autobody shops and was told I needed a mechanic shop for that but Alpine got it done! Also, the first person I spoil with was the same person who walked me through all the details I was passed around. I feel that makes a difference when getting repairs you want someone who knows what s going on from the beginning. The superior service with drop off and pick-up option is a must and they don t inflate their cost to provide it; and the driver was super friendly! I will only be going there for all my repairs going forward.

Alpine has been around for almost 45 years, and their reputation precedes them. I recently had some bodywork performed on my late-model truck, and the finished product was nothing short of amazing. The GM Dylan helped through every step of the process and made sure that the finished work was to my liking, including various options for the repairs. The staff is warm and helpful, in addition to making sure they address whatever questions or concerns one might have. They would receive my business again, and my highest recommendation.

Installed a leveling kit on my F150. During the install they discovered that my truck had dynamic suspension which would take more hours than quoted but they still honored the original quote. Unfortunately I have been to a lot of body shops. Dylan, by far was kind, professional and very much on top of communicating. The gentlemen that drove me home and back again were delightful. When my engine starting running rough I brought my Chevrolet Tahoe into Alpine to get it diagnosed. There was a serious issue and Dylan and crew gave me some options to correct issue. I ended up having them replace my engine and I could not be any happier. It is nice to find a business that is trustworthy, fair and does an excellent job. For ALL your automotive needs I recommend Alpine.
