Everyone we came in contact with in the store was very friendly. All willing to help out. Great customer service. We were grateful they worked with us to understand. We bought from Brian Johnson and he did a great job helping us out after being back in the business for only a few days. The finance guy (Mark, I think) was awesome too. Everyone was down to earth, patient and answered our questions. We will buy another car from Allan Webb Nissan again. My fianc� wants a truck so we will be back in the next couple years.

We went in to check out a Pathfinder to replace our old 04 and happened upon the Ariya. The sales guys were very nice and not pushy. Let us check it out, took it for a spin and they were enthusiastic about the features because they owned one too. They were able to share their knowledge and experiences with us in owning the Ariya which helped us feel more comfortable believing them. They made the process easy and we walked away with a great deal and even greater car.

The entire team was very helpful and welcoming! We really appreciate the open-handedness, sincerity, and transparency of the sales team, particularly working with Joe and Caleb. They were generous with their time and flexibility, as well as incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle choices.

Recall. My husband verbalized and I text that since I bought the car in the morning when I start tge car the family sounds like an old truck and stops when warm up, NOT ADDRESSED. Husband took car ( not knowing where service dept was) went to building we went to talk about buying, THE GUY WAS SO RUDE POINTING AND REPEATING HIMSELF AND POINTING WITH SUCH DISRESPECT. SERVICE was not friendly. Why text me hey correspond through text if you aren't going to address the concern. Once the car was bought attention, friendliness all stopped.

No thank you.They will take your 2023 Nissan Sentra w/ 1000 miles on it in trade. You get a 2019 Rouge S w/ 35000 miles. AND get this - they ll charge you another $5000+ on top of your pristine trade-in! Loyal customers (over 20 years) and they don t give you a fair deal? Just. Done.Go to this dealership if you want to be taken absolute advantage of.

Bought a 2023 Nissan Sentra SR CVT (Midnight Edition) from here.Saw this particular car on their website, still in-transit. Left my info, and got in contact with Hadley Hinkle.Once the vehicle arrived, she had me send all of my relevant info through email, so by the time I popped in for the official purchase, I was only there for maybe an hour or an hour and a half. That was with trading-in my old car as well. They took care of all the in-between work with the DMV. They also had many loan and service options to suit my budget and needs.Hadley showed me all of the car's features during the test drive, and is very knowledgeable and super friendly!I know I'll be getting my maintenance done here as well, as my extended family swears by their service. I definitely see why!TLDR: Excellent car, excellent people, excellent and efficient service!Thank you, Hadley Hinkle!

The intake man was very professional, forthcoming, and pleasant. He went over the work to be done, and explained when it was expected to be completed.The work took less time than anticipated, went over the results, and got me on my way quickly. I had a great experience overall.

Completely unprofessional. My vehicle required (and still does) a recall. Despite numerous phone calls and voicemails I never spoke with a person. Had to contact Nissan corporate to file a complaint and my car is still not scheduled. I will never do business with Alan Webb Nissan again and recommend others do the same.

Rudy in the parts department was great! Big help in getting me the correct running boards for my truck and while I was there a super helpful gentleman in service was able to check my vin for any current recalls. Thank you both!

We had a recall service and our local Nissan dealership did not have a master technician, so we were referred to Alan Webb. John in service treated us so kindly! We had forgotten to charge our Leaf so he plugged it into their fast charger while we waited for our appointment time. All went well and John checked in with us a couple times since it was an hour and a half procedure. We really appreciated the excellent customer service

" Dissatisfied with my experience at Alan Webb Nissan I was recently scheduled for an appointment at 2:45 PM, but received a call at 8:00 AM asking me to come in earlier. Despite trying to be helpful, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.To add to the frustration, when I asked about getting my headlights replaced, I was told that they don't have the necessary parts. The way I was spoken to, particularly by one of their managers, was unacceptable. It seemed like I was being belittled and talked down to.Not only that, but the process of filling out paperwork was unnecessarily complicated. After having to stand in place with a handicap placard, I was then told that I didn't need to sign it out after all. It felt like I was being treated as a burden rather than an individual with unique needs.Overall, my experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I believe it's important to share my perspective. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive fair service. Unfortunately, that was not the case at Alan Webb Nissan.#CustomerServiceFail #DissatisfiedCustomer"

Bo Shin and AJ worked very hard to get our business and they did it in the best possible way. They were attentive, respectful, responsive, and authentic throughout the process. While we love our new Nissan Ariya, it was Bo and AJ s personalities and professionalism that ultimately won our business. No trace of condescension or sales attitude, unlike at two nearby dealerships. We highly recommend Alan Webb Nissan!

Pre-service communication and appointment scheduling were excellent. 4-6 text reminders before the appointment is more than I need, but I d rather have more than not enough.Service was delivered in a timely manner and completed as specified.Service manager was very professional and communicated well.A great way to start a mutually satisfactory relationship!

It s very frustrating to be told your recall inspection should take about an hour, then schedule an appointment and arrive on time (early, actually) only to sit there watching your car untouched for over 30 minutes. What would happen if I showed up 30 minutes late? Very disrespectful.Additionally, I waited another hour and a half for them to inspect one recall item. At the end I heard NOTHING about the recall item, but was given a very detailed list of emergency repairs that needed to be done, to the tune of $1800. I had to decline all these emergency repairs (made it home safely, btw, in case y all were worried my car would blow up or something), then specifically ask, What about the recall inspection? The recall came out good, I get via text message.This recall seems less of a safety issue and more of a reason to bring me into your store and hold me there so I end up looking at new cars. And if that doesn t work, scare me with a list of critical/emergency repairs so I spend more money at your shop.Due to this disrespectful and frankly, predatory behavior, will not be back to Alan Webb ever again.

I traded in a car I had less than a year that had a lot of negative equity, Henry, Aladdin and the finance manager worked so many miracles to get me into a 2023 Nissan Rogue SL! I couldn t be happier! I went to multiple dealerships and all said I needed $10,00+ down to get out of the car I hated & into something I loved. The guys here are amazing. We also bought a 2021 Nissan Titan in January and had a great experience with Henry that time too. He remembered my son from our last visit. If you are in need of a vehicle I suggest checking out Alan Webb Nissan.

I went in for new transmission fluid and to get a free exam of car. I got the call quick enough of them being done! Did find some miss communication that they thought I had the examination already done. He quickly had someone inspect my car in a timely manner. Not thrilled with the work my car needs but I figured there would be since I bought it used, and who knows what was maintained.

Came in based on an email that I received offering a great price on an oil change and tire rotation. The offer made the work VERY affordable and the work was completed in less than one hour.Great customer service (Eden was FANTASTIC!) and care.Thanks for the assistance

I was in search of an EV to lease, I worked with Bo from sales and he was incredibly helpful and found a 2022 Leaf in less than 2 weeks. I was able to fill out a lot of the paperwork online. I was impressed with their efficiency and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Alan Webb and Bo if you are looking for a car! Thank you!

Upon arriving at Alan Webb and I was met by salesman, Bo Shin. I knew what I wanted to see. When I was presented with the Nissan Rogue Platinum - I knew I had found my car. Bo didn't try to pressure me into looking at the more expensive models. When he met with my husband later in the day- he too was treated to the same knowledgeable and professional service I got from Bo. We decided to buy and couldn't believe the straightforward approach to settling on a purchase price. I had done my homework and could not find a more reasonable sale within 200 miles! To our amazement we got a very nice, discounted value on the retail price. Financing was quick and efficient. The closer offered us service plans and took our refusal of additional services professionally, without any pressure.We could not have asked for a better car buying experience. In forty years of purchasing vehicles this was the best.

I expected the charges for windshield wiper replacement and cabin filter replacement to be a set fee for such minor repairs/replacement and said yes for the service. I was shocked and disappointed with the charges for labor. I would not have let your service department do this minor work charging shop time of a hour for this. I m not pleased with this deceitful practice!

I am writing this review at the dealership as we speak because of how frustrated I am with the poor service. I brought my car in June because of a seatbelt not retracting. They spent 1 1/2 hours diagnosing it to tell me what I just told them. They told they ordered the part and it will arrive the next day and they'll work on it first thing in the morning. By 2pm, I called them and they said the part hadn't arrived, but that it will arrive by Monday and to call them back. I called them on Monday and the part still hadn't arrived. They said they would call me when the part arrives. TWO MONTHS later, they finally called and said the part had just arrived. I schedule for the next availvablity. I asked how long it would take and they responded that it will take about 2 hours. I arrive prompty at my appointment time. TWO and HALF HOURS after my scheduled appointment, they started working on my car. I asked why they delayed working on my car for so long and they said they lost the part. They said the part had been in the shop for so long that it was put back on the shelf and that is how it got lost. Two conflicting stories and no apologies.

John and his service coworker were extremely helpful! They got me right in the appointment so I could leave for work. They helped set up my next appointment with the complications of parts needing to be ordered giving enough time for services to do the work. Thank you.

Overall, I had a really good experience buying my first brand new car from Alan Webb. I went in one week ago today to test drive cars and get a value for my trade-in. Due to paving work in the parking lot, my poor internet specialist, Violet, had to ferry me back and forth between the dealer and the storage lot in nearly 90 degree weather, but she did a great job tracking down the keys and letting me ask every possible question about each SUV I was interested in. When I spotted a new silver Kicks with roof racks, I knew that was the car that would fit my lifestyle. We then headed in to talk financials which is my personal least favorite part of buying a car. Violet, Joe (finance), and AC (sales manager) worked with me for over an hour and half to get a good value for my trade-in, get the car I really wanted (even the more advanced SV model when an S was not available), and get my payments to a level that really fit my budget. We didn t wrap everything up until 9:30pm which was 2.5 hours after they were supposed to close. And I noticed each of them stayed until all the paperwork was done and I had the keys in hand. Also, they ve already booked my first oil change (complimentary), ran it through a car wash, and had me come back on Thursday to get the car cleaned and topped off with gas since the Service Dept was closed by the time the papers were signed.My only qualms about the whole experience were all post-sale related: 1. The dealer was supposed to notify me on whether the financing went through within 4 days, but I never heard a word on the status, even after leaving a voicemail. I had to call my credit union to get an update and to know whether the car sale was final or not. 2. I got a random generic email on Wednesday telling me that the car I was interested in would be pulled up and they were looking forward to helping me buy a car (this was 3 days after I already bought the car). Not a big deal but still random. 3. When I took the car in on Thursday for the detail, the Service Dept was closing and had no idea I was coming. Not a huge issue as I had time to kill, but for someone with kiddos or on a time constraint, these little things might be a bit upsetting. Overall, I spent about 6 hours at the dealer the past week, but now have this new, shiny 2019 Kicks in my driveway so really no complaints here. Thanks Alan Webb for helping me with my first, brand-new car buying experience! Note: apologies as I never caught the Service man s name that initially helped me and do not remember the man that got the keys from me for the detail (maybe Brian?), but they were both very helpful on Thursday when everyone was a bit unsure who I was or why I was there :)

From the service advisors that I first met (Fadi and Eden) to the mechanic who explained how he fixed my SUV, I was impressed with the friendly and courteous service I received. You really have some great people working in the service department. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to Alan Webb Nissan for future service work. Thank you for providing me with a service visit that was truly exceptional.
