I bought a CX-5 on New Year's Eve. The place was short-staffed due to a call out. Marco was doing a great job under the circumstances. Later, Chris came in early to help. Both guys were super easy to interact with--no weird tactics or pressure--this is my seventh new car buying experience and my best. 0% financing for 5 years and no down or trade-in, plus $500 loyalty. The price was fair. The "money guy" was great. He was the same guy that I dealt with eleven years ago when I bought my Mazda3. My wife was having a medical problem with an eye injury she got the day before. The urgent care she called during closing was closing in less than an hour. The money guy sped up and called Marco and had him zip us through the process so my wife could get immediate care. Outstanding service from everyone involved!

I am doing a follow up post to my original post on my dealership experience. I previously gave the dealership a one star primarily because of the way my purchase was handled in the finance department, along with a few other details. After the review I initiated a call to the sales manager of Alan Webb. I reviewed with him my purchase experience with the dealership. He took the time to go through the whole process and listened to our experience. I discovered one item in which I was incorrect in understanding. I felt my other points to him were understood. How the dealership deals with those other items are within his control. To be clear, I was not offered anything to update, change my review. I feel that my after purchase experience merited an updated rating when considering the entire experience.

A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!!I ve wanted a Chevy Bolt EV since I first drove one in 2021.When I heard they were going to quit producing them, I began to explore my options. I tried a dealership in Portland, and they were not interested in helping me. I then contacted Alan Webb Chevrolet in Vancouver, and l was welcomed to come into the dealership and talk.I ordered a new Bolt from the GMfactory. Jamie, the salesperson, led me through the whole process. She was AWESOME!!!I received the car in about 3 months.I feel l was treated fairly and the entire experience was very good.

Trying to look for the part is always a stressful time for me, and Victor made my trip to the dealer and getting the right part ordered a very pleasant experience. Hugely unhappy with this particular location in Vancouver. No call backs and horrible customer service at this location. I had a service appointment today that I had scheduled 3 weeks ago. I had received a mailer from the Hillsboro location and I tried calling the Vancouver location at 7 this morning. I was trying to see if they would honor this coupon from the different location for some money off of the oil change. I left 2 message and the service department, hoping to get a call back. I called three other times to get no answer as well and only got the voicemail option. In the meantime I called again and a lady had intercepted the call, I'm not sure if it was a overflow person or not but she never gave her name. She said that they most likely would not honor the coupon from another Mazda location but she transferred me over to a Jessica to verify. During the transfer my call conveniently got disconnected. I called back and she transferred me to Jessica's voicemail and I left a message for her to call me back to see if this coupon could be honored. When I didn't get a call back from her I called again and the same lady got on the phone and transferred me to McKayla's voicemail where again, I left a message. So three different places I had left messages with no call back whatsoever. Why even bother having a voicemail system if you aren't going to follow through on messages that people leave. I would rather be told specifically that the coupon is not being honored to wondering if it would be honored or. I ended up canceling the appointment due to the lack of communication at the Vancouver location. We are going to go to the location that was on the mailer now. I would rather drive 30 miles and be appreciated for my patronage. This location I would never recommend to anyone.

I have been going to this dealership since 2015 when I bought my car. I have to say that I really love working with them and they have been nothing but amazing to work with. The service team there is absolutely top notch. I think the "dealership" gets a bad rap but I find their service to be reasonably priced and they never push me or pressure me into anything. They always offer a Lyft or loner car if needed so it's never inconvenient. I go there for all my oil changes and all service and I have just always had nothing but A+ service.

First time i ever bought a new car right off the truck! First time i ever came in for an oil change and left with a new car! Third car i bought from the same sales man! Bob Nodine is the best !

My sales rep was pleasant enough. Car shopping is a tough business, you have to assume these people making commission are going to get every dollar out of you they can. I asked for the absolute lowest price and don t feel like I got that but I ll never know.It took nearly two hours for the finance department to process the paperwork with my purchase and car loan documents. My new car was missing an owners manual, a sticker indicating when the next oil change was due and I found out two days later no windshield wiper fluid! They didn t provide me a 10 point checklist for what servicing was done before the car went on the sales lot. I did ask for an oil change sticker and manual which they provided. I had to go buy wiper fluid but they offered to fill it when I emailed to complain. The sales rep did provide a car lot staff member to follow me to where I turned in my rental but I had to return him to the dealership and set up my Bluetooth connection for me which I appreciated. The car only had 1/2 tank of gas. I love my new car

Just bought a new CR-5 from Vancouver location-- such a great experience, especially given that we've had such a horrible experience with the Hyundai corporate people with our previous Santa Cruz! From Jason our sales guy all the way up to Max who ok'd the final deal to Dave in finance. No pressure, just fun!

I had set up an appointment with Marco Garcia to look at a specific vehicle on 1/3/2024 and I had to drive an hour and a half to get there and I let him know where I was coming from. About 10 minutes prior to arriving I received a phone call from Marco stating the vehicle I was on my way to look at sold the previous night just after he clocked out. It was infuriating especially after several emails confirming an appointment date and time. I completely understand if the vehicle sold but there could have been a courtesy call to let me know so I didn't waste half my day. It was a shady move and I would never recommend this dealer!! I did find the vehicle I was looking for somewhere else!

Our experience was great there was a little snaphfoo at financing but it all worked out.We bought a 2024 Chev Trax we wanted a smaller SUV that my mom could get in and out of safely. This fit within our budget and wr are happy.

I absolutely had a fantastic experience at this location taking a look at the Mazda CX 90 A couple of different people helped me out, and when they made iContact, they either said hello or asked if there was anything that they could help me with! This is truly great service from a small dealership. I used to work for Herzog Meier Mazda, and was looking for a local Mazda dealership, and I definitely found one I will be suggesting people to go to this location anytime they ask.

I had a great experience with my salesman. He did everything in his power to get me in a vehicle and he got me in one and I really appreciate it. I have been trying for a long time those guys really work hard. I think them appreciate them. I will recommend them to anyone I come across.

Their service center is a literal scam. Quoted me 4k on my car for superfluous fixes and then had a salesman waiting to try to talk to me about buying a car once I picked it up. They also "fixed" $800 in repairs on another car that weren't actually fixed.

I contacted about 5-7 different dealers asking for additional information around pricing/fine print. Marco and John were able to get me exactly what I was looking for and even walked me through some of the numbers. I had many other dealers be extremely cagey about everything for no good reason! Appreciate the candor.
