I worked with Mike Woods and had an awesome experience. We ended up going with a used car from another dealer, but I will absolutely be returning to this dealership when I am in the market for another vehicle. Their no pressure sales and very flexible policies let us look at what we wanted and test drive how we wanted. I was "this close" to pulling the trigger on a Blazer EV. Check them out.

I just bought my fist new truck!I bought a used camaro from Alan Webb in 2019. I came back because they are one of the good ones. They have aggressive pricing listed online and do not mess with you when you are there in person. This is the second vehicle I bought from Jamie, It was a great experience both times. My local dealer is fine but I drove over an hour twice now for price, I'm glad I did.

Jeff was absolutely AMAZING!!! He was unlike any other salesman that I've met. He was able to get me everything I wanted and more in my new Trailblazer RS.I also want to say that Bob was also fantastic with making sure that I knew how to work everything before leaving the lot. These two are truly amazing and I will keep telling people to go to Alan Webb and work with either Bob or Jeff as they truly listen and meet all the requirements that the customer is looking for!

Highly Recommend this Dealership, I started working with Micah, and then we worked a little with Keith & Bob as well. They all were super helpful. I had issue 3 days after I bought the car and Megan in service was exceptional, understanding and efficient at helping me solve my problem. It speaks volumes on this dealerships integrity. I absolutely would recommend these guys to ANYONE!!

Scheduled 3 services: Oil & filter change, tire rotation, transmission fluid flush and fill. There was also an open recall that John also scheduled that day. It took longer than expected due to the recall but I am satisfied with the time frame that was set. I didn't have a time I needed the truck back so it was satisfactory. I brought my own premium oil for them to use for the oil change. The technician forgot to use said oil and when I came to pick up my truck it was sitting in the passenger seat unused. I had to then wait for an expedited oil change to use this oil. I'm unsure if this oil was actually used now, it takes some of my confidence away from the service departments technicians. But only 20 minutes later they brought the truck back to the front and I felt the truck ran well. Again I hope the premium oil was actually used and the truck wasn't just driven around the block. Maybe in the future the service writer could put on the work order that a customer brought their own fluids for their vehicle so it isn't forgotten in the future. Thank you guys for the work and I hope you have a happy holiday season!

This should have been a 5 star review, but first the manager tells me I am wrong about the sales tax and that it is based on a flat rate rather than the rate for my city/county. He was dead wrong. Minus 1 Star. Then they tell me they need to check my credit to accept my check, fine my score was 826 so we are good now right...No, they make me fill out a loan application that they send to a bunch of lenders I then got letters from even though I paid in full. Minus 1 Star. They charge me an extra $25 fee for my plates that they keep, but say they mailed them to me without tracking and my temp expires. Minus 1 Star. 21 days later they send me a letter telling me to pick up the plates that they supposedly mailed. Minus 1 Star. The best part of this experience for me is that it is finally over and I will never have to deal with them again.

Had a great experience buying a vehicle for our business. Jamie was our salesperson. She was great! I appreciated the NO pressure aspect where she and the finance manager simple showed me my options so I could decide what was best for me. I recommend you come here when you need a new vehicle.

Initially working with our sales rep he was generally knowledgeable and good to respond. He did not follow up on a prior end of day discussion discount.The finance person was the worst I have ever worked with. He did not give me my military discount, although he had the paperwork, which I did catch. He also did not give me the dealership discount which I did not catch which cost a bunch of money. With my high credit score he routed me to a high interest loan and told me I needed to keep it for 6 months or I would lose the GM discounts. Really?

I bought my car here 10 years ago, and I've been bringing it here for oil changes and service since then. The service has always been good, but because of my most recent experience with the service department, I won't be going back.After taking it in for an oil change they found evidence of some seepage, so I asked them to fix the problem the next time I went in. They kept the car from Thursday to Monday, and when I got there Monday morning to pick it up there were mouse droppings in the cup holders!I asked the service adviser, John, to come look at it. He said it was just plastic, and he could have the service team vacuum it out. I told him if he was sure it was just plastic then I'd clean it myself since I was going to go home and clean the whole car anyway. When I got home and wiped out the cup holders with a cleaning cloth though, it was definitely not plastic. The droppings were smearing brown on the cloth. I sent a message that day through the Chevrolet website, but never heard back.I ve lived in my house for two years, and have never seen any evidence of mice in the garage, in my car, or anywhere else. I keep my car clean because I have OCD, and don t like the thought of things being dirty.Flash forward through two days of driving the car and smelling heavy exhaust fumes, and I went out to my garage Wednesday evening to find a puddle of oil all over the floor. Instead of fixing the leak, they'd made it worse, and it had been dripping on the fan belts and getting splattered under the hood. The exhaust smell had been from the oil hitting the hot engine and burning, and the drip had gotten bad enough to lose most of the oil out of the engine while it sat in my garage for a day.Thursday morning I called the service department for a tow truck, asking to speak to the person in charge, Adam Ahmadi. He wouldn t acknowledge the mouse droppings I d found, and after I rode with the tow truck driver to the shop, Adam didn t even take time to speak to me. His team found a loaner car for me, and I left.Two days later, on Saturday, I went to get my car. Before I got in I popped the hood to see if they d cleaned the engine. There were still oil spills and splatters all over, but because it was Saturday there wasn t anyone there in the shop. The person I talked to at the front desk also tried to play off my frustrations by saying that because the car is a 2014, of course it s not going to be squeaky clean under the hood. I told her that the mess was not due to the age of the car, but the fact that their shop caused a major oil leak, and hadn t cleaned up like they should. I took the car home, but it still smells like burning oil after driving any longer than 10-15 minutes and getting the engine hot enough.I had planned to just try cleaning the engine myself, because I didn t want to have to deal with them any more, but when I got in the car this morning there was a napkin shredded on the passenger seat and on the floor near the dash. The mice that got into my car while it was at the service department over the weekend are still there! I ve had to clean up messes twice now.I immediately drove to the dealership to talk to Adam directly, hoping to show him the evidence that there are still mice in my car. He offered to vacuum the mess, but when I asked if they were going to do anything about the mice still being there he said, quote, We re not responsible for what happens to your car while it s on our lot. He also said, If a rock falls out of the sky onto your car, it s not our fault. We re not responsible for what happens to your car while it s on our lot .If they re not going to take responsibility for their problems, or clean up the messes they make, do you honestly want to gamble on bringing your car here. Their website says Quality Service is Standard , but that doesn t seem to be the case anymore.

Bob Nodine is very kind and personable, he made the experience fun and easy. I wasn't planning on buying until after January 2024 but he kindly showed me the benefit of purchasing my new Bolt now. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle when I need help with the technology.

very disappointed in how my wifes suburban was returned to us after getting repairs completed amongst routine maintenance. visible hardware missing and loose, which makes me wonder what else was left loose and or incomplete during repairs. the repairs were about 10 days or so if i remember correctly which isn't the issue, the issue was communication - i had to call and ask hey what did you find etc etc. or 30 min to close i have to call to figure out if we are getting a rental little things here and there. my biggest concern is the vehicle and the repairs made. i have since gotten new hardware installed and have had service and inspections completed elsewhere after this experience. i understand mistakes happen, but before this i have reached to the dealer privately to show my findings and gave them a chance to make things right, with no interest on there end to do so - i believe i had a missed call with no voicemail or email follow up but i cant be certain as i reached out again via email and have given plenty of time to be contacted (at least a month) and nobody has followed up.

Alan Webb Chevrolet deserves 20 stars if that was an option. My purchasing experience was a little interesting at first, the truck I bought was used and had some issues. Throughout the process the dealership had my back and went above and beyond to help me. The staff there from service to management demonstrated so much support and understanding. If you re looking for a great experience and reliable vehicle I strongly suggest going to Alan Webb Chevrolet and ask for Travis Z as he is so helpful and willing to go above and beyond for his customers! I wouldn t buy a vehicle anywhere else.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Biggest regret and huge mistake. I bought a 2017 Mitsubishi mirage from them April 2023. After owning it for 2 months my steering wheel started to shake if you went 55MPH or more! My tire on the front driver side makes any tire not round after a month. I had to pay $2k for wheel bearings, another alignment, and new wheels. The alignment was never done the guy said this car will never fully be aligned and the frame is damaged. My clutch and transmission is slipping and going out and I ve called the service center many many times. We can t work on Mitsubishi only one person can they are hard to work on and learn THEN WHY DID I GET PRESSURE TO GET MY CAR SERVICED FROM YOUR COMPANY FOR FREE but It was an extra $3k charge. My car also has a fuel system that isn t working so I never know how much gas is in my car and it burns gas fast. It also brurns oils. THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER SOLD THIS CAR THEY NEVER FULLY LOOKED AT AND MADE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS FOR IT TO BE SAFE TO DRIVE

Outstanding and friendly service as usual. After buying a few Equinox vehicles from Alan Webb Chevrolet over the years, I went with a 2022 Blazer RS. Travis and Mike are absolutely amazing to work with, got me a great trade-in value, and worked with me on the price. I was worried it would be an expensive fix, and it wasn't! Megan was very helpful. It was good to get the Lyft both ways. All in all, very satisfied. It would be nice to be able to buy a new Volt, but short of that, I need to keep this one running.

Took a month for parts to come in and during that time someone took $2k of hiking, climbing, camping, and self rescue equipment out of the back of the truck. Some of that stuff is 2person lift so there s no reason it was not caught on camera. Yet I ve heard nothing back. It s like it was an employee that took my stuff.

Bought my truck from a different dealership, had it little over a month before something went wrong with it. Bought it to Alan webb chevy to have the warranty work done and they got it done in less than 48 hours, was very happy with the service, they cleaned the area they worked on my truck made sure it wasn't leaking, 10/10 very happy!

Staff were friendly and very helpful they didn't try to pressure me into buying a car. I didn't feel pressured when it came to the financing of the vehicle and signing all the paperwork because I felt kind of pressured into buying an add-on that I wasn't sure if I actually needed or wanted but overall it was a pretty decent car buying experience.

I am great full that Chevy was able to fix my Camero. The only thing I didn't appreciate was how expensive my headlights were, otherwise I couldn't be happier.I will be bringing my Camero here from now on.

When purchasing my brand new truck, sales was attentive, promptly contacting myself and my partner to finalize sale.Well since, my purchase, to be honest I'm disappointed in Chevrolet company. The service is bottom of the barrel. Limited staff available to work, even on routine services like an oil change. There's a 2 week wait to get recalled items to be installed. Always the run around. At time of purchase, we paid $12k extra for full coverage bumper to bumper for my 2023 Trail Boss 1500. Don't expect anything extra, as far customer service worst i went experience, no washing vehicle after a service, no vacuuming the floor mats. No coffee or tea while you wait.Oh,there's vending machines. The services was lame and disappointing. This is the last chevy purchase I will ever do.

Came in because I needed new keys for my truck due to my kid throwing them away. Despite a busy service team they got us in quickly and solved our issue in just an hour or two. The staff was super friendly and made the whole situation better than it would have otherwise been.While there we looked around and we spoke with Bob about the needs for our family. He showed us what we had in mind, let us take it for a spin. We didn't fall in love that day but Bob told us he'd have some new inventory soon and he'd call us. He did and we brought the family but found that what we were thinking wasn't gonna work for us. Bob again was understanding and didn't seem inconvenienced and told us he'd keep us in mind if anything else came in. Honestly with current used stock I wasn't expecting much, but about a week later Bob called again. They had a Suburban come and thought we should come see it. We did and while the one he called about we passed on, we did find another that we were happy to take off of their hands.Throughout the whole experience, I always felt listened to, enjoyed talking with everyone from the team there, especially Bob, and never felt pressured to buy today on the spot. I also will add that while we upsold ourselves, no one at this dealership ever made me feel pressured to spend more than I was comfortable with. I left feeling good about my purchase and my overall experience with Alan Webb Chevy.
