Really great people and great service. It s locally owned and operated and it shows with the care and quality of service. I have brought my 27-foot travel trailer in twice now and each time I leave smiling and grateful for a nice experience. Emo is their amazing tech and mechanic and there isn t anything he can t fix. He replaced and repacked my wheel bearings, serviced the HVAC, and even replaced my awning. And each time they only had my trailer a few days, so the turnaround time is great depending on the level of effort, of course.

I had a variety of work done on my travel trailer. Erika at the front desk was fantastic. She was very personable, and knowledgeable. Emo was the tech that did the work on my trailer. I explained to him face to face what needed to be done, all of my concerns, and expectations. When the work was done, Emo thoroughly showed me his work and how to run some new equipment that I had installed. Getting work done on your trailer can be very stressful, but the crew at Advanced RV made the experience well worth it. Highly recommended.

Excellent Experience & Great Staff! A neighbor of mine told me this place was great and so I thought I would try them out. I took my 2015 Subaru Outback here to get a hitch installed and it was an excellent experience. The staff at the front desk helped me find a hitch that was a good price as well as the wiring I needed. There store was really clean and had a lot of products. They were very knowledgable and seemed to really want to help. They squeezed me in for an appointment so I could go camping that weekend. They quoted me before the work was done, and actually took less time than I was quoted so I saved some money! The technician who did the job was friendly and careful with my car. Overall, I was really impressed with this place and will for sure go back to get repairs done on my travel trailer! I highly recommend Advanced RV Center!

I came in for a quote to have some axles replaced on my EVO travel trailer they never got back to me. Also they had me crawl under the trailer to measure the axles when they should have done that as part of the quote. Cannot recommend!

Update:Dropped my review to 2 stars because 10 days into our trip everything advance RV fixed stopped working!I had to hire a mobile tech to come and fix the issues and they said the problem was cheap wire and parts they said whoever worked on it last used really cheap parts and cables that just fell apart! So what the heck the Advance RV charge me $900 for ???Don t go to this place they are a ripoffI called them and they said someone was gonna call me back and no one did!I brought my Motorhome here to have my leveling jacks worked on. Ralph was friendly and was able to find the problem. It was an electrical issue and they were able to fix with no problem. When I picked up my motorhome I noticed my back camera and some indicators weren t working anymore. He kept it an extra day to fix that.Super friendly and very knowledgeable. The lady at the front desk was super nice and professional as well!

I have been using advanced RV for 10 plus years. They have always done well for me. In my opinion they are honest and competitively priced. They have never hit me with a surprise bill. They always are up front about what the cost will be and what to to expect. I would recommend Advanced RV to anybody.

Advanced RV Center saves me every time. I was having electrical problems and the service guy Ralph was quick to diagnose and solve my problem. I had a bad battery and they had what I needed to fix my problem. They made it quick, easy, and better yet it was affordable. We were able to go on our trip and it solved all my issues. I have been coming here for years and I will not go anywhere else. I always find what I need in the store, and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars.

Very friendly and helpful service. A small selection of parts, I would imagine they can order things as well, I should have asked. The woman there saved me a lot of time and trouble with her knowledge and honesty of parts and fittings.

WOW. I needed parts twice while on a trip and the ladies in the parts department here knew about every part in the shop. They were able to tell me why to get one part vs another with good reasons. This is a family owned shop. Much better and more knowledgeable than those huge chain shops.

Worst experience I have had in a long time. Stay clear...I really enjoy supporting the local businesses and thought I would never go to Curtis but Curtis it is!Everyone seems to know that person who was given the 'ol bait and switch...well I am that guy. The worst part is I do not think they did it on purpose and had the chance to make it right. Dangit, I was so happy to meet a local shop that seemed to care. When I scheduled an annual warranty inspection, I spoke to the receptionist who then called someone in to review what I needed. He looked at the inspection requirements and told me "an hour and $110.00." I made an appointment for a month out.Fast forward a month...I took the trailer in and I was then told, by the owner, it would be at least $500. Of course I was not happy and explained what had happened a month ago. He (the owner) let me know a mistake had been made and he would talk to his people. I continued to discuss how this was putting me, THE CUSTOMER, in the middle of his representative's mistake. He was not willing to make any efforts to meet me halfway.Well I of course was not willing to accept a 500% increase to the quote, left and will not be back. Too bad, the shop is a mile from my house. Also too bad that the RV community is relatively small and I am sure a local business thrives on word of mouth.

I needed the slide adjusted on my 2007 Arctic Fox trailer. When I explained the symptoms of excessive noise and resistance to going out and coming in, the owner explained the standard adjustment process and estimated labor time of 3 hours. He seemed very knowledgeable. I asked him to take care of this which was taken care of after I made an appointment. The work was completed totally to my satisfaction, in a timely fashion, and included an unexpected exterior wash. This seems to be a reputalbe business with well trained exmployees. The charge for the work was very reasonable. I highly recommend Advanced RV.

Had a problem with plumbing in motorhome while traveling from Florida to Vancouver WA. Needed some help and these folks got us in quickly, took us when we showed up a day early, and fixed 2 problems quickly and with great expertise. Everyone was friendly, helpful and got us back on the road. Would recomend their services.

Great little store. Lots of parts available.Four times, I had to buy parts for my motorhome (I'm a DIY type) on issues that came up on a 1 year old Thor Class C (all leaks, plumbing & electrical). Every time I went in - they had the part in stock!! I'm thrilled to find a place that carries so much stuff I need. They saved two camping trips.Although I haven't had them perform service yet - I love the parts selection. Also, the ladies at the counter have always been very helpful & friendly.

Wow, the part I needed wasn't there but they got it the next day. It was EXACTLY what I needed, the young lady that helped me on the phone was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The price was less than anywhere else...even online. A perfect experience. I hope I don't need parts for my trailer very often, but when I do, I'm calling Advanced RV Center.

HIGHLY recommend Advanced RV! Staff is extremely friendly, knowledgable and professional when it comes to taking care of their customer's needs. If you are looking for quality, this is the place to go. Multiple members of my family also use their services and have always been highly satisfied with their work.

We saw the reviews and were hopeful about advanced Rv center, but we had a bad experience with them. We were going through warranty and provided clear instructions that were given to us by the manufacturer and two separate service people verbalized they understood when we explained the procedure. Very poor communication both between the staff and to customers. I had to call a few times to see if they could tell me what was wrong and days later I was told it was fixed by the service manager on the phone and I tried to ask about the procedure we instructed them on but it went in one ear and out the other and the service manager kept talking about deductibles which we don t have with the manufacturers warranty. The office manager and service rep were very apologetic when I picked up the Rv and said there was confusion and the service manager got mixed up despite our multiple attempts to clearly lay out what our manufacturer needed to approve the repair. Now a couple weeks later we haven t gotten reimbursed by the manufacturer and it looks like we ll have to just eat the money paid for the repair when heartland said plainly they would pay everything as long as a service tech called after diagnosing the problem to tell them what was wrong prior to proceeding. Thank goodness it wasn t a more costly repair. Regardless, on principle, I m extremely disappointed and I would advise caution in dealing with this repair center especially anyone that is trying to deal with a repair under warranty or that expects good communication. We ve never had this problem with a repair going through our warranty which makes it even more shocking, heartland said they would happily deal with them and could add them to the list of repair shops they recommend, but now because of poor communication I will ask that they don t recommend the shop to other heartland customers because the repairs haven t been worth the hassle or the money out of our pocket.

Advanced RV Center is horrible! We took our RV here for service based on the recommendation of the place we bought our RV from. We are completely disappointed in the lack of communication from this place. We knew part of the work needed would be covered under our extended warranty & some we would be paying out of pocket. Ralph was very helpful when we dropped our RV off with going over all the items we needed repaired but that''s where the good communication stopped.I specifically requested to be contacted with an estimate of what our cost would be. We took the RV in on a Thursday & I had not heard anything by the following Monday afternoon so I called the shop to get an update. I was called back by Ralph & was given a reasonable estimate for the work we'd be paying for. Anytime I called, the people answering the phone were completely unhelpful & sounded bothered, the answer was always that I had to talk to Ralph & he would have to call me back.I then heard from our warranty company that Thursday about what they would be covering. I did not hear anything from Ralph & called later that afternoon to confirm what was going on. He proceeded to let me know they had done work that we all had thought would be covered under warranty, but wasn't, even after I had specifically told him to call before doing any additional work that we would have to pay for. He was apologetic & said he remembered I had told him this.He called me Friday morning to follow up on one piece (this is the only time he ever initiated contact, otherwise it was always me calling him for an update) & told me I should hear from him shortly that the RV was ready. I hadn't heard anything by 3:30pm (they close at 5pm) so I called to confirm if the RV was ready. I was told by the receptionist that they would need to talk to Ralph & would call me back. I finally heard back just after 4pm that the RV was ready. When we arrived to pickup the RV, the girl at the desk put an insurance estimate in front of me, without any explanation. I proceeded to ask questions & she said she had no idea she was just given the paper to give to me. I had another employee go over the detailed bills with me & it turns out Ralph had miscommunicated or didn't communicate at all on several items on the bill. I informed her we were misinformed & expressed how unhappy we were. She told me we could pickup the RV on Monday instead so we could talk to Ralph. She assured me he would make it right. I specifically told her I did not want to drive all the way back on Monday just to have Ralph apologize. She assured me he would "make it right".We proceeded to head back to Advanced RV today (Monday) to pickup our RV. Ralph met us at our RV & I could immediately tell he was already defensive. We expressed our disappointment in the lack of communication & he was unapologetic. He did go over the work done with us but just kept making excuses for all of his errors. He had an attitude the whole time of "what do you want me to do about it". At the end I let him know he had lost a customer & he said "ok" and walked away. I expressed my extreme displeasure to the office staff, including the office manager, while paying & all they had to say was they were sorry to hear that things didn't go well. I'm really disappointed the owner & office manager both did not take any interest in trying to retain us as customers. This place is awful & we will not be returning.

Extremely helpful staff. Ralph, Lynn, and Alexis recently helped me self-diagnose a bad water heater gas valve over numerous phone calls and trouble-shooting scenarios. Extremely patient and considerate.

Super helpful. My SUV was broken into and both sets of keys for our little trailer were stolen. To make matters worse, the surprisingly early cold/freeze spell with the trailer yet to be winterized (we thought we'd get one more trip in this fall) and no way to get into it had left me super stressed the past two nights. I called them up and they said bring it on over. I pulled in and within minutes some poor (small enough) guy crawled through the under trailer storage and in under the dinette to unlock the door and deadbolt so I could get into the trailer. I got the perishables out, and got the trailer winterized just in time for tonight's freeze. No judgement for being dumb enough to wait for the last minute or for not having an emergency set of keys, just friendly service when I really needed it. Will definitely go back for future RV needs. Thanks guys!!

Excellent service. They were starting to work on the rig even before I had unhooked the tow vehicle. Expected 4 hours wait, they were done in 2. Very friendly and knowledgeable about RV's.

Lousy job on fiberglass roof replacement. Multiple ripples in the fiberglass material. When i questioned that I was told "lifetime guarantee" i should not have accepted the job when completed but I had a trip scheduled. I have contacted them twice about the work and they don't even have the courtesy to return my call. My recommendation: GO ELSEWHERE!
