They missed a few things. Bad seal on front differential, found both front cab bolts missing.I asked them to wire in both my powered door mirrors and only one works.It's hard to get ahold of them on the phone, not too long after my service. When they finally answered, the mgr was no longer at that location, and I was forwarded to Oregon location.

I brought my 350Z in to have the clutch and flywheel replaced after 150,000+ miles of use. Micah is a great guy and took good care of me as a customer. I dropped the car off Monday morning and they started work on it right away. Within an hour, Micah called me to let me know about a leak in the rear main seal and even took a video of it to show me. It's always excellent when problems are caught and corrected while everything is accessible. I got a call Tuesday morning letting me know my car was finished and all set to go without any problems. That has to be the fastest turnaround time ever for a major service! I was curious what the old clutch and flywheel looked like after 14 years of use and Micah was happy to show me. This place is truly one of, if not the very best auto repair shops that I have ever dealt with. Friendly service and very fair price. I will 100% come back for future service. They rebuilt my transmission and I am so glad that we chose them! My van is my baby and they were extremely detail oriented and took the extra time to explain each process to me and encourage any questions that I had. They called every few days to give us an update which we greatly appreciated. I can tell that they care about their customers and I felt relieved that my van was in their hands. They ended up finding another issue with my van that other places had not even found, and this just goes to show their attention to detail and thoroughness. There were no surprise costs - once everything was all said and done I was right in range of the original estimate. I definitely would recommend them to a friend. Micah at AAMCO saved me this year!! The middle of March, my 2016 Hyundai Elantra transmission decided to die on me :( After searching around town for a local mechanic to help me, it seemed useless until I called Micah! I was concerned that since AAMCO is such a big brand that the cost would be a lot higher than hiring a private mechanic to do the work needed on my car. Micah was so kind and honest. Super down to earth and I didn't feel at all like he was trying to haggle me for anymore money than what a refurb transmission was worth. He was VERY transparent with his process and extremely patient when I told him I would need to come up with the money somehow by borrowing from family. He really made me feel like he wanted to help me. He kept my car safe on the lot for a week while I figured things out responded to all of my inquiries promptly. He shopped around for me to find a new-to-me transmission and showed me the work he put in and the list of contacts. He was honest in his concern of not getting ahold of one when I needed it, but ALAS!! He was able to find me one!!!! He ordered it right away and told me it would be 10 days for it to arrive at which point it would only take a day or two for install but he would have me back on the road ASAP. Sure enough, by the 10th day, it arrived and he called me to let me know it arrived and would be installed that day! While installing, he noticed my drive axle thingamajiggy (my words lol i don't know what it's called) had something wrapped around it that was causing a fluid leak and would lead to failure. So I was able to have that replaced at the same time as the transmission, saving me boatloads of money later on on labor costs. After install, I picked up the car and he showed me the part that was failing to prove his findings. I greatly appreciate this!!! Sure enough it looked really bad and I'm so glad he mentioned it. It has now been a month since I picked up the car and she drives like a champ!!! Micah and his team are such a blessing!!!!! Such positive vibes and a real gift for customer service. I have never had such a great experience dealing with any car maintenance. He kinda felt like a big brother! Thank you so much to the AAMCO team for fixing up my car and saving me so much pain and heartache when I was already crushed about the transmission in the first place. I took my pickup to a local dealer when it wouldn't move after putting it in gear. Not being a mechanic in any form I took it to the local dealer. The experts, right? Their mechanic said it would cost almost $9000 to repair because the transfer case and transmission needed to be replaced. Then they offered me A LOT of trade-in value for it. That seemed fishy so I didn't trust them after the offer and decided to get a second opinion on the repairs.I am glad I did! As I said, I'm not a mechanic in any way so Mike helped me and explained that the pickup did need a new transfer case, but that the transmission looked good. He saved me over $6000 from what I would have paid to the dealer. I guess now I know who the true expert is and where I'm always taking my pickup for services now. Went in for a full flush with my 94 e320 mike helped me and kept in touch with me about any issues. I usually work on my own cars/trucks. He was extremely nice and helpful. Hardly hear now adays about any issues with your vehicle till you pick it up then it is in the shop longer. Mike had me in and out within a day. Great service and great employees will recommend to anyone who needs a shop to work on their car.

Originally I had issued with the services provided. My car started having additional issues right after it was repaired. I spent over $5k on a new transmission and it appeared to not be working. Upon further inspection, there was an issue with the fuse block. A service I needed to go to the dealer for. After having this taken care of by the dealership, my vehicle ran wonderfullyOverall, I have been taken care of at this location. Micah was very professional and gracious despite my obvious displeasure with the situation. I just saw the response from the owner here and am very touched that they went so far as to respond to my review.I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends.Service: Transmission

This was a perfect place for my car. I took it in just before closing on a holiday but they took a look at the transmission and made me an appointment first thing after the holiday. They gave me updates and estimates and ordered parts all in a timely manner. They were very friendly and gave me a fair price. I went back in for a check up and everything is working fine now. I would send anyone to this AAMCO shop, they are great.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I m so disappointed with the level of urgency with me vehicle. They had it for almost a month to get the new transmission in, finally got my car back and not even 2 days later my transmission started making weird noises. It took me a week to even get ahold of someone at the shop to talk about it. They told me to drop it off the following Monday, mind you I called on a Tuesday, so another week to wait. Drop the car off Monday and a week later I still don t have my car and they still can t tell me when I will get it back. I m a single mother and work 3 jobs and being without transportation has made it extremely difficult to get to and from work. Spending money on Ubers and giving people gas money to get me where I need to be. Walking in 90 degree weather for 45 minutes to get to work. They lack compassion and I would advise to not do business here if you can help it. Between my warranty and myself I ve paid 5,027 plus still making my car payments! Do NOT take your car here!!!!!Service: Transmission

If you ever need any kind of car repair, I cannot recommend this AAMCO more! They are beyond helpful, quick, and trustworthy!Mike is incredibly understanding and explained what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand.It took a bit of finagling calling the bank a few times to get the payment worked out. Mike took care of everything and even called the bank for me! He went above and beyond to help. I can t thank him enough!This is definitely the place you should go for any kind of car repair or transmission issues!

I've been taking my cars here for the past 5 years and can't say enough great things about this place. Mike at Aamco is always so nice and professional, he's always very honest and won't charge you if he doesn't know 100% that you need the work. Turn around times are amazing as well, I brought my car in today for a new starter around noon and got the call that it was ready by 3. 10/10 loyal Orchards Aamco customer for life

I took my car to the 117th location to get some transmission maintenance done, Micah kept me up to date on the work they were doing and let me know of some things that weren t right. They were able to get the work done by the end of my work day and saved me a good chunk of change in parts! Awesome customer service and great pricing. I am very happy with the work that was done on my car and will be bringing it back in for future maintenance!

I have been getting car service here for about a year now as well as my husband. Micah is great and getting the problem nailed down and explaining options. Prices are very fair and the work is quality. Micah is always professional and down to earth. I love going here cause I know the work that needs to be done is getting completed very well and my cars are in great condition because the care provided. I haven t went anywhere els since I started getting my car serviced here. Great customer service fair prices and excellent work done on my cars. I had a very great experience there. I have taken my car to a lot of places, but Aamco actually fixed it, not just pretended to. They fixed it and then told me what I needed to get fixed next. I think this is a great shop. Mike has really great customer service and will definitely treat you right.

Aamco provided great service for my car. Mike was very friendly and helpful both in person and over the phone. I had quite a list of repairs needed including a new clutch and timing belt. My quote from the dealership was beyond what I could afford, but Aamco provided a significantly more affordable option and worked with me to get good financing. They even included some services beyond what the dealership had quoted me for. After the repairs, my car has been running great! I appreciate the upfront communication and am thankful for the quality repairs!

Out in hazeldale. The shop in hazel dale ruined my Mitsubishi Endeavored/ S.U.V.I trusted the shopI trusted this location, I trusted the shop to do a good job. I paid 3400.oo plusc180.00 for advice from a lawyer in camas wa. I'm not done with them yet. Plan to get my money. I don't expect an apology from Brian or Mike responsible for the shop and repair trust of vehicle.check the reviews as well as the fedral trade commission.

Very happy with the honest, straight forward, friendly service. They have worked on my car three times, and I am now trusting them with my daughter's car. They took the time to perform a free analysis, and did a quality service on my car. I was surprised that my tune up even came in under budget! ...How often does that happen!

Dropped my Jeep off in the morning for a transmission flush and filter replacement, it was done by end of day. Would have been done sooner, but the filter for my transmission had to be ordered from a local dealership, so no fault on them. Clear communication and updates throughout the day, very friendly staff, and they only charged a little over half the price that the dealership wanted for the same service. Since I can't service this particular transmission on my own, these guys have my business. Great work, great pricing, great communication!

Mike the Manager that runs the place is a quality guy! Goes out of his way to do the job right and is fair. And Val (hope I didn't spell his name wrong) in the shop did a solid job putting a transmission in my Durango for me I brought to them. So far so good. About the start of the Pandemic, I needed my trans fluid changed. Instead; my vehicle was Dropped from the Lift so hard the shocks were blown out, the radiator was cracked and leaking .. he Myka owes my wife 5K for his ignorance... ken

Quality, Value, Professionalism and Punctuality is what you will find at the AAMCO on 117th AVE Vanc WA with Micah M. and his team. A totally different shop on Mill Plain gave me an estimate to recondition my 2002 Buick transmission of $5300.00 there was also going to be a diagnostic fee & a towing fee. I'm so glad I called Micah M. at AAMCO because there is No towing fee, No diagnostic fee, he went into detail explaining the damage and what needed to be done.He saved me money. Micah also fixed my brakes, replaced my gas filter and compartment filter. There was no pressure.Very easy to talk to.Great service. Micah M at AAMCO will remain my "go to car guy".

I had the pleasure of working with Mike and it was a stellar experience! From start to finish he was helpful and accommodating. He walked me through all my options throughly. Not only were the repairs done well, but quick! While it was a less than ideal situation for my vehicle, the service and care was exceptional. I would highly recommend using them for your repairs!

I was told my Midas that my 2011 Honda CRV needed a new transmission and bearings. They estimated me $ 5,600.00. Micah at AAMCO told me it was only the bearings that needed fixing and charged me $ 875.00. He called me to inform me of the problem and fixed my car in few hours. I found him very caring, honest and helpful person. Midas has lost a customer and AAMCO has gained one. Thanks Micah for taking care of me.

I had Mike take care of my Tribute, the work done was good, only had to return the next day, they didn't connect the sensor all the way. I gave three stars because Mike did a terrible job of managing. He gave me a solid no change quote, it was no change until he asked to change it?? Yep, he asked because he did not do a good job of quoting. I agreed to the increase. Then he called and told me of a water pump leakage issue, said it would be X amount more but would give me a .4 hour break on labor since it was already exposed. Well if it is already exposed it should be less, anyway. Mike asked me to bring it back after a week or two just to check things out. I called and made an appointment for after lunch. I showed up and Mike said he would check on the mechanic. He returned and said it would be a 35 minute wait until his mechanic got off lunch.??I will not be returning. Good work, poor management.

Exceptional service took my Subaru in because two previous shops tried fixing my problem and only made it worse. So when I took it to these guys they let me come in the same day I called and found what was wrong in 2 hours. They solved an issue that I had been stressed with for almost two weeks in less than two hours!! Only mechanics I'm trusting my cars and my familys cars with. Thanks to Micah and all the guys there they are doing great work.

I had taken my car to several other places to get it diagnosed and a quote and I called Mike at Aamco for help and he was very nice and got me in right away and quoted me much less then all the other shops. I needed my transmission replaced and he worked with me on a price I could afford and got mine car done faster than expected and now my car runs perfectly!!!! Thanks mike and Aamco family!!

Mike was great. Took my car in, thinking that I had transmission problems. Mike had his technician do the analysis on the vehicle and found that the issue was actually a problem with miss-firing rather than transmission slipping. They did the repairs on the fuel injectors, and a tune up and the car runs absolutely great.

Brought my rig in, terrified it was the transmission. Micah at AAMCO helped me out. He explained the whole processs and everything they were doing and before they did anything he was sure to get my sign off. He was extremely helpful and gave some of the best, if not he best customer service experience I have ever had. Got my rig diagnosed, repaired and back to my in less than 24 hours. Amazing folks there. I truly appreciate all their help and hard work. Plus the price was great!!!
