Most impeccable honest repair shop I've ever been to in My Life. The professionalism is over the top. the price is reasonable and respectable. people might get mad cuz sometimes don't get the right diagnosis on your car however Roger will let you come back and he will fix your car the right way. how many others shops do that.try Roger you'll be impressed tooService: General repairs & maintenance

We gave our savings on fixing our truck . Tell us $1,300 later having for a week, " ok that should do it"! Nope! Needing to work, so drove it having the same problem. Took it back in there $1,055 later having it all weekend til mid week. " Found the problem, she should be good""! The heating coil still wasn't working and still leaking water. Now mind you I'm 59 years old, having to ride my bike everywhere. 3rd trip $1,878 and still leaking water. She's running but we're scared to drive it. Our new mechanic said he's almost certain the block is cracked. So mumbed. The guy up front honestly a super nice guy. His mechanics on the other hand are not very good at all.

My 2018 Ford Edge check engine light came on the day before Thanksgiving. George got me in the day after, diagnosed the problem, got the part & got me out in 6 hours. It's been two weeks & no more idiot light. Good people, work at a fair price! My first choice.

My family has been using this company for years, Roger is always straightforward and honest when discussing my vehicles repairs. This is probably the only place I trust to fix my vehicle and they re fast! My car needed a new serpentine belt, new spark plugs, a new cylinder coil and new brake shoes and my car was done the next day. Highly recommend Roger and his team, I won t take my vehicle anywhere else.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible service. Took my car to be checked for an oil drip- they claimed they were waiting on a car part and they said they call me back. Never heard from them. Went in physically to speak with the owner and he claimed he did not have any info on what was needed to be done or what part needed to be ordered, but he would call the dealer to get the part (he was the one who originally took the order). Still no callback and no part. 3 weeks of waiting; ending up with no call and no part. Guess this guy doesn t want my business.

Me and my family have used A&M for year's. Great quality for a good price. Rodger is an HONEST and diligent repirman, something that's hard to find these days, and has always done good by me.A&M gets a 6/5 for Quality and Custuner Service.Zach and Monte W.

Roger is great, he is a very nice and straight forward person about pricing and what may be wrong and what he can fix. He is very busy though, you have to call to make an appointment. That is a good sign of am honest hardworking mechanic and his staff.

Love this place, in general. My family takes 4 vehicles there, have been with them for years. There were two times when I felt I was double charges for work that was done but something mechanical happened that caused the set work to have to be done again, However I'm not sure that they were wrong to do that. Probably more likely that I was just feeling like I didn't want to spend the money. Steve & Roger are great and very informative about the work done. And I have seen numerous times where they got me the lowest price possible, with parts etc.

The best mechanic I could find since I moved out here. There are very knowledgeable with cars and offer very competitive prices on repairs. You may have to wait a while to get you car fixed but that's only because there so busy due to how great they are.

Roger and the team at A&M are awesome. My family has been using A&M for 15 + years and Roger has never done us wrong. He is has been forthcoming with us in every situation even when there have been issues. They have always been handled with the utmost professionalism. You won't be disappointed choosing A&M Auto if you've got a repair.

They charged me 180 dollars to fix my truck, they gave it back with the engine light on and it barely running. My MAF went out, my friend and I put another in and it didn't fix it, then we tried to replace the TPS and that didn't work either and I didn't want to waste more money, so I went here to get it fixed. Turns out my friend and I installed it wrong and the new TPS was broken, they reinstalled the old TPS which worked, and fixed the MAF, BUT they didn't notice its the wrong MAF for my car model, they didn't tell me that, I had a mechanic look at it, he realized I ALSO had no coolant and had a coolant hose leak and the MAF was wrong, fixed both problems for 110... less that they charged me, and it actually fixed it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very friendly service , went above and beyond to help us and in an incredibly timely manner , got our window shipped there and repaired within a few days of it breaking. It was an absolute life saver for us, will recommend this place to any friends and locals for sure.

They told me they de-glazed my back brakes. I took my car into a brake specialist a day and half later for a separate issue and they told me my back brakes hadn t been touched. They charged me for work they never did.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Have been going to Roger for 14 years. Have all my vehicles services there. Always top notch work and honest as can be. About 50% of my immediate neighbors go here now also. Best deal around hands down.

So super happy with not only the work that was done to my pathfinder, I'm also happy at the cost!! Turned out to be way less than I thought it would be for an electrical problem!! Got my baby back the same day!!! It was so worth the drive to Vancouver from Kelso!!

I took my 99 GMC Jimmy in 3 times and he has done a really good job with working on my SUV and making it start and getting the transmission serviced. They have always been on time and stood by their word. They are really good with what they do and i really trust them.

I have been taking my vehicles here for many years and hav'nt had any problems until a year and a half ago when i brought in my car to see why it would not start , roger said i had no compression in 3 out of 4 cylinders and said i needed a new motor . So i towed the car home and told roger to find a good motor , after a month still no motor . I purchased another car was going to junk the other car but wanted to get a second opinion so i took it to munsons honda where they had it running in 2 hours , they said the spark plugs were bad . They installed 4 plugs and the car ran perfect . " REALLY" so i was out momey i paid him to diagnose my car , money to have munsons honda fix my car , and $3,000 bucks for the cost of the car i purchased .Well i am a forgiving person and brought my landcruiser back to him for repairs which he missed diagnosed again and not only missed diagnosed but didnt want to repair it and charged me over $200 bucks to tell me whats wrong with it and not repair it . Bullshit !He is to busy , his mechanics are under qualified and they look for the most expensive repairs even though its not what is wrong with the vehicle . I could continue this review with even more stories about roger's shotty work but i only have so much space to continue . If you do not want to spend your hard earned money fixing things that are not broke i would take my vehicles somewhere else . Period !

Repaired AC on my truck. New Fan clutch went bad in only 2 months but they replaced it no charge. Roger stands behind their parts & labor warranty!

Well,they beat other auto shop prices but unfortunately they forgot to run my spark plug wire in the raceway for those wires which caused a short iron one of my wires then, they forgot to use a hose clamp on my fuel line causing me to tow my car home and finding the issue myself.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair
