Great customer service! Their welcome letter is the best thing I've ever seen and if I had a business I'd hire him or her as a marketer asap. Loved having a loaner car. It was an ancient boat car but that made it fun honestly. They did a great job repairing my vehicle and I recommend them.

Our car ended up being totaled, so I can t speak to their skill with repairs, but the interactions I had with Michelle and Matt were exceptional. I received personalized attention, they were caring, understanding, and gracious. I felt confident in the decisions made, even though I was hoping for a different outcome. I don t want to need a body shop again, but if I do, I plan to bring my vehicles back to Washington Auto Collision.

This is by far the best car repair service I have ever received . My car looks brand new and they only had my car a week. They also provided me a fairly decent loaner car . They also washed and cleaned the inside immaculately. Over the past 20 years I have been in three minor accidents. My go to place is Washington Collision. They do amazing work and have gone the extra mile every time. Hopefully I don t need to see them again, but if I do have another mishap, I will gladly choose them again.

The folks at Washington Auto Collision have given the best quality of service in automotive paint and repair that I ve ever seen. I had my rear bumper replaced by them due to aging cracking plastic. Their paint match is insanely accurate. If/when we ever need our vehicle bodywork or paint, we will definitely go back to Washington Auto Collision!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

WA AUTO COLLISION IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The lift gate on my Toyota Rav 4 was not closing. I had made an appointment with the Toyota Dealership( Findlay )to have them look at it. I was told to bring my car to an auto shop as the back door looked damaged from my accident and was causing the door not to shut. ( I didn't have an accident) the door had a dent.After looking around I found WA AUTO COLLISION online and decided to call to make an appointment. I was told on the phone I couldn't get in for a month. (This tells you how busy they are)I explained my situation and Michelle had me transferred to Matt.After speaking to Matt, he told me to come on by and he would look at it . That was AMAZING news!I drove in and immediately Matt took care of me. He looked at the back lift gate and said for me to pull my car down to the have one of his experts look at it.After trouble shooting, they changed the bolts and the door was able to close and engage the lock. WOO HOO.Scott also took care of the small dent I had in the door.They did not charge me for any of their time or service. I couldn't believe it!!I haven't seen this kind of genuine care and service in a very long time!THANK YOU MATT AND SCOTT for your kindness and expertise. Recently had my 4RUNNER repaired here and I can't speak highly enough about them. The repair and customer service I received was top notch. I highly recommend anyone needing to have their vehicle repaired, take it there. You won't be disappointed.

We have been to Washington Auto Collision several times. They know how to repair and fix vehicles so you can t tell anything was ever wrong! Not only do they fix what is needed, but they go the extra mile. They vacuum the entire vehicle and wash the outside. They go above and beyond what most places do. They understand that customer service is important!!

Great service! My van roof was leaking and they caulked the leaks and put it under a heater to dry!! Cost? FREE. How often does that happen? Super nice folks and well run front office. Wish I could give them a 10!!!

Working with Washington Auto Collision on getting my truck repaired could not have been a smoother process. Everything from the estimate, the communication with my insurance company, to the work itself was top notch. I would also like to say that not only was the repair and paint job on the bumper amazing, but they took the time to give the interior of my truck a quick detail. Washington Auto Collision did the job on my Lexus RX 350 to perfection. I had moderate to severe damage to my front end due to a collision and when I got it back it, was in show room condition ! If you want an excellent job done they go above and beyond what I expected, being picked myself. They are worth every penny, you'll be happy with the results. Jeff

I had the opportunity to view and inspect this business several years ago before I retired and made a mental note that they really had their act together. I took my truck in for repair and from the get go they had me scheduled, kept me up to date and wait.....the truck was super clean inside and out when I picked it up! I have never seen a body shop do that! I'd recommend these guys if you need body repairs.

I would not use another body shop around - not only is their work awesome, they back up their work above and beyond what any other shop would do - I had the shop completely repaint my '78 Trans Am almost 20 years ago, and when I had to have a parking lot smack repaired last month, they independently fixed a small crack in the paint next to one of my t-tops, under warranty from the original paint job, even though it was probably caused by the body flexing - I was speechless to say the least!

Someone sideswiped me as he was pulling out of a parking spot. Although the damage looked minor I still took it in for an estimate because my car is only 4 years old and in pristine condition and I want to keep it that way. Washington Auto Collision buffed it all out touched up the paint and replaced a door trim guard. The cost was under $50.00 dollars and other than a small scratch that s hardly noticeable, it looks great! They were fast friendly and very affordable. I recently got into a rear end accident that took out the back end in a car that already had some significant front end damage as well. Insurance told me to take it for an estimate and Paul came and looked at my car. I really was not looking to get my car fixed as I already had been looking for a new car and then this accident happened and the whole thing turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Paul took care of me and made sure I wasn t getting taken advantage of by the insurance company and didn t push to fix my car that has already run its course. I appreciate a company with honesty, integrity, and an unwillingness to make a quick buck, and because of this whatever my future car may be, I will definitely be taking it here. I truly felt like Paul and everyone at WA auto collision truly had my best interest in mind. Thank you guys and I ll be back (hopefully not anytime soon ;))

Love WA Auto Collision! I took my car here for hood repair. When I picked up my car, not only did the hood looked fantastic, but they had cleaned the inside and washed the outside of my car! I went in for an estimate and they were able to do a quick repair the same day and didn't even charge me. I was in and out in less than 30min. Service like this is unheard of, I've had places want to charge for just an estimate. This is the second time I've gone to them and they are amazing in every way. Definitely the only repair shop I'll be going to in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I recently had autobody work done on my car. Washington Auto Collision went above and beyond expectations! Not only did they repair damages, they made the repairs look seamless, looking like a new vehicle!I learned that they were concerned about the headlight covers that were worn from years of wear . They were buffing and polishing the covers when I arrived to pick up my vehicle! That's how much they care!To top things off, they gave my car a "bubble bath" and cleaned it inside and out!Their service is second to none! Definitely #1 in my book!Thank you Washington Auto Collision!

I came in on a referral from George Gee Kia in Liberty Lake, for a missing window trim.Instead of paying $98.00 for a new one Matthew Bertram, General Manager suggested a simple fix, once accomplished in less than 30 minutes I was extremely satisfied.This was a classy business as well as a clean smart looking office.Thank you Matthew.

This is my 3rd experience with the team at WAC and there is a reason I continue to go back time after time for both my company fleet vehicles and my personal cars/trucks. These guys are a class act and the quality of their work at top notch. From staff to quality, you won't be disappointed here.

These guys should all wear a cape with their daily attire!!! Don't bother with other shops .. just go here. Outstanding service and amazing staff!!!! I've been to Washginton Auto Collison more times than I care to admit. Thankfully they fix my car up and im back on the road in no time and at a reasonable price. Thier service is fast and friendly. They are my go to place for all lifes car mishaps. My truck was involved in the hail storm. The team at Washington Auto Collision did an amazing job on my truck. I ve been in aviation paint for 10 years and I know black is the hardest color to deal with, and they did AMAZING! I m very pleased with the quality of work and the customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this business. I had a contractor working on our building drop roofing debris and damage my vehicle. The contractor agreed to pay for the damages but insisted I use WA auto collision. I booked the appointment for 4 months out, took my car in, they gave me a loaner, and told me 3 days to complete the repair. After 6 days I received a call saying my car was finally finished. When I picked it up, it was clean, but they had skipped half the repairs, and the scratches were still there. After 4 months of waiting for this appointment, and the hassle of the entire situation itself with the contractor, this was less than ideal. I emailed and called regarding the issue, never received an apology for the repairs being missed, which would ve been appreciated at the time. Instead, the attitude was more, acting like they were doing me a favor getting me back in to finish the repairs, which at this point, were now entirely paid for. Disappointing experience. Didn t end up moving forward with the second appointment to finish the repairs because It wasn t worth going another week without my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

We have been taking all of our vehicles to Washington Auto Collision since 2001, and that is a LOT of vehicles. We keep going back as they do such an excellent job every single time. See, my husband has a habit of backing into things. If there is a "mistake" in the paint, they make it good! These people are like family to us and we appreciate all they have done for us through the years.
