Scott & Clyde are very honest business men. Their best interest is really in their customers. Honesty doesn't always mean cheap or expensive, every shop is different. As you can see this shop is pretty clean so that should tell you how they will treat your vehicle in the shop. I had some break issues done...Scott could have easily told me I need over $400.00 dollars worth of parts but he worked w/what I actually needed and saved me most of that cost. These people have wonderful values in and out of the business of mechanics. I thank the Lord for this shop.

Deeply impressed with the service and integrity as well as professionalism. Gave me a quote up front, ended up not finding an issue and chalked it up to cold weather but they looked into it anyways. Also their shop is clean and speaks to their work ethic.

These guys know all about customer service. They are always busy, but manage to get me in and repaired in record time. And they have the cleanest shop I've ever seen.

Scott and Clyde are absolute angels! First, my car was stolen. I picked it up from the police station, but it stalled out on the highway on my way home. I called them as they were the closest mechanic. They were very busy but agreed to give it a look. They were kind enough to give me a ride home as well. By the next day, they were able to get her working again and only charged me for the time! I walked out having only payed $100! And then just my luck, a giant truck pulls a hit and run on me. They agreed to see it on Monday, and by Tuesday morning, she was good to go! Their prices are incredibly reasonable for the work done and the wonderful customer service. They were both so lovely and even showed me around the shop! I won't go anywhere else from now on. As a younger girl with her first car, it can be daunting getting any work done. They were kind, courteous, explained everything they were doing and planned on doing, and kept me involved in the process. I couldn't recommend them more!

Knowledgeable, old school Mechanics, that have seen it all, from the pre-computer Era to current.. assisted my problem in a professional timely fashion, will be going back with all other future projects. Shop clean and organized..

This place will rob you blind if they don't know what's going on with your vehicle. Charged over $400 just to diagnose a problem. Why is it our problem the guy is slow and doesn't know how to work on our vehicle. They shouldn't have accepted the job then. I was told on the phone before we brought it in they would call and approve the estimate through the warranty first. They wanted to charge 600 for just the diagnosis then told the warranty another 1700 for the repair for 1 hour shop time. They are doing straight up robbery

These guys are great! I was in a pickle with my alternator possibly going out while in town alone. They told me to come in and they tested it out and gave me some reassurance on the matter. Honest guys at this shop, 10/10.

We were on a trip from BC and our car died so we had it towed to Walkers as it was a CAA shop. It was dark and we could not get a cab. As we were leaving a note describing our problem, the owner Scott pulled into the parking lot. He insisted on giving us a ride to our hotel and despite being booked solid for 2 weeks, he said they would look at it first thing in the morning. It was fixed by noon the next day (Alternator replaced) The owner and all the staff were amazing and super nice and got us on our way ASAP. They saved our butts when our throttle stopped working while in town visiting family. We had it towed there late one evening and picked it up less than 24 hours later without being charged an arm and a leg. Clyde is a really nice guy. Our car seems to like to break down in Spokane so it's reassuring to know we have someone good to take it to if it ever happens again (but hopefully it won't!)Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I called with a question about a Jeep I had recently purchased. The gentleman on the phone took my vehicle information and called me back promptly alerting me that the concern I called about was part of a recall. He even gave me the recall number and the Jeep number to call and see if Jeep would replace the part under the recall. I appreciate the quickness and honesty! Will definitely call again with future issues!

Dropped a chevy 1/2 ton truck off for an oil change. Quoted $140 but I neglected to get it in writing. I was in a hurry due to a work appointment. Actual bill was $185. Same service at chevy dealerships available for $85. Hard to justify going back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

TRUSTWORTHY HONEST AND SKILLED MECHANIC!I've now had two MAJOR jobs completed through Walker's.Not only were their quotes less than half of every other one I got, they take the time to explain in English what's actually wrong, and what is coming up in the future.No two bit hustlers here, just honest and hard working people- sort of like how people are supposed to be in this world.What a concept.
