5 stars is not enough. These guys apologized for my wait time, not even that long. Great job getting a headlight lamp replaced that they didn t have in stock because I have a Mercedes van for work. But to top it all off when I went to leave my hood light sensor was going off on the dash. One of the managers, I believe, went above and beyond assisting me. Took about 15-30 minutes extra but saved me a-lot more issues down the road. Thank you for your help today.

7 Jan, my partner and I came in for an oil change. The first time I went to Spokane Quick Lube, I had a bad experience with the techs there, even being called an idiot on my way out. So I m always ill at ease when going to get my vehicle serviced.The folks at the Valvoline on Argonne were fantastically kind, explained things well, and gave off professional energy. I didn t notice everyones names, but Sterling greeted us and Ashton handled our payment. Thanks for being warm on a cold and snowy day!

Go here every year for oil change. Bought a battery 2 years ago from them. It was going dead. They replaced it for free. I don't know about there batteries but there service is excellent. Very professional and of course fast.

They did not have the filter necessary to do my dad s car, they asked him to go next door to Oreilly s and get it himself. No problem they then charged him full price and charged him for the filter.

If you want cheap and careless work, you ll get it here. They did my oil changes a few times and since then my car developed an oil leak at the filter housing. They also put the wrong coolant in my car without my knowledge/without asking me if I wanted them to top it off. Don t go here if you have a European car or anything that will have expensive repairs, because right now I m looking at about $2000 or more of repair costs to fix the leak and coolant issues and I m almost positive it s because of their lack of care for my vehicle. Cheap maintenance will cost you later, which I learned from going here. Be careful, y all

Visited this location because the AC in my car was becoming warmer and warmer. Stopped in right after they opened at 7:30 in the morning. 5 minute wait and they were more than courteous. They got my AC taken care of with no issues.

I always have a wonderful experience at this location. They are quick, start the process while you're waiting in line, air your tires, and are having fun while working. I love seeing environments where the employees like their job. Everyone is real and welcoming and not robotic which makes for a better experience. They reset my warning about needing an oil change (I was just going to Google it like usual).Today Devon went even more above and beyond. He asked if I wanted my cabin air filter checked and I had no idea what he was talking about (I know nothing about cars). He hops in my car and starts taking the cover off and I tell him that I've had this car for about 7 or 8 years and never once has anyone done that and I didn't know that was down there. He told me he always tries to ask and do it because so many people forget or don't realize. He also was talking to my kids rather than ignoring them which is always great.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I came in to get my new fittings greased on my 90's lincoln and in the middle of greasing my fittings, they ran out of grease. They got an employee to run over to a parts store for more grease to help me. They provided me great and fast service. The Manager, I do believe his name is Josh was very nice and professional. I'll be coming here from now on. Thanks Guys, keep it up!!!

Fast, friendly, and thorough service every single time. Take my car, truck, and work car there. They check everything from lights and filters. Wipers, air pressure. It is just an oil change place!!! Good work

Definitely a different company than it used to be. They lie horribly about wait times and are pretty dishonest when it comes to suggesting repairs. Tried to sell me a battery, telling me that mine was not charging. It was a week old battery. I brought it back to the battery shop and they tell me that this happens all the time with the oil change place, it s a scam.

Always good service, don't push selling if it's requested for just an oil change and fluid top off. Manager is knowledgeable and personable. They've changed oil for 4 of our vehicles and will continue to.

Lost our original check up place and needed and oil change pronto. This location is fast, kind and knowledgable. Took time to answer question and didn t try to up sell me, just offering me services on what I was already going to ask. TOP 1st impression and planning on returning. More than just oil change.

Service is solid and efficiently done. theonly issue is the wait times. Giving customers estimates on how long it'll take is fine and all, but saying the wait will be 30 minutes when it'll actually take an hour and a half isn't fair to anyone in line. With that being said, that's what you have to expect with the convenience with a drive up shop.

I am very happy with the service I received. Quality of work was good. My car holds 3.5 quarts of oil and I was charged as if it holds 5 quarts. Its an expensive place to go for an oil change. I'm a working woman and can't afford their prices. The assistant manager agreed the cost was way to high for a car that holds only 3.5 quarts of oil. The mechanics were friendly and quick. I'd return every time its needed if not for the price

I ve been going here for years with my car and never had any issues until last week. I came in for an oil change, the mechanic brought out my air filter trying to get me to buy a replacement (expected), and I said no. They finished up, I paid, and started my car. It died in 20 seconds. This had never happened before, and I wasn t having any previous issues with my car. After insisting they take another look, they said it was an alternator issue and I should get it fixed . Knowing that couldn t be the case, I asked if I m about to drive away and my car is going to die on the road. The mechanic said she wasn t sure and took another look. After three separate employees looked at my car, they brought me out to show me that they knocked a vent out of place when they put the filter back in. After I got back home and took another look, I found that there was now fresh tape on the vent that wasn t there when I had gone in for the oil change. Something had been broken. I now have to buy another part for my car and visit a separate mechanic to get it fixed because no way in hell am I leaving a slap together tape job on my car. I have a feeling this happened because they assumed I wouldn t know enough about my car to know there was an issue. Needless to say, myself and my family won t be returning.

Went to get a oil change today minutes after it was done, pull the dipstick, and it still had dirty oil on. It doesn t appear to be changed at all went back to the store for them to make it right and they don t stand behind their word avoid this service at all cost. They stated if I wanted to get the job done correctly I d have to pay for another oil change when the first one wasn t done, right terrible serviceService: Oil change

So I've got an odd Audi... It's not an engine that these guys would see all that often if ever. So that said yes they had to go get an oil filter for my car and yes they struggled a bit but they were all very professional about it and had great customer service. I would definitely go back, probably call first to warn them. Huge thank for getting it done to the team that worked on my car.

I used to love this place but lately they've really fallen off. The Last 2 times I've had them change my oil they told me they reset the maintenance light and they didn't. I had to Google how to do it myself. They didn't do any of the usual checks that are included in the service like tire pressure and showing me the color of my transmissions fluid to see if I'm due for a service. They top off the coolant with whatever they have on hand but Toyotas require red/pink coolant. Ive been going to valvoline for years but I don't feel like I'm being taken care of when I go there anymore.Service: Oil change

Went for an oil change on 2/4/23. They claimed to have checked all fluids however my brake and coolant weren't done. I have no leaks and just had my sensors go off because the reservoir was empty. This is the first place I have ever had issues.

Got an oil change, they were very nice, very fast but didn t hook the intake to my air filter back up and my car is running rough all of a sudden and it never has.Edit: brought it back and the manager Josh took a look at it and fixed the problem, great serviceService: Oil change

I have been a customer of valvoline for several years and typically have great service. I went in last week and asked them to fill up all fluids which they did not. My air filter needed changing and instead of ordering 1 across the street they told me to go buy it. I go to this Valvoline all of the time for their Instant Oil Change and usually they are fast, efficient and communicate well (although they do try to upsell alot).Today, I pulled in behind 2 other vehicles. A big pickup was currently being serviced. While the line beside me moved at a normal rate (10-15 min per car), our line did not move for an HOUR! Not once in that time did anyone tell me or the people behind me that the truck was getting a Full Service and it would take a while, nor offer us a way to move over into the other lane. The guy behind me had to ask what was taking so long and still they didn t offer any apology or way to move over. Since my lunch hour was over, I had to leave after an hour of waiting and Not getting my oil changed.I know they were busy, but the other lane was booking along with people who arrived after me being done and gone by the time I left. I was very disappointed in my visit and not sure I will be back.Some suggestions on ways this could have been handled that would not have lost you a customer:1. A Full Service in Progress; May take Longer than Usual light-up sign so people know what they re getting into when they check in.2. Have the attendant TELL the people behind that there is a full service going on and allow them to move over (or leave) so they don t waste an hour for nothing.3. Have a single line into the bays so you can control which bays are used (ie, Bay 2 for all Full Service and used for Instant service when not in use).4. An automatic digital Wait Time board for people who have a limited amount of time and would choose to come back later.My final question: why would you even offer a Full Service option at all (besides money, duh) in a place that offers Instant Oil Changes ???Future customers: Always ask if there is a full service going on before you pick a lane unless you have unlimited time and don t care.
