Pat & Colton are amazing! They have helped me, my friends and family time and time again. Even fixing my car last minute on a Friday so I can take my trip. He does charge me a fair price but passes on help. I have seen him have elderly clients not pay and point at me and say he has customers like me who allow him to help customers like her. I appreciate that and am happy to pay fair prices. This time he even picked up my car. AMAZING as always.

They rarely ever answer the phone, the one or two times they did answer, the guy was at lunch and said he would call back when he got back to the shop and never did. The last time I bought a oil change from them I was on my way to the appointment and they called and said they were out of oil so they would call me when they got more in, to reschedule me and they never called, and haven't answered the phone since so I lost that money. Not to mention I took my Honda in there a couple years ago to get the oil changed, and I don't think they filled the coolant back up because when I left and almost got home the engine blew. I don't know if they did it on purpose but it was quite the coincidence. I took my Lincoln in there and they put it up on the lift they were supposed to turn the airbags off but they didn't so when they brought it back down they had popped my airbag suspension then denied it. Don't go here.

This guy pat and his son are a joke My wife took her car there pat and his son spent 2months lying to her. Tried to get her car he wouldn t let me have it called the cops he went to jail for a warrant. Got the car back the next day The car went to a real mechanic auto shop was fixed in 4 hrs cost her 400 dollars

Patrick is the worst person to go to. I would not go to him he just gives you the run around and just stacks up to get more money so I'd avoid this shay person.

This business tries to take advantage of small business owners and will treat you nice to get you In the door then mistreat you and once they have your vehicle. The owner broke my truck down without permission and tried to charge over $9000 without even having the truck fixed. Do not use ultimate auto care.

I came in for an oil change. Pat was so accommodating even though they were very busy he managed to come out and talk to all 4 of his customers that were getting work done on their cars. He gave me some coupons for free oil changes and he said to give them to our caregivers as I told him I was in senior care and we employ caregivers. I was surprised to see a not so nice review on here because that was not my experience at all, quite the opposite. As a matter of fact a lady getting work done to her car was told how much it would be to fix the air conditioning motor and explained that she could drive quite sometime before spending over 2000.00 to fix. I will definitely go back.Service: Oil change

If you are looking for an honest mechanic with extremely competitive pricing, this is your spot.I have been going here for over 5 years for everything from routine maintenance/ oil changes to major issues. They have worked on 4 of my vehicles and I've been more than happy every time.

I have been going to Ultimate Auto Care for over 6 years. Pat has gotten my vehicle in ASAP when needed. One thing I really like is that he explains what is needed, why and then shows me the parts he replaced. When I think it might be time to replace a part or do some work he will tell me if I need it or not. I have never felt taken advantage of like in some others shops. My only observation where he could do better is he could use help answering the phone & ordering parts.Services: Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change

zero stars!!! This mechanic completely ruined my life. He will tell you something cost $1000 & you end up with a $9000 bill. DO not use this mechanic. horrible business practices.

I would never use this mechanic he used aftermarket parts on my car and it still had problems. I took it to the dealership and they found the problem and put recommended parts. I had to payed him over $1000 and it still didn't run right. I will never use him again. Very shady mechanic.

DO NOT USE Ultimate auto care. Go to any other repair shop in Spokane besides them. Patrick was so nice when I initially brought my truck in to be repaired. First it started off it needed a read end. The first quote was $4000 the next quote was $5750 then the quote for all the way up to $7,500. He overcharges on labor and parts and in his words if you try to bring your own parts in You can t break steak to the table! Again, this repair shop will treat you unfairly and overcharge you on everything. BEWARE!Service: Brakes

I m not sure what the last person s review is about. Sounds like there s more to the story because these guys were by far the best around! Used these guys and they were straight forward, fair with pricing, and had amazing customer service! They are wonderful! Comparable prices, great friendly staff. They did a catalytic clean for my equinox, which another place told me wasn't even a thing, and my car is running wonderfully 3 months later! They did it because I couldn't afford a new catalytic converter at the time, and my car was running so bad. So thankful that my car is happier now because of them! I'll be going to them when I need to for everything.Service: Oil change

The owner and staff are amazing. I am a single mom and over a weekend my car would not start. I made a post in a group on FB and Pat the owner was first to reach out. On Monday he drove to my apartment with his son to diagnose. I was already amazed then because his son was able to start my car so he could drive it to their shop to repair. It was done the next morning and he had a shuttle pick me up no charge to take me to get my car. He also gave me a great discount for paying cash. Outstanding service as well as customer service. I had a oil change appointment scheduled for my daughter and before the appointment her check engine light came on so when I got to the shop I explained what happened and they immediately said no worries and checked out the entire car for free. The owner was honest and helped me tremendously in a not so fun situation I was so stressedwith multiple things going on . I left there super plesed with the price and services they preformed. I would one thousand percent recommend this shop to everyone:) Honest, fast and a all around great place and staff!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Oil change

I started going to this business last winter for an oil change before leaving town. The first experience was excellent and have been going back ever since. The owner and employees go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. In fact the customer service is so good I asked for his business cards so could hand out to friends and family. Low and behold someone I knew needed a repair and they helped. Always worth getting a quote from this establishment.Service: Transmission

Had my car there for 2 weeks and was supposed to fix my gasket. I had to keep calling and checking in and they said it would only be there a couple of days. The day I was supposed to pick up my car I called to say I would like to come and get it and they told me that their worker came in that morning throwing up so they couldn't start it after having it for two whole weeks. Nothing was ever mentioned about a death in the family and the first time we called he said his worker was out sick for a week so we graciously gave him an extra week. Nothing got done and I put down $850 and was supposed to bring the other $200 cash which is what he preferred cash in a couple of days, not weeks, when the car was supposed to be done. Since it was one excuse after another I didn't trust him to work on my car. The only good thing was that they gave me my money back pulling it personally out of his wallet. I don't appreciate being called a liar. Own up and don't make excuses and this conversation is over.

They did a great job detailing my car! Colton was fast and professional, and made the entire process very easy. My car looks like new again. I couldn t be happier with how it turned out. And they gave me a fair price on the job. Would highly recommend and will go there again for future auto needs.

I bought a Groupon for $10 oil change. And they were very honest trustworthy and have great attitudes. It is a new business and they were very happy to make a good customer and continue business with that customer. I will be back for more oil changes. I have a Ford F-250 and although it's a really big engine with a 460 period they still only charge me $10 for the oil change period just a filter alone cost more than half of that. I give him a thumbs up

Prices are the best around! Of course they are because they (Patrick) has no idea what he's doing. Cash is golden is his #1 line! He uses YouTube, not ase certified, not even the owner of the shop! Never have I ever dealt with any mechanic or shop that is dishonest, illiterate ,incompetent & unprofessional as this shop! Anyone want proof I have all the text messages to back everything up. Beware he can do a simple oil change but anything other then that I wouldn't trust them no matter how good it seems. Spent $3500 only to be sent home with the same problems plus more. How does a vehicle go in for seals & gaskets, which it took months to get those because "they" whoever they is ordered the wrong ones or this shop received the wrong ones not once not twice not even three times, only to get told now the battery is dead(even tho I had bought the battery before bringing it to them) & then to be told go ahead and drive the vehicle but we can't get the heater off! There was nothing wrong with the heater when I dropped it off now it won't go off!??Got on the hwy and immediately check engine light comes on and car is running rough, it was also over E on gas & they're across the street from a gas station. I always keep my vehicles at Min 1/2 tank! Never ever bring your car here! I wonder does his Mom in law know how much cash he's bringing in since cash is golden instead of credit cards! Or does she really know his business practices because when she's around his whole demeanor changes! Patrick will also give you a million and one excuses about his kids this his mechanics that which really makes one wonder can he work on a car himself or not! I'll def be calling bbb

We called in with a groupon to get oil changes for both of our cars. The day of the changes my husband was in an accident and wrecked one of them. We called and told the shop and much to our surprise we were told not to worry and if we needed anything to let them know. I went in the following day for an oil change and was told especially with only having one car now, that my brakes NEEDED to be replaced. They offered a wonderful deal to us and we were financed which was awesome since we have so many other expenses that we could barely afford. I was SO happy to find a good shop with caring people I will DEFINITELY come back for any other car issues we have!

I am telling EVERYONE about Ultimate Auto Care. Just like a lot of people, I found them on Groupon while looking for a better price than $85 for a synthetic oil change. Their $49 synthetic oil change caught my eye and I was absolutely willing to give them a try. I'm SO glad I did because not only are their prices amazing, but the service is like nothing I've experienced before. Pat, the owner, LIVES for customer service and it truly shows. He goes ABOVE and BEYOND any mechanic shop I have ever been to. Being a woman in the auto industry can be intimidating, and I've been had before...*cough *cough Jiffy Lube...but Pat understands that and was even willing to take me under my car to show me how great it's doing. When I need absolutely anything done on my Mazda, I will be going nowhere other than Ultimate Auto Care. THANK YOU PAT AND TEAM!!!

My company exclusively uses Ultimate Auto Care and the few times I have interacted with them I have been impressed. Now my personal car is having an issue and I called to schedule an appointment. I have got to say they have amazing customer service! If I could give them more stars I would!

I went to Pat and explained I was having an issue with a brake hose. He then provided an extremely reasonable quote. I called around to other places just to be thorough and was told other non associated parts would likely need to be replaced and given quotes 2 to 3 times more costly.So he was even kind enough to find someone to tow my car for a reasonable price and completed the work in a timely manner.Honest mechanic, which money cannot buy. I'm very happy with the service I recieved. Highly recommend.

Super friendly, great service. Walked away feeling confident that I'd been treated with respect and honesty. As a single mom, this is so important. They took the time to show and explain the mechanics to me instead of just charging me. I felt like they really cared about me as a customer and for that I will definitely be returning.
