3rd time I have came in, for convenience because my shop is close. Last time they didn't let me know my ball joints were bad. Never called me to let me know my vehicle was finished. This last time I came in and there was no call again, letting know that the vehicle was done. Also threw away the tires I wanted to keep. And price seemed really high to swap I some tires I brought in.

Hit a pothole going to work in between payday's they had record that I was there but no record that I purchased a tire and he's still replaced for me. there was a few people in line and they're awesome technician got me out in less than an hour I wish I would have got your name, thank you, you saved my but I live almost in Idaho it would have been a very long and I don't know how I would have got to work the next day. you guys will be getting my business again when I need new tires. And the guy who fixed my tire got an oil change done in around 10 minutes or less your staff are rockstars and should be given a raise. Probably coming in Monday to get my oil changed...thank you guys from the messy blue Saturn wagon.......I just wanted to make sure that your employee got the warranty to go through properly and didn't have to pay for the tire out of his pocket because he was going to, and if he did I will reimburse him.thank you again

I went in yesterday to get 2 tires replaced both on passenger side because front passenger tire was bald and rear passenger tire was going flat every 2 days. I was told that the other 2 tires were bald and since I only wanted to change 2 tires they told my wife that they were going to rotate the new tires to the front even though I didn't authorize that they claimed to have done so anyway. I explained that I just bought the front driver's side tire just before Christmas and they said I should check with Walmart where I had it done because the tire looks over a year old. Anyway I paid for tires and the rotation and now the very next night I got off work and the exact same right rear tire that was supposed to have been replaced is flat again and the tire that I bought 3 months ago from Walmart that was on the front driver's side is no longer on the vehicle. Which tells me that they replaced the bald ture that I asked for on the front passenger side and the 3 months old tire from Walmart on the front driver's side and didn't do a rotation at all and didn't replace the tire that is going flat that I went there for to begin with because if they had it wouldn't still be going flat and if they rotated the tires wouldn't the tire that was going flat be in a different location on the car and not the exact same spot on the back passenger side. Should get what you asked for if it takes 4 hours and over $211 for 2 tires to be changed.

Used to be a great place to get light service and oil changes done, they can't seem to find the time to do anything anymore though. Was told they won't be able to get to an oil change for over a month. This was after being told to come back and try earlier in the day the week before, so I got there at open. At this point I'd feel silly for going back a third time, but I can't wait a month for an oil change so I guess I'll find someplace else.

Not very flexible with ours. Mechanics need to be out of there by three o'clock meanwhile my day My day starts at 6 and ends at 2:30. I know this seems like such a petty complaint but the service I needed was very simple. I just needed my car picked up and shook down, To confirm if I have a A broken CV axle or not.Literally like a five minute job...lol

Didnt even ask for windshield wipers and they still made me pay for them when all i needed was an oil change and tire rotation and on top of that i replaced the wipers my self and they couldnt even give me back my new ones. Trash service. Dont waste your money.

They lost my business this morning. They told me they have suspended tire rotation and oil changes because they are too busy with winter tires. So I spend $1500 on tires but you won't rotate them for me when I need it? You just do oil changes when it's convenient for you!I won't be doing either of those things there in the future , or buying tires again!

I usually get amazing service from this location, therefore whenever my car needs work I always take it to them first. Bought a new car and scheduled online for an alignment to be done. I come in early for the appointment and was told to come back because they couldn t find the appointment. I came back during the work week thinking that maybe they don t work on weekends and was told to make an appointment. Well that wouldn t be an issue if you honored your appointment times. I left and went to the other Tire Rama for the same response. I really wanted to give my service to them but I don t have unlimited time. After reading some reviews about their alignment work, I think I m making a good choice going elsewhere this time. Good for tire repairs, not good on appointments.

Friendly staff, but unfortunately they can t balance my tires well. I brought my 3 cars to them, but all cars were need to rebalance. Even after it didn t fix balancing issues so I brought my cars to Less Schwab and they fixed it in one short.

My son used them to put his new wheels and tires on his car and everyone was genuinely nice and attentive. My AC needed recharged and I spoke with Trent and he got me in the next day! Was done in an hour!! Thank you Trent and Techs who got my car fixed so quickly!! Put a dye in and I will bring it back in 2-3 weeks and see if there is a leak. Again, very impressed with Tire Rama's help!

Get there at 7:15 am. Opens at 7:30, first come first serve tire service. They are fast and fair price.

After getting an estimate from another business, I took my car to the N Sullivan Tire o Rama. Travis took care of everything and with the hard working and honest crews there my car was on the road 1 day later. I will recommend this store to everyone. My car is 30 yrs old and I know there were a bunch of problems Brakes mostly but these guys did it all and I m very happy!

Typically busy, but convenient. I'd recommend making an appointment if you can, but they take walk-ins. Stop in and see Travis! Super knowledgeable, helped me gauge the state of my tires and pick a new set based on my needs, preferences, and budget. I really appreciated how smooth the transaction was throughout. Thank you.

Great customer service!!! Removed a screw and patched our tire in less than 20 minutes. We had no appointment and they didn't charge us anything! Really saved our trip across the state! Thank you, very greatful!

I changed my tie rods on my 2002 dodge intrepid, inner&outer bushings&all but don't have the expertise or machine for a precision alignment. I came to Tire Rama for an alignment. They came back to me after quoting 119$ for an alignment wth a new quote for 850$ saying I had 'damage' and something was loose. I think this was an attempt to make money as tie rods were new and there has been no accident to cause any damage. I came home, jacked up my car to see what was up and could not find anything loose or any damage! So I went to EXPERT ALIGNMENT&BRAKES for a 2nd opinion wthout telling them what Tire Rama had said and they did a 4 wheel inspection and alignment wth NO ISSUES reported. Don't always believe what you're told.... the alignment was 129$ but wa nothing close to the 850$ these guys tried to get...

Have had several services done this month. First they checked why my headlights would not work. Turned out the wires had come loose. Then I took it in because air conditioner was out. They fixed very quickly and were very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any service you may need. Staff is very polite and helpful. They still believe in customer service.

Misdiagnosed my car because they didn't want to replace the part that had a warranty on it from a previous visit. They instead said the entire thing its connected to needs replacing to avoid having to fulfill the warranty and quoted me $1100

WHAT A JOKE. Husbands truck was serviced yesterday for an alignment. Needed a little more love, Quoted one price, charged $600 more without any approval until done. Also was told needed control arm & bushings and instead got tie rods? We have a full shop with a lift at our home, This was for convenience. Too bad schwabs was swamped.

They worked on our a/c for almost 2 hours today and only charged for parts. $30. Instead of $280. He said because we've had it in there 2 previous years in a row for recharging. Didn't expect that! We always take our vehicles there. Happy with the quality of the mechanics and the customer service.

Kind enough to get me in and try to repair my tire that turned out to be a cracked rim. However I found my wheels to have been over torqued. But they were helpful and polite, I would buy from them in the future.

Asked for a quick code read on my vehicle and was told they were unable and to go elsewhere. Elsewhere is usually where I end up when I am in need of work done on my vehicle. Liberty Lake Tire-Rama is usually that place fyi.

I called this morning to see if I could get in the have a nail and screw taken out of my tire. Trent answered the phone and said "sure bring it in" I asked if I needed an appt and he said no. I drove to the North Sullivan store and was in and out in 45 mn. Very pleasant customer service, and a very quick turn around.Thank you Tire Rama for your great service!

Got a flat tire late Friday night and had to have my car towed here to be left for the morning. They were quick with repair (done by 9) and didn t cost me my limbs!Forever grateful for that!Will be back here instead of Jiffy Lube for oil changes, etc! Much better price and more effective with service! Thank you!!

Tire-Rama has been great. Been having some issues with a low tire. They are great about getting stuff done quickly. The employees are always very friendly and do their best to get the job done right. Only 20 bucks to fix my tire and they have been great about making sure it is working for me. I had to take it back a second time and they checked everything and replaced the valve for no charge. Tire-Rama is great

I take my company fleet vehicles here, they always do outstanding work. If it can't be done they'll let you know and recommend someone. Flexible with scheduling needs. Ken and Larry are the 2 main supervisors I would ask for.
