My wife and I are from Kansas City and were on a summer road trip to Walla Walla when we hit some road debris (looked like a trailer fender) in god knows whether it was Montana or Wyoming, I was leaking diesel pretty bad but was able to limp it into Spokane. They were able to get us in the next morning, they worked really hard to get the parts together to get us back up and running that day to keep us on schedule. Truly very nice people, and very customer oriented.

A little disappointed, they got the job done but I want willing to spend what the dealer wanted for new parts. After a coupe days have the parts guys lack of attempt to source used I sourced them (without an issue) and had them in two days. Unfortunately it was memorial day weekend and no one there, whay irked me was the truck stool needed a alignment and that could have been done before they closed for the weekend. All in all if the parts guy had done his job I would have had my truck before the weekend.

I got our 1 ton fixed today. New fuel filter, tank, filler and breather hoses, fuel pump and a sweet ass inlet customed by Terry's Tank repair. Jason out there is a damn good welder. Listening to his weld was such an honor.

My wife and I have a small chimney service in Spokane. We have 2 diesel box vans that we wouldn't consider taking anywhere else. Brian always takes really good care of us and gets us in and out really fast. I can't say enough about this place!

Thank you Terry s! They were very good to work in our RV motorhome since we were traveling and had limited time. We needed an oil change and check on the AC blower. Great service!! Go there!!

Being a HHG driver, we always run on a tight schedule, which I know all truckers do..regardless, had a major problem with the rear end, needed to get it looked at an done in a day to keep my schedule, these guys took the truck right in, an fixed it! They even stayed after hours to get the truck fixed an me back on the road, can t thank these guys enough, will for sure take it to this shop whenever I m in the area an need work done.

Do not take your vehicle here. Took them 2 months to tell me they "lost my paperwork" then a few more weeks with excuses up the ying yang... apparently they couldnt (didnt feel like) working on it and I missed the opportunity to sell it. Never returned my calls nor did they gave a damn about me or my truck. When I picked it up (with a tow truck), a pillow i had inside was covered with blood and every thing was wet inside. Was never compensated. I hate this place. The people working there are just awful.

I use Terry's on a continual basis and if you can find a better shop in Spokane let me know because I have never had an issue with them. Thanks for all that you guys do.

Took my w900 here with a small wheel seal job and turned out my axel shaft was bent in the diff and turned into a nightmare repair they were up to the task and got it fixed in a timely manner and gave me a fair price will be back again
