Do not bring your car here if you like to read papers you sign or if you like to be treated respectfully by service staff.Brought the car in for some service campaigns and a couple other things on October 27, 2023, which we could have/should have gotten done elsewhere.When it came time to pick up the vehicle, a person called Rob plopped a stack of papers in front of me and said to sign them. I began to read the documents and after a few seconds he asked if I had any questions. I don t know. I have not had a chance to read these. Well, what are your questions? I don t know. I will let you know. Rob then went over to his co-worker s desk and, as if I could not hear him, said, I don t know. He wants to read all the documents. A couple minutes later, Rob returned, obviously annoyed, and asked what my questions were and if I was going to read all the papers. It s not that important. It is just for the accounting department, he said. If it is not that important, why do I have to sign them? If you do not sign them, we will not turn over the car to you. Well, if I have to sign them, then I will read them. Do you just sign papers you have no idea what they say? Rob snatched the papers away and walked away. I asked where the car was and he said it was waiting outside.1) Why was my car left idling outside unattended?2) If the papers needed to be signed, why was I allowed to take the vehicle without signing the papers?3) If the papers absolutely needed to be signed, did Rob forge my signature to satisfy accounting?A member of my team called the next day to complain to Rob about the treatment I received. Rob s excuse was that they were under time restraint pressures and were stressed by the construction that had been taking place at the shop. We all have time restraints and pressures at work. That is no excuse to take it out on paying customers.This part is so trivial but speaks to the quality of the work, assuming the work was even done, since no one was able to show me the work. One of the service campaigns involved putting a sticker on the two front door windows. On one side the sticker is parallel to the window channel, the other side is parallel to the ground. It is as if a 7-year-old just slapped them on. With that little attention to detail, it makes me wonder what else was done sloppily.This will be the last time we voluntarily bring a vehicle to this spot. It pains me to drive to Midway Hyundai in Post Falls, but maybe they treat their customers with respect.

Robert S from the Spokane Hyundai Service Department is a true angel on earth When I was low on funds for a tire replacement and scheduled maintenance he funded all the service needed. I was so happy when he said I didn't have to worry I couldn't stop crying He will never know exactly what his kindness ment to me. I'm all choked up just thinking about how he lifted at least on of many burdens I have on my shoulders right now.Thank You Robert , I have never had someone make an offer to cover me like that ever before You are now a friend and angel in my heart and mind.

We are extremely happy with Spokane Hyundai s service department and their sales department, too.They always greet us by name with a smile. Their customer service is far beyond 5 stars from the Service Advisors to the Mechanics. We will never buy anything but a Hyundai and never have any other dealership service our cars. We really Like these guys!!

Had my truck detailed out beautifully at Spokane Hyundai. Robert was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain the entire process and gave me a reasonable quote. Scheduling was easy, their service department has awesome communication, work was performed flawlessly. My truck looks brand new and I am fastidious. Robert took care of me start to finish, great customer service, highly recommend, very nice work!

Steve and the team at Spokane Hyundai were wonderful. I felt heard and they thoroughly explained the cause of the issue I was experiencing with my vehicle (inconsistent brake performance). They were kind and provided insight when I called for updates and further clarity. Take care of your car 'n it'll take care of you. Grateful that the folks at Spokane Hyundai'll take care of both.

Totally satisfied with this dealership. Thank you Ryan and Nick on a super easy sale of my 2024 Tucson Hybrid. Because of the excellent service they provided to my daughter and son in law the previous day on their purchase. I returned and purchased an identical vehicle as theirs the next morning except in a different color. The purchase was well worth the 150 mile drive from the Tri Cities to Spokane. I was in the store less than 2 hours from start to finish including the test drive and the new owner orientation at the end of the sale.

Five Stars! I had a very good experience. My service was quick. They were friendly and answered all my questions I had. The waiting room was nice, spacious, and clean. It was easy for me to do my homework while I waited. I also loved how they provide free coffee, water bottles, and delicious snacks!

We bought our first new Hyundai in years from Spokane Hyundai. We decided on the 2024 Tucson Hybrid. Ryan (Van) was very knowledgeable and helped us to make the right choices on everything we wanted. He did not try to push us into anything, but was quick to answer our questions and helped us to make the right decision on every step of the purchase process. Super kind and professional. My Veloster had developed a CEL code for the knock sensor despite having a new engine replaced under warranty 6 months ago. It ended up being an easy fix; the sensor had just come a little loose so they snugged it down for me no questions asked! Their new service waiting area is beautiful and I appreciated the snacks and coffee! I have driven 600 miles and the CEL has not come back on. Thank you!

Great experience working with Spokane Hyundai. Ryan VanZandt and the team there made it very easy to purchase my Truck while living 6 hours away and having to fly in to close the deal. They had everything ready, picked me up from the airport and overall made the process of purchasing the truck quite simple. Working with salesman Ryan was great, I really appreciated the level of communication and timeliness with everything. Would do business with them again in the future.

It was so quick smooth and easy. My appointment was for a recall and oil change. Check in was smooth and fast. My car was done sooner than I expected. The price was great. Alan was the man. I made a long distance purchase (from Seattle) and did not to play games. Alan was transparent, straight forward, and on the ball to ensure I had a smooth transaction. The car was in top notch condition and ready to hit the road.They even arranged for a shuttle from the airport to aid the speed of the process. I m not in Spokane or the market for cars often but I ll be telling my friends out east that Alan is a great man to work with. Thank you!

I ve been working with the same service representative Robert for like nine years, and he always goes above and beyond for me. The integrity of the Spokane Hyundai is top notch and they never recommend things that are not needed for my car. I know that my car will be serviced with the upmost of attention and care. We just bought our 2021 Palisade from Spokane Hyundai and it was the most amazing experience. Angie was so welcoming and answered every question I had she is a wonderful representative of this company. Our finance Guru Tom did a wonderful job of explaining everything to us. My husband and I have been casually looking at pickups, but haven t been in a hurry to buy. Our situation changed suddenly and we needed to buy quickly. We live in the Seattle area but had our eye on a few trucks at Spokane Hyundai, so I got in touch with Jolynn Wandler and she made our shopping experience amazing! She checked out every pickup firsthand and was completely transparent about the condition and history of each one. She never pressured us (in fact, we first explored options with Jolynn over a year ago) or tried to push us toward a different vehicle (which I ve experienced at dealerships in the past). When we decided on the one, she started preparing for the sale while I was on my way to Spokane, so by the time I got there, the actual buying process went super quickly. And best of all, I drove away with a pickup we absolutely love! If you live in the Spokane area and are looking for a new car and a great experience, go to Spokane Hyundai and ask for Jolynn!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! My motor seized & Robert Storseth was able to get them to warranty all of the work! Chris Kemp the service manager also got me into a super nice rental very quickly while my car was in the shop. They received the parts for my car on the 27th and had my car back to me by 5th! Who knew they could do engine repairs that quickly.. I was literally shocked but very appreciative.I will always take my car to this location. If you have a Hyundai & you need service I HIGHLY recommend them!

These guys did a great job. I arrived 45 minutes early and they still got me in the queue, and they did a great job managing expectations about the time it would take. It went from 2+ hours to 1-2 hours to it was done and I was out the door in about an hour. Also great guys, very friendly and the waiting room had pretty good wifi (which was important because I had to work)

I had some unexpected car trouble when I was visiting from out of town. Spokane Hyundai got my car in the same day to check it out, and I was able to make the drive home on time the next day. Everyone there was really helpful and it was a great experience working with them.

Service advisors were very handsome and helpful. They got me checked in early and gave me a good idea of what I was going to be spending. They completed the job when they said and I left very happy at the end of the day! Definitely will be returning to Spokane Hyundai for my service needs.
