Wish I would have found this shop a lot sooner.Long story short, I had a major issue with my engine which it was replaced multiple times from the original body shop that installed it. Come to find out there was an issue from the manufacturer with that engine. These guys took on the warranty from the manufacturer and fixed my engine for me and helped me resolve and two year long issue I had with my engine when no other body shop would give me the time of day.Good service is very hard to find these days it just seems as if mechanics are getting lazier and cut corners.If I could give this shop more than 5 stars I would. Much appreciated guys and thanks for all your help and honesty.

Reliable Towing made the best of a bad situation. They told me an hour ETA, Scott was there within 30 min. He was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. The prices were extremely fair and I can t say enough good things about how easy Scott made this whole experience. Hands-down the best service I ve ever had from a tow truck company!

These guys are the best shop i have taken my cars/ trucks to. Been with them maybe 10 years, since the early days. At one point I had to promise Matt I wouldn't work on my own vehicles after I broke a bolt inside the block while installing a new motor. They are close and convenient but if follow them across town of they moved.

Super nice guys, they got us right in and said they have my truck all day called us by noon! They said good news, you never hear that from an auto mechanic lol he said super easy fix and not as bad as thought. We will be back for sure with other truck problems and solutions! Thanks guys hope you enjoy the doughnuts. Also they have the best way to keep waiting clients busy

I went to four mechanics who couldn t figure out what was going on with my air conditioner, I called these guys, described my issue, and the first thing out Randy s mouth was reassurance that he knew what I was talking about, and knew what was going on. I made an appointment for a week out. I only have one car, so I expected to wait all day for a diagnostic, but the whole diagnosis AND labor only took an hour. They were immaculate. Quick, clean, efficient, and well-priced. I m extremely impressed. And their customer service representative (pictured below) is a perfect professional and will make sure you feel right at home!

I have had 2 rigs worked on there recently. Both times they were quick and efficient. They went above and beyond to find the real problem and didn't just fix the obvious things. On top of that they were well priced and stayed within the quote. I recommend them.

We have been taking our cars here for several years. They have done numerous repairs on our vehicles, some maintenence stuff, and some bigger repairs, like rebuilding half of the motor on our truck. Everything comes back to us running great, and the cost is always on point with the quote. I highly recommend! I see now that others share my enthusiasm about this place. I was referred here by a friend after I made an appointment somewhere else to have my A/C serviced (it would make my vehicle a *little* cooler than 100 degrees if it was 100 out; otherwise it was better to have the windows down). Cancelled the other appointment and came here. They found a leak in my rear A/C line. So they cut out the leaking part, put on a new piece of line connected with couplers, plus did the A/C service for just a little more than the other place was going to charge me for just the service. Other place would have probably told me I had to replace the whole line and it'd be like $1200 or something. That's just a guess, but if you're not a mechanic, it sure feels like some places take you for all they can. Anyway, this place made my A/C work like new and didn't try to get me to pay more than I had to. Honest work, good rates. That's all I need to know! They took care of me, so right away I came on here to leave a review. And I see the 4.8 rating that shows it isn't a fluke.Service: Air conditioning

These guys are the best! So very helpful and actually suggested cheaper options when they didn't have to. I have a special car (SSR) that requires extra care and they did it happily and with great care. Travis, Matt and all the guys at the shop are the most reliable, hard working and honest mechanics you could ever hope for! Every single person that I have ever recommended them to (and there have been many), comes back raving about how well they were treated, and what a good job the guys did. There's absolutely no one else that I would trust or take my vehicle to. These guys are hands down the gold standard in car care!!

The guys here are awesome! Trustworthy!I wasn't sure if my vehicle's brakes were working efficiently. They informed me that the brakes looked great! Wow! Impressive!I will definitely return if I encountered vehicle issues.

Travis and Matt are great honest guys to work with. My trucks check engine light started blinking on the hwy and they were the first mechanic I found, glad I did!! They got my truck fixed that day for a reasonable price. I will be back for any other repairs I need.

had an appointment waited a week and half for appointment after a rave review by my mechanic my experience was not as great. I showed up and was told sometime that day they would look at it. I did not have someone pick me up and asked if I could wait for it was told they were not sure when it can be looked at as they were very busy I guess I waited a week and half for an appointment for nothing I went to another brake place and they looked at it right away ..nothing bad about spokane brake but I wont return..felt put off by staff.. told my mechanic about my experience and he said ok .. ? as he referred me there..

Recently had to move to a new part of town and needed to find a new mechanic. These are my guys. They were able to get me in and out, same day without an appointment. Both times they were done sooner than expected & cheaper than estimated.

My family has been dealing with Spokane Brake and & Automotive for some time now.They've worked on multiple vehicles of ours and their service has been absolutely excellent.Everything from aftermarket ECU installations, to major service and repair on foreign vehicles, these guys are skilled, honest, and very affordable.
