I live in Indiana and purchased 4 wheels and tires. They were a great price and they shipped very quickly. I was provided a tracking number immediately. They arrived safely since they were packed so well. I noticed a small issue with one wheel and I reached out to Spalding and they responded immediately and went above and beyond to correct the issue and make things right. I VERY HIGHLY recommend this company. And they will be my first stop for any auto parts I need in the future. Incredible selection, incredible prices, and incredible customer service! You can't ask for anything more than Spalding Auto Parts!

The negative reviews on here are so silly. This is an auto parts spot with the same prices as a pick and pull but they will do the work for you. Not to mention send it out to you. I can t speak about the other workers. Corey was always available to help, and he did so from the first call to the end of our business together. He was way more knowledgeable, polite, and helpful than he needed to be. I left wondering what is the reason they are so especially helpful.

Hello to all parties considering working with Spalding Auto. Please be advised you will be treated as a valuable customer from start to finish with your auto parts needs . My fender was packaged very well and arrived undamaged for sure. This was my second purchase with two different staff Nathanial and Desirae both. were excellent so it sounds like all customers will be treated well. Desirae went out of her way to find my 93 Buick LeSabre fender . Thank you Desirae.

I bought a 2013 Hyundai passenger side view mirror through eBay a few weeks ago. Received the item quickly, nicely packaged and in excellent shape. I tried to put the review on the EBay site but was not successful. 5 stars on all counts!!

I searched the earth and found two doors I needed for a Chevy Volt. I called and they had them in stock. I paid for them and they delivered them in two days! Very simple and fuss. Super professional and a great price. Desiree deserves 10 stars and shots on me.

The BEST customer service we have ever received. If you need help with anything ask for TONY! Tony is the Man! I appreciate all the help he gave my husband. We drove 3 hours and he took care of us in no time and even found us another part our car needed. Very patient & very informative! Thank you Tony for the amazing service!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Also a great place to get a deal on tires. If you are looking for a place to get winter tires or a spare set of rims for your winter tires this is a great place to go.

I went to Spalding wrecking yard today looking for a part for a friends 2001 suburban that was lost when he did a engine swap. The young man Riley helped me search the yard for the part i wasn't even sure what it was. He was very knowledgeable about what i might be looking for and he found the part within 10 minutes in fact we found 2 of them. I have shopped at Spaldings before and have always had a positive experience, I will continue to shop there and highly recommend if you don't want to pay new prices and a used part will work it's worth the trip!!

Wish I could recall the counter guys name. Very helpful very nice. But the lot guy Carlos great guy. Very friendly. Was an easy purchase. Any ways. I m mostly writing this review for Carlos. He has only worked there a month but I want Spalding to know. He is a good guy. Very personable. He is a good addition to your staff.

Had exactly what I was looking for and gave me a discount for a blemish in the part that was unexpected. I didn t not think they would have parts for a 2020 Chevy, but they did and I will continue to use Spaulding Auto Parts from here out.

Been in and out of Spaldings for over 4 decades it seems. Thanks to bad drivers there is always a decent selection. Parts for work trucks, my kids car, even my own now and as a teen. Saves money. Staff are always nice, they try hard to have logs and keep records to make sure you don't hunt for nothing. Highly recommend.

I usually only write reviews when I receive either very bad, or exceptional, customer service. Well, in this case, I'm happy to say it's because of the exceptional service I received from Tammy at Spalding Auto Parts. She went above and beyond to ensure the part I received was not only the correct part but also in fantastic condition. Also, she was just a pleasant person to deal with in everyvway. She is an asset to Spalding and, imo, deserves a raise . Keep up the great work!

We came to get a transmission and there was some sort of confusion where we were quoted for another transmission. Once we arrived the price was completely different to what we had been quoted for over the phone. Close to $400 more than we thought, but a very nice lady by the name of Tammy honored what they had told us over the phone. Thank you, you guys have earned a lifetime customer!

Questionable customer service mentality. Don t answer questions and emails and when they did, delayed the transaction until someone else could purchase the part. Don t know if it was an isolated incident but very unpleasant for me.

I live over an hour away, so After ordering my windshield online, I wanted to make sure that they had it ready for me to pick up. I called and no answer so I left a message. I waited a few hours and no call returned. Finally I called back and I was transferred to somebody and then to somebody else. Nobody answered and I was sent to a voicemail. I left a message and still did not receive a call back.. After 2 hours I was a little irritated so I had my husband call. After Just about the same process They finally told him that their guys attempted to remove a windshield and ultimately ended up breaking not one but two of them. My only option now would be to pay full price for a brand new one They would gladly have ready for me. My husband got off the phone, told me what they said and I immediately called them back. After being put on hold again The guy tells me that prices are prices and I would just have to pay. I argued that prices are what influences our decisions to purchase from chosen company and it is not my fault that they screwed up and they should still honor the same price. After a few minutes of this I was put on hold again for 10 minutes. Finally he came back and said he spoke with his manager and that they would give me the new windshield for the original price that I paid. I'm happy for how it turned out but it's a shame that I had to be a jerk in order to be appreciated as a customer. I'll still go there, I mean they are quite the useful joint. Hopefully they have better luck with choosing who they have removed their windshields for them.

Somebody forgot to order me a part from their MT store, so Cory went out of his way to make it right. They left the electrical clip off my compressor, so Cory again found the old one. Hes a gangsta who deserves a raise.This place has done a good job of saving me money. The store is clean and they usually have a good amount of staff working

My power window switch went out this morning, and my son in law recommended Spalding! I am very impressed with the service I received. Curtis, in imports, went above and beyond for me. He double checked every aspect of the transaction to make sure it was going to be done right the first time. I haven t received service this good in a while. Went looking for some parts for a newer GM truck. Josh at the desk was super knowledgeable and very friendly. Nate was my lot helper and he was a nice kid. Pulled the part I needed and was very friendly. Part wasn t perfect so they made me a deal. Great company to work with and super nice people.
