Johnny and his team at the valley location, are absolutely amazing! I have Never had a bad experience. They are fast, friendly, and reliable. I absolutely recommend them!!!

Decided to try Sculley's as it is a convenient location for us and our vehicle had two minor but annoying things we needed fixed. Happy to say we are thrilled with the experience! They answered the phone right away, got me scheduled for next day drop off, called me midday to go over my options, ANNNNND had both repairs finished same day! That's pretty amazing for any service department these days. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

Got me right in and attended to all on my list of things needing attention. Since it's an older vehicle they are keeping an eye on some potential problems rather than just doing the work and sticking me with a bill I wasn't expecting. 100% Awesome... I came in super stressed out on what work my older Honda might need. Kevin was kind and understanding he walked me thru what I should do and what I can wait on doing. I'm a single woman with no family to rely on. I have a tight budget and no credit cards. I'm moving to Olympia with a new job. I have moving costs, double rent etc.. Kevin helped me get what was the most important within a price I could afford. I thought I might of needed more things like filters and spark plugs.. It was really nice to hear him say no those are ok. I picked them because a few years back my clutch was getting stuck and got told by another place I needed a clutch. But come to find out, when I went to Sculley's in Deerpark... they said nope your good you just were out of clutch fluid and put some in free of charge. If you have car issues I highly recommend you go to one of the locations they have.

This shop is incredible and has my business and my families for life. Last year my car started having issues and after asking around this shop came highly recommended. They quickly did the repair work and even let me know one issue was actually covered by a recall that the dealership could do for free. I never would have known if they didn't tell me. This kind of honesty is rare nowadays. My car was fixed and everything was great. Now a year later I noticed the same issue happening again. I went back to the shop with the expectation of having a very large bill. By the end of the same day they called saying the part was under warranty from them and because they are so great they didn't charge for labor either! I called my sister in tears I was so thankful! This shop is full of honest, hardworking and kindhearted people. I can't express my gratitude for this shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

We started using Sculley's when we moved to Spokane in 2020 due to a recommendation from family. We couldn't be happier.Every time I've gone in, I've been treated with respect and honesty.I've needed to pay a decent amount of money because my Jeep is on it's last legs, but I've never felt up charged. There was one instance where I wasn't charged at all since they'd looked at the car, but they couldn't get the issue to happen again. Pretty happy with my experience here. Recently bought a new vehicle and the CEL soon after came on. I took it to Sculley s knowing a little bit about the codes it was firing. They took a look and did their diagnostics and although the codes were firing and they were able to inspect the parts related to the issue they found no issues with those parts. Tim called and told me I can t in good faith replace the sensor, because it s still working . You appreciate honesty from a mechanic. They also repaired my axle seals which were leaking. I took my van in to get a power steering leak repaired. I got a call that the clamp on the return line cooler was where the leak was. I was also told the radiator has a leak and that my van needs head gaskets. I was told they would "try" to tighten the clamp to stop the leak. Granted my '06 Grand Caravan is a bit beat up, but they did not even give me a quote to replace the return line. I drive this van 1200 miles a week for work. I needed the problem fixed. I asked about the radiator and the fellow I spoke to told me he needed to talk to the manager because the head gaskets are leaking because there is DRIED coolant on the back of the block. Had it been wet that might be a different story. A few months ago I had the intake gaskets replaced due to coolant leaking on the back of the block. All in all, this was a very big waste of my time and money. Thanks for nothing.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Tim and his crew were able to get me a quick service for my Toyota Tundra air conditioner that was blowing hot air. They delivered on the promise on time, and within the original quote. My alternator left me stranded and once my car was towed there and I was in their hands, I felt very taken care of. I was very happy with the work, their friendly customer service, honesty, desire to help me and the transparency of charges. Love Skulleys! In all the years I've gone there I have been very happy with their mechanical expertise, their very good prices, friendliness and honesty. If something should be fixed but it's not urgent, they will tell you. How great is that. Today, as I needed my traction control and oil seal replaced I brewed myself a Keuric, sat in a comfy chair and watched television. I love how the bathroom is sparkling clean and decorated in automotive decor. Skulleys is 1st class and when my car was finished, they brought it around to the front door so I wouldn't have to walk in the snow. Thanks guys!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Being new to Spokane Valley I was in need to find a local car care shop that I could take my car to when needed.. Sculleys on Pines has been my go to place for everything I have recently adopted a dog who has taken a liking to my seatbelts.. The great guys at Sculleys have gone way beyond to help me find them and install. I don't know anything about car mechanics. Nor do I want to. I do know about great customer service, and the team at Scully's has that in spades. Recently, they repaired my Explorer and a couple of weeks later I called them back with questions. Tim's immediate and polite response was "We stand by our work and always want to make it right. When can you bring it in?" When I took it in, they were thorough to get to the root cause. Tim explained (no mansplaining involved) the situation in a way that I understood. Took my car in to have AC repaired and they did that very well. But after that there was an odd noise coming from the AC area so I took it back. They spent 3 days trying to locate the cause of the noise to no avail. They gave me the option of tearing out the dash to get to what they thought needed fixed which would have been a large labor cost or just leave it as is. After some thought I said leave it the car isn t worth putting huge amounts of money in it for something that won t prevent me from driving it. I picked it up this morning and expected some kind of a bill as they had put a new blower fan in but nope my bill was zero! They said if they couldn t find it and fix it they were not charging me. They spent a lot of time on my car but we re honest and way more than fair to me. And they drove me home each time I dropped it off! Highly recommend for honesty and fair dealings!!!Service: Air conditioning

Just recently bought a Subaru that came with a few issues we just couldn't figure out. We brought it to Scully's and within 30 minutes the problem had been found and we were able to get the repairs underway. It was great because I really needed the car ASAP and there was no wait to have the work done. Their rates are far better than other shops in the surrounding area so add affordable to the list of reasons why to choose Scully's instead of somewhere else. These guys are great and as a result of their awesome customer service, I will be a forever customer.

Absolutely wonderful service.Having worked in the car industry for a year and learning how some places can operate, this place gets my full trust. They went above and beyond on a simple oil change. The incredibly low price made it seem almost too good to be true. They far exceeded expectations and I will be coming back. Sculley's treats you like royalty at an incredible price point.

Yet another fantastic experience with these guys.We took my wife's car in for an oil change. The oil change was done quickly and at a very competitive price. At the time of the service, they informed us that there were a number of motor, and transmission mounts that were past due for maintenance. I had noticed that the car had developed some noise and vibration and it seemed to me that it was reasonable to assume that the deteriorated mounts could very well be the problem. Scully's made the suggested repairs and now the car runs and drives like new! Nice job, and thanks for always taking such great care of our rides!

Best mechanic shop I've ever been to! Kevin knows his stuff. Over the years they have saved us thousands! A couple years ago, my mothers AC went out on her car. The shop down the street from us wanted over $2000 to fix it, and Sculley's fixed it for less than $200! And I know that when my mother takes her car in, she won't be rooked like she has been in the past at other shops, very honest service. I always feel safe leaving my truck or my mothers car at Sculley's, because I know they are in good hands, and that the job will get done right the first time!

Same great service. I have had service done numerous times in Deer Park by Sculley s Automotive. I live on South Hill and would make the trip for service. I was excited to hear they opened a shop in Spokane Valley. I had an oil change done today and it was quick and the service was awesome. I won t go anywhere else. Honest, trustworthy, and you can t beat their prices. They are simply awesome.

Amazing service! I have a warranty company that has been extremely difficult and has paid for no repairs. Kevin not only got my warranty to pay for my repairs but achieved it in 30 minutes, I was so surprised and impressed!! I was provided a rental car and they constantly updated me on the progress with my car. I am only using Sculley's for my automotive repairs. So impressed! Thanks guys and especially Kevin!

I went to Sculley's after being referred by another shop. My transmission was shot and could hardly get the vehicle off the trailer. The guys at Sculley's took the time to take the vehicle off safely.After a few hours I got a call back with a quote and the reason behind the transmission failure. After giving the go ahead to fix the vehicle, they got right on it. I was back up and running by the end of the day.Super impressed with these guys. Thanks so much for being honest and getting me back up and running so fast.

I greatly appreciate everyone at this shop and their honesty overall. No gimmicks or pushy sales from here. They analyze everything for you, not only your current concern, and give you a full run down of what is going on with your vehicle. They can prioritize the need for multiple issues and help budget for all repairs. Hard working and very quick turnaround. I would highly recommend Sculley's to everyone I know, even for maintenance.

I am so happy with Sculleys service! I called and asked them to check out my check engine light, the had me come in the same day and diagnosed the issues. My car is running amazingly and they gave me a very fair price. Their customer service is awesome and they even offer shuttle service if you live within a reasonable distance. I will definatly be coming back for any service I need on my car.

I brought my recently purchased SUV in for an alignment due to it pulling slightly to the left. They offered a competitive price upfront and then when they started, they found that something else was causing the pull. Rather than taking advantage of me, since I don't know a ton about automotives, they took the time to teach me what was wrong and had the integrity to say it isn't worth my expense to fix it since the tires are wearing evenly. They didn't charge me for the alignment since it was good and I walked out with more knowledge! A great place place with people with integrity. That's important to me.

My oil light and oil pressure light kept periodically came on. Volkswagen in the valley couldn't get me in until april 20. My dads neighbor recommended Scully's. This was the best auto shop I have ever found in Spokane. Their honesty so impressed. I thought I was going to have a very expensive bill. It was only 138 dollars to get my pathfinder started. Kevin has always gone above and beyond the service I have needed here! I really like how they will let you know any problem at an oil change. Pick you up if necessary. I love how you get 5 oil changes and then a free one. Very fair prices. Fantastic people! I would highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience here. They really go the extra mile! I went in for a quick oil change, but then expressed a couple concerns I was having with my car. It turned out to be nothing, but they took the time to make sure everything was working properly. He explained things in a way I could understand instead of assuming I knew what he was talking about :) they definitely gained a new long-time customer!
