On a road trip to and from Idaho we noticed a front tire close to blowout on the way home. In the midst of this stressful situation where nobody else in the area was able to fit us in same day, Scotty's came to the rescue with their fantastic, quick, and reasonably priced service!From the moment I contacted the shop, their customer service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. Despite their busy schedule, they made all efforts to fit us in promptly, displaying a level of flexibility that was both impressive and greatly appreciated.I must commend Scotty's for their exceptional speed of service without compromising quality. They are amazing!!! We have to make an unexpected road trip and needed to get our truck serviced within 2 days, not only were they able to get us in to get our fuel filter changed, he also noticed we were in need of an oil change before we drive hundreds of miles. I noticed I had a screw in my tire at work that was quickly losing air. I looked up the closest place and Scotty s popped up so I rushed over. I didn t catch the workers name but he jumped right on it and had it repaired in less than 10 minutes. He sent me on my way no charge. Really awesome of them to help out in times like this. I will definitely be bringing my truck to have work done by them if it needs it. Local is the way to go!Service: Tires

I brought my 87 Mercedes 300D down here at recommendation from my father in law for an alignment and these guys did a great job. I installed some tie rod ends from the internet and even with that and the suspension components being almost 35 years old these guys got it straight as an arrow. Tim and Justin are stellar techs. I ll be back when it s time to get my other vehicles repaired or serviced. Much appreciated guys.Service: Wheel alignment

Thanks for the help and excellent service. We had a broken leaf spring on our trailer and Scott and his crew were able to get us back on the road. We really appreciate their friendly attitude and quick, professional work. I would definitely recommend them for any work you need done to your car or truck.

This was by far the best experience I have had with any mechanic! Brandon was great and very informative and helpful. They were efficient and excellent in the services done on my vehicle and had the best customer service! I will be going to Scotty's for all my future car troubles and recommending them to all my friends and family!

Brandon and Tim are great honest people that you can trust. Winter tires are extremely important here in Spokane for safety issues, and they both give you straight up about what you REALLY need, versus what they want you to buy. Their quick turnaround time is an excellent plus too!

I had a flat tire (unexpected as always) and needed things done fast as a mom of 2. Scotty's was both friendly and fast! I'm so pleased with the work they did for me. They went beyond just putting a new tire on, they put my donut back in place. I am so happy, thanks Scotty's!

My tire has been giving me deflating problems for a while now. I stopped at Scotty's yesterday to get it checked out. With no wait at all, my tire got a bubble bath and nail removal, I was on my way!Thanks for your help!I'll be back to buy a full set of tires before winter!Service: Tires

Updated: someone shot a bee bee pellet thru my window while it was on their lot waiting to be fixed and I had to pay out of pocket $140 to have it fixed. Since my car has been broken down I haven't been able to work and am struggling. So far they said the damage is my problem.Will upgrade to 5 stars on this review if they decide to reimburse me for the $140 damage that occured while my car was on their property. Considering.I paid $600 total for a/c repairs twice & overheating issues and the car is having overheating issues again a week later after they said it was fixed....I don't think I'm being unfair to expect that they take responsibility for damage that occured on their property.

Outstanding prices and super service. I'm going to put up my own sign with the new name of scottys. SCOTTY'S SUPER SALES AND SERVICE or maybe, SCOTTY'S SUPER SERVICE. Best place in town for your tires, wheels, batteries, egines and or undercarriage service or repairs. #1.

I've been going to Scotty's for over 8 years. They've serviced, repaired, and supplied tires for all my personal and company vehicles. Always fair, and stand behind their work. Tim is truly an ace! Thank you!!!!

I went to have a set of tires mounted and balanced. Was told on the phone 19 per tire which is the standard, so I thought I'd support a local business. Was also told to bring it in early. When I arrived I was told my appointment wasn't until 1, but that's not the reason for the one star. When I came to pick up my car, I was given a bill for almost 26 per tire....what?? Nobody in town charges that much, and when I told the person in charge, he gave a bs excuse that it was because the size of my tire. It's a Subaru forester, one of the most common sizes in spokane. When I complained of the price he could have cared less. Place is understaffed, and mismanaged. Had way better luck and service at liberty tire, dont waste your time here.

Very pleased with this company, when other companies wouldn t touch my truck with a 10 pole to replace my parking brakes. Grabbed quite a few business cards and will be passing them out to my friends, will be back!! Thanks again!!!

Great staff and Scot always takes care of you and your car or truck. Excellent service and you never pay for anything you do not need.
