The best dealership I've bought a vehicle from hands down. Kurtis was by far the best salesman I have worked with; he cares more about the customers success and happiness then selling a truck. He personally introduced me to the truck technicians, and made me feel like family. I would 100% recommend anyone to check them out if they were in the market for a truck.

Sales team is very friendly and helpful. They provided an appraisal for our new box truck. The service side took full advantage of us though. Charged $1500 to install a new back-up camera that we provided. Being in the line of work it should have been a 2-3 hour install for a rookie. Also charged $265 for a gallon of DEF to check that the gauge worked properly. Get estimates BEFORE leaving your vehicle for service. UPDATE: DEF gauge still does not work.

Everytime I have to call or bring in one of our trucks to the Spokane shop, I am greeted with professional and knowledgeable staff. I have been maintenance for our company for 3.5 years now and I would not want to take our business anywhere else. In short, these guys are top notch in my book, and I really appreciate everything they do. GREAT JOB RWC!!!

Fit my broken truck into their schedule so easily and seamlessly I at first didn't believe they were really going to do it. But they had me back on the road about 90 minutes after the part arrived. Everyone was courteous, helpful and friendly. Thank you for getting my truck back up and running, RWC!

Three years ago I bought brake pads for International Truck. They didn't fit me. I brought them back. 3 years have passed, but I have not seen the money.

I want to thank my salesman at RWC Group Kurt Gillespie for always having our truck ready for us when we show and having it done right with all the changes and upgrades that were added.He bends over backwards to make sure everything has been done, and this is the crazy thing, keeps us informed of the progress of that truck. We all know that now days, that isn't an easy thing to do.It is also a big plus, that every time I call RWC, he is still working there and this has been at least 10 years, that in itself is unheard of that a salesman is at the same dealership that long. When he calls and says that you need to buy soon because of prices or truck inventory, you can believe what he is telling you, it isn't a sales pitch. Lastly, he is not a pressure salesman, he doesn't call everyday trying to sell you something and he is always very pleasant and easy to talk to, thanks Kurt if you are reading this.

A nightmare experience! Last year I had them do a buyers inspection on my 2000 NPR-HD diesel when I was trying to sell it. They said it would only take 1 to 1.5 hours at most. Long story short took them 11 hours while I waited in their lobby. They also mis-diagnosed it with a blown head gasket which I knew was not true. I had them do a leak down test on it while I watched and it was fine. They changed the report but not after first sending it to the potential buyer. They also missed diagnosed other problems and totally overlooked other issues that I later fixed myself. It wasn't just the mechanics but also the service department managers that were really incompetent and bad attitudes. I was cool and calm the whole time, but never received an apology or anything from them. The most frustrating experiences with a service department that I have ever had.To be far I did take the same truck back to them again last week. Again they told me it would only take 1 to 1.5 hours. After I got there they tell me the DOT Annual inspection is 1 to 1.5 hours but the buyers inception is actually 4 hours and over $400! I just had them do the DOT inspection and hoped for the best. Took them three hours later I had my truck back. The new list of problems wasn't anything major this time. This second time round with them wasn't a total nightmare but still not good.

Kurtis is the BEST truck salesman I've dealt with in the 12 years of owning my trucking business. He is extremely knowledgeable , and helped me spec out my 2022 hx 620 just how I wanted it.

I dealt with RWC Spokane for a whole month and a week on an Isuzu repair that was covered under warranty. I had to call every week to follow up, from 8/9/18 to 9/14/18 I was the one calling for an update. I never once got a call from them where they provided me an update on the repairs to my customer's truck. They constantly said one more day and it will be ready, but when I'd call to inquire they'd prolong the target date even more. Sucks that they were the only ones we were able to go through because of warranty. I've never had issues with RWC Group until i came across this location. Glad it's finally over!!! Will not go back unless I absolutely need to for warranty purposes.

This is a great place to do business with. Todd and his team are world class within the parts world! James and his team jump through hoops to get our trucks repaired and back in service, and we do not own any Internationals yet. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone.

Kurtis and the sales team were outstanding. Courtney and the service team got us in after hours to get our new truck ready for service the next day! The night team had parts and were waiting for us to get started...Outstanding service by all!

i come here to get air compresor replaced on my international prostar 2013, although they are really busy , somehow they managed to get me in and fix my truck. Really friendly people, good customer service and excelente shop. I will recommend to plan accordingly for your repairs if possible because as I said they are extremely busy, but other than that ETA was accurate and I'm happy with the job.

The people are great, its the business practices of RWC which force me to give one star. Do not rent or lease from them, go to Penske or Ryder. I'm battling RWC over their internal practices and trust me, do not rent or lease from them.

I brought my 2015 9900i in and spoke with Courtney told her I lost oil pressure and I was out of warranty. I am from WV and would have to get a hotel,so she set up everything for me. That was Monday morning, by tues evening got the bad news of my problems I told her to please just fix it and I would pay for it,didn't care about cost. Wed. morning I stopped by the shop she and the 2 mech.s working on it showed me and explained my problems. That was when I met James he told me no worries would get me fixed. I had a new fuel pump,main bearings,oil cooler, and oil pump installed and on the road by Fri afternoon. The work was great service was great and even helped me get some refund from cummins cause this was a know problem. To bad they don't work for cummins or international they both could use some lessons from RWC and their staff on CUSTOMER SERVICE thanks again to Courtney,James ,and the two great mechanics. I was approached by Ty from the RWC Idealease team to see if I would be willing to hear their solution for our lease and rental needs, and I am grateful that did. Not only are Ty, Jeff, Dylan, and Erica from team easy to work with, they have been great at providing solutions. Of course any time a new vendor is engaged things don't go exactly as planned and hiccups are to be expected, when those hiccups occur what is important to me is how they are handled. This is where Ty and his team really came through, they were responsive to the needs of my company and quickly came up with solutions to keep us running without downtime. I highly recommend working with them and I am super pleased with how our partnership has started.

Extremely over priced on some things and great prices on others. Has most parts in stock for my truck being 10 years that is surprising. Parts people are friendly and helpful.

Well I talk with Courtney and ask for a quote gave the vin# of the truck in question and she explain that she would do some investigation of what I requested and promise to call back or leave a message. Neither one happen I call several times and 0 responses. What the hell !!?

I own an international truck with an isx. I wasn't able to do a regen. I had an electrical fault code after TA in Santa Nella, CA shorted out my system when they plugged into my truck. Initially, I went to Calligan Transportation Services. Chris manages Calligan. He is a genius when it come to repairing and figuring out any issues with semi trucks. This specific time Calligan didn't have the international software to fix my issue. Therefore he called the RWC Group down the block, explained the situation and RWC was kind enough to get me in same day. I dealt with Courtney ,one of the service advisors. Very professional, she stayed on top of my repair work until it was completed. I also spoke with the mechanic "Will". Very relaxed and polite. Definitely an expert diesel mechanic when it comes to International trucks. "Will" did a very thorough job. And displayed his competency with his thorough write ups of the repair and issues. RWC has exceeded my expectations in every aspect during my truck repair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL WITH AN INTERNATIONAL TRUCK. EXPERT MECHANICS, EXPERT SERVICE ADVISORS, VERY HONEST, RELIABLE, TRUST WORTHY, HIGH QUALITY WORKMANSHIP, AND INTEGRITY. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 10 STARS I WOULD.

Friendly but lord help me. $450 to conclude a fuse broke. Even with that they still couldn't figure out why, took me the amateur 10min to trace it to the work light wiring. Didn't find the $4000 dollar hammer or the $27,000 toilet but guess they sold those to the government. Figured a dealer who has all the right software could do diagnostics in less than an hour, I figured wrong.

Decent place to get get work done what sets them apart is there service advisor Courtney, she is always really helpful, communicates repairs through the entire process and she holds to the completion time.

This is an International truck dealership big commercial trucks but their parts department has more typical auto parts that you might think and way better prices and qualities top notch windshield wipers is a great example 15 bucks at the auto parts stores five bucks here you'd be surprised what cool parts they carry you should check them out
