Alex was really fast and efficiant! My timing belt pulley and timing belt was TOAST and im lucky i live close by to a trustworthy mechanic. I was able to get my car in on a monday morning and back by Tuesday afternoon. He charged my family way less than any other shop would and didnt try to add on unnecessary services. My car is running way better. I will definitely be going back when I need more services. And i will definitely be referring people to his shop! I promise he has the best prices in town to!

We had a problem with the transmission in our 2009 VW Tiguan. Fearing the worst, we made an appointment with Provision Auto for diagnosis and an estimate to have it fixed. Alex was able to fix it quickly and at a very low price. We appreciate his professionalism, his skill and his honesty he took great care of us at a time where others may have taken advantage of us. Alex did an amazing job with my moms car. He communicated with us and was super efficient and honest: The outside and the inside of the shop is very clean as well. Definitely will be going back!

Came in for a starter replacement and suspension work for my 2001 Ford Explorer sport trac. Mechanic was very helpful and very professional! Communication was excellent and my overall experience was perfect! Would highly recommend this shop for any auto repair/service!

Exceptional service at this place. There is coffee to enjoy while waiting and I ve got to peak underneath my car, for curiosity, while it was raised up:) Communication was easy. Alex explained and showed me how to recognize the difference between good and not so good routers and brakes. Something that I wish other places did. It was warm in the shop and pretty clean too. I, also, liked the fact that it opens at 7 a.m. That way I didn t have to miss my work and still care for my car. I appreciated his honesty, knowledge and how fast I was out of the shop and on my way to work. I definitely would come back here!

Hi , I bought 4 toyo open country at3 tires from alex the owner here at Precision Auto Sales & Service that he ordered for me and had him mount and balance them , and they where the lowest price from anybody in spokane period . Alex is a well trained and certified auto mechanic. His shop is super clean and very well organized with all the tools to get the job done . and he even pointed out that i needed a new shock cause it was broke that i didn't know till he showed it to me and that i should get it fixed in the near future . I have finally found a honest well trained bright mechanic that i well keep for life . But now after going to his shop it makes me think about all that money i wasted with those other shops , and the truth is that he saved me hard earned money and time , He is in a class by himself at number one , Job well done alex , i couldn't be happier and my truck loves you to , god bless you and keep the faith , sincerely Alex Arich

I recently had my 2020 Jetta fixed and had a VERY good experience! Alex was very upfront and efficiently gave an accurate bid and went the extra mile to get my car fixed! A great place to find good cars and get your car fixed.
