Quick, professional, affordable and did not try to convince me to spend more money on things I may not need! Also, I used a Groupon and they were fully cooperative and scheduled my appointment right awayThat's a win in my book! I will continue to get my oil changed here

I have taken 3 of my vehicles to Priors for the past 10 years. I have never had a problem. The work is completed accurately and quickly. They are HONEST and don t recommend things you don t need. Their prices are fair and I trust them explicitly with my vehicles!!

I am new to Spokane and a friend suggested I try them. I had my rear brake pads replaced and had great service. I was able to book an appointment right away and was in and out quickly. I received great customer service and price was less than going to the dealership and more convenient. I will continue to use Priors for my future car servicing needs.

Waking up Christmas morning to a puddle of oil under our van was not the gift I was hoping for. With having to leave to return to work in Canada in the 27th I was feeling more stressed than expected with the situation. However, when I called Priors first thing on the 26th I was put at ease almost instantly. Without any hesitation I was able to get my van in for 9:30am and by 11am I had a call with the three possible issues and the price points. By 2:30pm the same day my engine was all out back together the busted oil filter housing had been replaced, the engine compartment cleaned out and we were ready to roll. I can not thank the guys at Priors enough for their top notch service, professional and exceptional workmanship and fair and competitive pricing. While I do not reside in Spokane I do highly recommend choosing Priors to everyone for your auto service needs. You will not regret it.

They were quick and efficient, I didn t have an appointment but they had a cancellation and got me right in. The customer service at the counter could have been better. But overall they did a great job. I did ask to look at my tire because a sensor light was in and they said they don t have a sensor machine. I m not sure that was true. I will go back and give them another shot, it could have been just an off day. Or maybe it was bc I had a Groupon. I feel like companies don t like that. I also asked them to put my new wipers on, and they didn t. I did ask for my air filter to be changed and they said it was clean and didn t need it. I really appreciate the honesty. It makes me trust them for future services.Service: Oil change

Very honest and they do excellent work. They have .on several occasions told me I didn t need a service I thought I might! They could have told me anything but they told me the truth. I really appreciate that! I send my entire family there!

I used Groupon for an oil change, they got me in the next day! This is my first time using them but I'll be back. They were professional and didn't try to upsell or pressure you for additional things. I did get a new filter as he showed me how bad mine was but he didn't pressure me.

I ended up here after getting a good deal on a Groupon, and it is now the only automotive repair shop I have or will go to since. After the oil change and brake inspection, they told me what I already knew: my brakes needed serviced. Their quote however, was over $900 less than the ones I been given previously (by another repair shop). I asked them why, and they told me the other had included replacing the calipers, which were completely fine. I never would have known or questioned if they'd added those in there too, but they didn't, they were just honest. When my wheel bearing needed replaced, I got a couple of quotes and again theirs came in hundreds lower. During that service, they accidentally made a small mistake that ended up costing me quite a bit of time. They owned it, fixed it, and then did another service for free as a thank you for my understanding. Who does that? Companies with integrity and excellent customer service. They are always friendly, accurate when estimating how long services will take, and most importantly, I actually trust them. In an idustry I have no experience in and must rely fully upon the expert, I won't go anywhere else, and neither should you.

Great service. The people who work here are very professional and friendly. They were completely honest with me, and let me know exactly what was wrong with my car, and even cut me a deal, which I Later cross referenced and found it really was a deal. Very nice. They will continue to get my service

These guys have proven themselves to be trustworthy through the experiences I ve had. Albeit, primarily oil changes but they haven t blown any smoke about repairs that need or don t need done.

Super helpful. My car was making weird noises and would not start. I was able to text them a picture of what it was doing and they were able to basically diagnose what it was. They were able to get my car in and fixed in the same day. Very appreciative!Service: BatteryService: Battery

We've been taking our vehicles to Wayne and Corey at Priors for years. They do great work to keep us running but even more important to me is that I know I can trust if they say we need something done we need it done. Especially as a female, I often feel like I have to really be careful with certain businesses and if people are trying to take advantage of something where I may not know better. I have zero worry of this with Wayne and Corey. If they recommend it I know I need it. Sometimes I've even said maybe it's time for this or that and they will check out the car and tell me we don't need that done. It's like having a trusted family member that knows their automotives. You're in good hands with these guys!

Friendly, quick service. Thorough examination of vehicle during an oil change to bring your attention to needed repairs such as brakes without pressure to make the repair with them or that day. Very nice to work with.
