We took our toyota van to the dealership and a local shop that has three letters in its name before bringing it to Perfection. The dealership said the issue was a timing chain, the other shop said it was a CV boot. Richard, Justin and Tyler found the actual problem which was engine mounts that needed to be replaced. Glad the job wasn t something more costly or concerning like the other places had said. We are so happy with perfection. Thank you and highly recommend.

If good customer service is what matters to you, like it does for me, this is the tire shop I used and will stay a loyal customer.Came in few days ago last minute, they changed out tires for 2 of my vehicles, did a great job, quickly and charged a fair price.I will be recommending to all my friends and family. Last year I needed new winter tires. I looked what they had on their website and decided on the true discover Norths or whatever they are called, called them up and asked if they had them in stock. If my memory serves me right they said yup and just told me to come on in. I did that, got the tires and ended up leaving. Throughout the last year s winter, I started having issues with the tires such as extremely poor traction. At first I pushed it off, thinking maybe the tires had too much air pressure in them. Nope still terrible. By the time summer rolled around I switch them off not thinking too much about it. This year I grabbed my tires, to have them put back on and one tire was so low with air, I was a bit worried! I added air into them and was on my way, or so I thought. This year I have had nothing but issues with tire pressure and traction! I had to constantly add air to them, and when Spokane did end up having some freezing rain, I had barely any traction! Yes it was icey, but my wife s car which had summer tires on and is two wheel drive, wasn t having any issues finally I had someone look at them and tell me, they sold you old tires! I bought different ones from a different company and had them replaced with a different tire store. I asked the new tire store what he thought about the tires since they were barely 2 years old, and he told me that these tires were extremely dangerous and old. Never going back here to buy tires and honestly, not one to usually complain about customer service, but it s also lacking as well.

I have been here once before and received amazing service. This review is for my most recent experience. I brought my truck in to get the tire plugged and put back on. They called me about 20 min later and told me they were done. Then they did not charge me. The best service around.

I will place Perfection Tire near the top of the Spokane Valley Tire stores. It was easily 5 Stars!From Tyler at the front desk to the speed and efficiency of the shop, you will come back again!I needed a whole winter package, wheels and tires. Within minutes, I was able to select the products I required. The final selection was very pleasing. Plus they were on the vehicle the next day! And they were very high quality, including the made in the USA Cooper tires! To top it off, the price was wallet friendly also. Yes, the prices have inflated, but I ended up paying the lowest amount among four competitors. The final Tyler touch was a $50 tire rebate, that I've already sent in! You can't beat Perfection!

Unbelievable customer service and concern for safety! Taylor was extremely helpful and explained the issues in detail so I could make the best decisions. I will from this day forward take my vehicle to Perfection Tire and Auto Repair! I was able to prevent further damage to my vehicle as well as prevent an accident. So grateful I was recommended to them.

Fast,l and friendly service at a fantastic price.Installed four TPMS sensors (that I bought online), rotated my tires, and remove a screw from one of them for $100!

After spending about 1,000 bucks on new Coopers I discovered later that after paying 20 bucks per tire for mounting I only got one new valve stem out of four. Probably explains why I have a slow leak in one of them. Also tried to charge me for "ride height adjustment" when I came back for an alignment. That's not a thing. Won't be going back. I'll find another source for my Coopers.Forgot to mention the valve stems were for my pickup and the alignment was for my SUV. I bought new tires for both at different times. If a ride height adjustment is part of an alignment, it shouldn't be an extra 45 bucks to turn two bolts, it should be part of the price quoted. If I hadn't been there when my wife was paying, she wouldn't have questioned it. I did publish a review earlier but it seemed to have disappeared.

Love this place! Needed to get my tire fixed, so I went to tire-Rama, and they said they couldn't get it off, so I called my husband and he was like ok do this they did and they still couldn't get it off so went right over to perfection tire, they said yeah, guarantee we'll get it off yep they did it no problem and when they were done they said thank you for coming, And it's free of charge! 10/10!

Needed a chain cut off my bike becuase I didn't have the tools. Stopped by just before closing when it wasn't busy. Mechanics were helpful and friendly, 3 sec with a saw blade and it was done. Even told me to protect my eyes when he was cutting, his conscientiousness for safety was appreciated.

Polite,professional and fast service. Took my car to LS several times for a low tire to be filled and inspected. Finally went to Perfection. They found a screw in my tire and repaired it. No problem since! Thank you!

I only take my vehicles to the Valley location. Through many "adventures" with other shops, I end up coming back to these guys and the job gets done right and on time!

I started going here because my friend worked here. Even though he doesn t work here anymore, I still continue to come here because they always treat me and my car well. I ve had them mount/dismount tires, diagnose and fixed leaky tires. I always know I ll be taken care of if I come in. Thank you guys! Highly recommend!

I bought all seasons here. They fix and swap tires for free if you bought them from them which is cool. they fixed a leak pretty quickly in my tire.

Hit somwthing and was losing air at a rapid rate. Pulled in and they lookes, it fixed it and was on our way in about 20 minutes at no charge. The guys were so kind and polite! BEST service every.

Over many countless years, since the time I started driving, I was always shopping for the best price I could get on tires and auto services. Mike, at this location, was the one who helped me decide that this will be my forever tire and auto store. He educated me on tires, found the best set for my car within my budget, and has always been honest and helpful whenever I have questions. The entire crew at this perfection tire store are wonderful to work with and I've appreciated everything they've done. I've never had any complaints with their work. Everything that they've provided has lasted or outlasted its life expectancy and that really does mean something. I highly recommend the store for all your tire & Auto service needs. To all the crew at perfection tire, I thank you and will be seeing you from time to time.

Do not use perfection tire in spokane valley for any mechanical needs! Took my truck in to fix a vibration and grinding noise. they did $1400.00 worth of work that I didnt need, told me the truck was fixed, and when I drove the truck home the problem was still there! I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed, and they refused to give me back the money for work I didnt need. Stick to tire work only if you must use them!

These guys made my day. My week even. We are from out of state, visiting family and although I got my oil changed right before we left, we were leaking oil the entire three days drive up and was nearly empty when we arrived. Tried getting in at multiple car shops but no one could get us in for a week or two. The Perfection Tire guys told me to bring it on in, welcomed me with big smiles, figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour and a half. And no huge bill. Super friendly and helpful. If we ever have car problems here again, I will definitely be returning to them! Strongly recommended.

Steve took the time to explain several different tire options and there benefits. He gave me straight forward pricing and made me feel like there was no pressure. Both steve and chad answered all of my concerns and had my tires and tpms changed out in a timely manner. I would reccommend perfection tire to all my friends and family.

I've come to depend on Perfection Tire. I've made my on repairs in the past,... I'm over that, now I just want straight forward service that doesn't seek to gouge my wallet. Reasonable, reliable, and honest.... they do business the way business needs to be. I'm a return customer because they offer the service that a mechanic can trust.

Be careful if you re a female taking your car here. I ve taken mine in a few times here and the last time I was in the guy named Nate at the front desk used my personal information I have to provide to drop off my car, to stalk me on all of my socials medias and message me. Made me feel extremely unsafe. Hopefully they teach their employees about privacy.

Was referred by my parents when an issue came up driving from PDX to the area July 2019. No problem. Went had an oil change October 2019 someplace else that over filled, yet the car has been meticulously well kept from first owner and I'm third owner. Brought in for oil change and they over filled with dipstick when car is warm showing an inch above full mark. Told that's perfectly okay. Bring car in two weeks later for tune up and they tell me I need a top end, that it needed it before I ever brought it in, then was told the spark plug cables were all damaged, by time all was said and done over $1100 + they were expecting another $2000 to $3000 to do a top end telling me that 2008 Subaru Forester always need top end by 155k. Have ALL records from previous two owners. Plus, had to replace my own air filter and Co clean air box because they over looked this. Don't recommend them to any woman. Used to work on my own cars. Now being told while been sitting here for 2 hours, "don't know how long it will be because we can't figure out what's wrong" Excuse me? Rip off!

Everyone I had contact with was extremely nice and professional. I didn't have to wait but a couple minutes before I was waited on. Had an estimate within another 10 minutes. Was able to have my new tires put on my truck within an hour. Will definitely return.

Purchased a set of wheels and tires(used) from Tyler. Got a flat 3 weeks later. That's when I discovered they never gave me a wheel lock key. My thoughts: I will give him a call and see if he or another Perfection store can run me a wheel lock key. He directed me to the north store the north store informed me they can't do anything about it because it's Tyler's deal. Ok let's play Chess not Checkers made one call to Les Schwab and they were there in 10 minutes changed my tire and told me to have a good day. No charge, nothing just have a nice day. Now that is customer service far beyond anyone's expectations. I did business with Tyler and Perfection one time and this is the result. I've done business with Les Swab for 10 years and I understand why I go back. Customer service is key this day and age.

I dropped by to have them check on my low tire pressure dashboard alert. Received 5 star customer service with a smile from both Jeston and Tyler. They repaired my tire and offered an oil change as they had noticed the maintenance required alert, too. Had no idea that Perfection Tire was a full service operation! Yes they are! Had them change my oil, too. They were awesome! I will definitely go back! Thank you!
