Couldn t be happier with the work they did!!!!!! Off-Road Essentials installed a lift/leveling kit on my van for a little more ground clearance. The ride on rocky and uneven surfaces is very much improved! Thanks Off-Road Essentials!!!!

These guys are absolutely awesome. I was in a dire situation with the 4wd being out in my truck and they got me in immediately and had me out of the within 3 hours. They didn't give me the run around on diagnosing or string me along. They were upfront, honest and extremely helpful. This will be the only shop I go to from now on. The crew at Off-Road Essentials replaced the alternator on my Honda CR-V and they did an excellent job. They were able to get me in quickly, performed the worked correctly, and the pricing was very fair. The work was completed in one day, and I was back on the road quickly. The staff of knowledgeable, professional, and the shop was clean. Highly recommended!

I had lost a long time, "trusted" mechanic to Arizona and was in search of another diamond in the rough.... Working in the auto industry for over a decade, I contacted a good friend that had worked on MOPAR products the majority of his career and he connected me with Jeff at Off Road Essentials. Russ continued to inform me that not only was he an excellent and trustworthy mechanic but also the, "Go To" guy when other mechanics couldn't figure something out. I tested the water slowly with an oil change and a couple basic repairs and knew I'd found another unicorn in the business. He recently hard-wired a 3 channel dash cam in my Challenger, "Shadi" and not only were the wires hidden... It was placed perfect and works flawlessly. After inquiring about different skills he actually has he'll be doing everything from LED lighting on the exterior/interior, welding on muffler tips and even an air bag system. If you're looking for the best shop in town.... Look no further

Jeff and the guys down at Off-Road Essentials have treated me right every time I've been in.From general maintenance to prepping my rig for off-road excursions, they've been excited to be along for the adventure with me.I can't say enough great things about the way the business is run, and they truly treat every customer as though they're family. after spending thousands at the dealership to repair a serious issues and still not fixing it we almost gave up . jeff and his team recommend we bring it in and let him look at it. glad we did. problems solved and we greatly appricate this shop. thanks again. jeff and debbie.

Jeff is a great mechanic. I ve been taking my cars to him for several years. Anything from regular maintenance to lifts, alignment and new tires. He and his team are knowledgeable and friendly. Jeff will let you know exactly what s is going on and he is reasonable and up front about prices and options. Will not take my cars anywhere else!

I have found my forever mechanics; my only regret is that I didn't tip them more because they work wonders!My first encounter was getting a second opinion on some rough estimates given by my previous auto shop; the latter's pricing was a bit too rich for me, and they didn't care to listen when I said Jiffy Lube should have replaced the engine coolant. I called Off-Road Essentials and checked in my vehicle.As it turns out, the third party was trying to sell me repairs I didn't need; Kai advised me to replace the front struts instead of those and the shocks, saving me about $1200 in one repair alone! His team also caught some items that were missed by the prior outfit; I'm very grateful for their thoroughness, honesty, kindness, and professionalism. My vehicle turns like a dream after their work, and I couldn't be happier!

First...I have been a customer of Jeff's since I moved to Spokane in 2013.The service provided at his shop, Off Road Essentials, is first class. Pricing and quality of work can't be beat in my opinion. I'm not mechanical, but I always come away with a working vehicle and more knowledge than I had going in. Thank you, Jeff, Jeremy, Brock and Hank!I wrote a "Yelp" review in February 2020 which Yelp decided wasn't what they wanted to print...but my mind hasn't changed.February 2020:Best service. I have come to expect that from Jeff. He never disappoints when it comes to my automotive needs. Prices are very reasonable. Work is fast and efficient. Advice is trusted. I needed some work done on my 1979 CJ5 .I wanted a lift kit installed , new seats and carpet. Am so happy that I went here. Jeff and the guys went to work on her. There work is A plus. Saying thank you to all of them is not enough but I would like to say thank you Jeff and the crew

Jeff and crew are awesome! I've had 2 problems with my Nissan Frontier, rear differential and radiator, transmission issues. Both times they have been great. Timely and honest and I highly recommend them!

I have had a few vehicles serviced here before. This time around, I wanted to compliment the staff of being very knowledgeable about my wife s Toyota 4Runner. After the repairs were made, I was also able to also get it ready for our upcoming trail/camping Trip with the selection of off road accessories they sell and install. Tbh, It s a shop that does it all, and it s great staff and atmosphere will make us wanna come back for all service and off road accessory needs.

Great experience having my vehicle repaired here. Diagnosis and quote were very quick and I had my car back in working order in no time! Pricing seemed reasonable based on other quotes I had received. Will definitely be using them in the future!
