I stopped in to get some gas treatment for my car so the tank wouldn't freeze. The guy helped me get the right treatment for my car. Very friendly people. I appreciate their great customer service.

If I could give 100 stars I would! A big shoutout to my guy Dennis who helped me change my ignition coil when I originally just went to borrow a tool and go off a video I was watching(typical girl) but thanks for letting a girl be a girl I really freakin appreciate it so much and now my car sounds sooo much better

Spencer, one of the Managers at the Bowdish store went out of his way to help me replace a battery as I am not handy. It was busier here than the Adams O Reilly store, and yet Spencer did all that he can to take care of a customer. I highly recommend coming to the Bowdish store and see Spencer and crew. Thank you so much!

Please do not go here if you are a woman. I went in for a simple air filter for my non-complicated car. The man that "helped" me looked like he was from Middle Earth. He laughed and laughed when I asked for my engine filter and I explained I didn't need a cabin filter. Trolls sure like laughing.

I have always had bad experiences at O Reilly s, but I went today to get my battery and alternator tested and Dennis was an enormous help and was nothing but kind and easy. I will now start to come back simply because of his professionalism!

This auto parts store has a really great staff. Plenty of selection. Easy to get to. Don't be afraid to do some of your car repairs yourself. The easy ones are a great way to start.

Very pleased with my experience at the O'Reilly's on Sprague and Bowdish. Needed a new battery for my car. Josh helped me find the right battery and installed it right there for me. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

I was working on my son s 1963 Jeep J200 because the rear brakes are shot. We spent the entire day (12 hours!) rebuilding his brakes. I came in to O Reillys on the corner of Sprague and Bowdish two minutes before closing looking for a very specific brake line with a very specific thread pitch.The sales person behind the counter knew it was closing time, but all he took the time to find the right thread pitch the right thing and helped me and my son get his old jeep back on the road as that is his daily driver. Thanks Ollie!

The people operating this location have zero professionalism. The manager is passive aggressive and rude. The employees are all standing around talking to each other instead of helping the people waiting to be helped. I ll never shop here.

This place is AMAZING. So, not only is their stock doing GREAT. They have more friendly staff, willing to help ACROSS THE BOARD. For this reason I removed other auto zonish from my stock port, and added these guys. Not only that, but upper management seems to have an idea of how to play as a customer. When you were a member, for free, all of your receipts are kept in a database that helps control your warrantees, what was purchased and when. These guys are great helpful, and their infrastructure from upper management seems to be customer oriented. I would recommend these guys five times above all else.

I have a Buick Lucerne and had a tail light out. They don't make these easy to change AT ALL. Chad helped me and changed them for me. It took a while and I don't think I'd have succeeded. He was patient kind and informative. Thanks again!!

I get some parts from them from time to time. Very knowledgeable staff. I picked up a accel conversion kit to eliminate points ignition in a distributor.. it worked out well...

Replaced Prius headlight for free. Toyota does it for 135.00 and above cost of light itself. Go to O'REILLY'S. Yeah I really like O'Reilly's ability to do the over and above all others. Replacement of a Prius battery is priceless! I mean it!! The replacement was FREE installation!!

My friends and I had an amazing experience at this location. We needed help replacing the part that sprays windshield fluid since another location gave us the wrong size. Olli had amazing customer service, and was extremely personable. He helped us quickly change out the wrong size and put in the new ones.

If there are 10 stars I d give them ONLY because of Gail. I ve went to 8 different auto part stores and once the computer says it s not available they stopped looking, but Gail on the other hand looked through all the part numbers cross referenced them and although the computer said the part was unavailable she found them. She didn t give up and was super helpful and super kind to customers. She should be the manager there. Again 10/10.

Went to get oil filter, oil, and a fuel filter.... All three recommended by the worker was wrong and I didn't realize until the cars filter housing was off and drained. I know they just punch information into a computer that spits out a number, but 0 for 3 is pretty bad.

My back light went out and went in to ask what type of bulb I needed for my car, and screw and right away without asking, Casey helped me and pulled everything up!!! He was the best and I had my youtube up regarding tutorial on changing bulb and dude took one look and went right to it! Mentally now I know what to do thanks to him and amazing customer service!!!

I had a really challenging headlight replacement before they closed in the freezing cold last night. Ollie was so amazing and helpful and kind. It took all of our teamwork to get the headlight out and the new one in and for Ollie to brave the cold to help was the best service ever. Please give him props!

I took my car down to this location because my check engine light was on. They checked my battery first and said it was bad, I ended up buying a new one, they were kind enough to install it for me. Then they checked my alternator, they said it was going bad also I took my car to two different places after this, they both told me my alternator was perfectly fine. So now I imagine my battery was fine too. So, either they need to upgrade their equipment or they need to stop scamming single women into buying unnecessary parts for their cars!

So friendly and helpful! I came in to buy a new wiper blade for my car and was helped by two separate associates; one removed the broken blade, the other came out after ringing me up to put the new blade on. They both saved me time and frustration and I didn't even have to ask, they just offered to help because they're awesome like that. I really appreciate it! :)

I received great service! If you have a sign on the door (2 of them actually) that states, "No Mask, No Service" then don't serve those who are not wearing a mask. Otherwise, take the signs down. Everyone knows they're supposed to be wearing a mask anyway. The customer I saw also asked for a Military Discount. Actually all he said was "military". The female store associate asked him for the last 3 digits of his DOD Number, which he couldn't produce. I was leaving, so hopefully he didn't get a discount.
