From our business we sent a radiator per H&H with a note of repairs to be made. And it was all done exactly how we needed it and in a timely manner. The radiator looked great and functioned as designed. I would give 5 stars but they forgot my drain cock for it. Overall very pleased.

Zero stars for this place. Don't take your classic car radiator to these guys! We took ours in to be evaluated, they said it would be $500 to rebuild. We declined and when we went to pick it up they tried to give us another radiator that was in horrible condition and not our original radiator!! The owner, Wayne, flat out lied and said "this is your radiator " and it WAS NOT! DON'T TRUST THIS SO CALLED ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!

If you deal with these guys, make sure you get a written estimate. Make sure you are getting the exact repair your asking for. They have a tendancy to come out at almost twice a quote, and instead of welding they prefer using epoxy as a repair. Not pleased with the work I've sent to them.....

I took a custom aluminum radiator out of my hot rod to them on a Monday they quoted me $65 to fix it told me it would be 3 to 4 days it was ready the next morning and they only charged me $42 I have read the other reviews on here they definitely were not rude in anyway their service was very fast and it was less expensive than they quoted me I do not understand the bad ratings that they have received on Google I typically do not review companies on Google but I felt the need to in this instance because of all the negative reviews

Took my tractor's radiator in for repair on Friday morning, didn't expect it back till monday. They called that afternoon and told me it was done.put the tractor back together that afternoon so it was only down less than 24 hrs. Did a great job I have used them in the and will continue to use them. Thanks to the people at Northwest Radiator.

The radiator in my log loader blew apart, I got in touch with North West and told them my urgency, two days later I had a brand new one built at a very good price, nothing but good from this guy!!

The only qualified place to get a repair on the industrial and classic radiators that are only now more commonly replaced with inferior aluminum and plastic garbage.
