On a recent drive into spokane my 2002 Ford f250 pickup started pulling to the left really bad, so bad that I pulled over multiple times to try and determine what was wrong, on the 3rd pull over I saw smoke coming from the driver's side front brake caliper. On my final stop alongside the road I was right in front of Northwest Diesel so I took a chance and drove in. They took the truck right in and diagnosed a stuck piston in the caliper, worked with my local repair shop in CoeurdAlene that did the brakes on my truck the previous year, and got me back on the road in short order, we just had a short wait on a rebuilt caliper and then I was ready to continue my day.Thanks a Million you guys for getting me in and repaired. They now have a new customer whenever I need future Diesel work done on my truck Awesome Place!! Thanks Again

These guys are awesome! Fixed a check engine light problem I have been having for a few years now and was at my wits end with. I appreciate having an honest shop that doesn t try to con you into more than you need. I have some more work on my truck I will be bringing them in the future. Thanks again!!

I ve worked with these guys on and off now for 6 months. Every interaction has been professional and easy going. Their guys are super knowledgeable and treat you like a friend s. I would recommend Northwest Dieselworks for any of your diesel truck projects.

These guys took care of my truck when I couldn't get it to shut down.They were quick to find and resolve the issue.They also found out what was causing the electrical gremlins that appeared around the same time.Excellent service and knowledgeable.They did me right, and I would recommend them to anyone with diesel truck problems.

Egregious pricing, and nickel and dime you on everything. Basic oil change and fuel filter service was $300 and I brought my own filters, $114 tire rotation. Rude customer service as well. Planned on doing a $3000 job there and after this experience I will take my money elsewhere.

I accidentally filled my husbands diesel truck with regular fuel, YIKES! I had truck towed to NW Diesel Works in Trentwood. The staff is professional, with top notch customer service. They had the truck ready for pick up the next day. Rates were fare. We will return for our oil changes, as well as any other diesel needs. Thanks again.

Jake and the staff are AWESOME!!!If you want your rig fixed RIGHT the first time, make your appointment NOW! Josh is detail oriented and isn't satisfied unless the job is done right.My wife's 2003 Ford Excursion, with 6.0L diesel, has more power and has never run better.My AM General Hummer is scheduled next, and I haven't been more comfortable to entrust a shop to work on her.Thank you for a job well done!

Jake and his staff have been the best to work with on my diesel truck for maintenance. I have been to several different garages but nobody compares to their customer service. They have went out of their way several times to get my truck back on the road when their schedule didn t allow. Been going here for a couple years and could not ask for a more reputable company to take my truck to. Took my 01 Ram 2500 in to have them look at the suspension. Jake told me it needed 2 parts on the front suspension. Costing a 1/3 of what another shop wanted to charge me. If you want your truck repaired right by and honest mechanic shop I would only recommend Jake and his mechanics. Was on my way through from Montana to Oregon and my truck threw crankshaft and camshaft codes, and started running bad. Made it to the parts store and got replacement parts. I changed the crankshaft sensor myself and no change. I only had limited tools with me and getting frustrated, I need help. Knowing most shops are usually booked out for weeks I started calling to hopefully get some help. First shop said no, too busy. Asked for any suggestions for any other shops and he suggested another shop and Northwest Dieselworks. So I gave them a call and talked with Jake, explained my situation. At first he said no that they to were booked weeks out. After talking some more he said to come by and he would help. I made it over to the shop and found out Jake is one of the owners. He personally got the other sensor changed, and in the process found some bad wiring from my tuner. This in turn possibly damaged the alternator. Jake didn t have time to help with that. But I was able to get back on the road. I really appreciate Jake squeezing me in, if I was living in the area this would be my go to shop. Nice shop, knowledgeable staff and great customer service. Took my 99 7.3 here and glad I choose them. They saved me in thousands of repair bills vs deer park. They are honest and very friendly. All other shops were booked out for months, I called NW diesel works. They were able to get me in right away.
