Recently bought a Mazda CX-9 from Brian. I brought in an envelope with cash and had mistakenly told him there was 1000.00 less in the envelope than there actually was. My wife had made the bank withdrawal and I got mixed up on the amount she said was in the envelope. Brian's daughter was in charge of counting the bills to verify prior to the sale. She counted and recounted and finally asked me, "How much did you say was supposed to be in this envelope?" I was worried thinking I had less than intended. I told her the amount and she said, "Well, there's 1000.00 MORE than that." Obviously I should have verified this with my wife but they caught it. I soon realized how easy it would have been for her to pocket the money and never mention it. So giving a 5 star review for honesty. Also the car has been amazing and we are super happy with it. Will definitely shop here again in the future.

I've bought several cars in my lifetime, this experience was hands down the easiest- and most fun of them all. They had the exact car we were looking for, beautifully detailed, and at the lowest price I found in town. The financing process was FAST, and the owner and his daughter were a lot of fun while we were working out the deal. Seriously, if you want to buy a car without all the drama and stress, come here and have fun while you shop and buy!

Normally buying a new vehicle is tedious and stressful. That is not the case at National Motors. Extremely friendly people, very laid back and easy going. Made the entire process a great experience. I recommend to everyone to come and check them out. Overall awesome experience and I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys for a great car and a stress free experience.

Brian and Jada are your biggest cheerleaders! When you walk in those doors you are garenteed a family welcome and care. They work HARD to ensure you are definitely getting your best price for your quality car. Just picked up my plates for my car and couldn't be happier. Top notch service, fair pricing and all around great experience. Brian and Jaden were great at helping my buy my first car. Definitely the place I'm recommending to anyone thinking about buying a car.

I had been looking for a certain make and model of car for almost 6 months when I called Brian about a new arrival they had. The car was exactly what I was looking for and was priced lower than the market. Brian gave me a very fair trade in value on my car. The whole process went smooth without any pressure at all. I've told other friends and family members about National Motors because I'm confident they'll be able to help them.

We had a pretty tight budget when car shopping and were really specific about what we wanted. We searched on facebook marketplace, Craigslist, and like 10 other used car lots.From our very first interaction with Halli, we felt so confident in buying from National Motors. They had a cute little '09 Nissan Rogue that met all of our preferences/needs and Halli did everything she could to work it into our price range. Her and Jaden made sure the car was in great shape, we got the best deal, and they let us test drive it for awhile, overall, a great experience.We bought this car back in April I wanna say, and we have had virtually no problems--luckily, even if we did, we opted for the best "warranty" plan they offer--pricey but worth the peace of mind when buying used!Thanks National Motors!

Well it was damn near impossible for me to get approved but Brian and Jaden got me approved with a amazing first purchase! They worked hard and did everything they could to make sure I drove away in a safe reliable and clean vehicle that fits my needs and preferences! I couldn t be happier and more grateful. Brian is the best. Only place to buy a car. Very honest guy, he puts every vehicle that comes through into the shop to check them out, and repairs any issues before listing it. Highly recommend stopping in and talking with Brian or Jayden.

My ex husband brought a truck home to me almost 2 yrs ago claiming he got a good deal on it. I tried to trade my truck in at another dealership last week but couldn't because they ran a carfax on it and it came back with an odometer rollback from 2017. This truck has 200k more miles on it than what I thought it had at the time of sale 2 yrs ago. I still owe 7k on it. I tried to take it back to Brian and was told one of the dealers must have messed with it and he didn't know anything about it. Wouldn't help out, stated it would cost me to have him take care of it. Brian is a typical slimey used car salesman and I wouldn't go back to his dealership if he was the only one selling rigs. I'd rather ride my horse instead.The response on here from the dealer is sadly wrong. It was NOT my boyfriend that put a small dent in my tailgate but my husband. I'm sorry Brian that you cannot read clearly. Jeff just informed me that you did in fact know there was an odometer discrepancy and that's why you gave us such a "good deal". You sold me an 03 truck with 400k miles on it.This is on you

Hands down, the absolute BEST dealership you could go to! I had went to Hardin Auto Sales the day before and they tried to sell me a totally useless car, so when I came into National Motors I was skeptical and nervous. Brian and Halli calmed my fears immediately when I was shown this beautiful Dodge Avenger R/T with AMAZINGLY LOW MILES! I was ecstatic when it drove perfectly with no issues whatsoever, and to finally have a good vehicle for my daughter and I. Brian was SUPER COOL and worked with me on payments, and was even nice enough to help me get a good deal on insurance for my vehicle as well! I got an amazing car, and some new friends because they re just that awesome and I love coming back to say hello and get hugs from them! A truly amazing business that I would recommend to literally ANYONE that needs a car. National Motors is THE place to go!!!

I've bought a lot of cars in my life but this was the absolute easiest, best experience I've had buying a car. Usually I dread going into a dealership and have to play the "car buying game". You can forget about that here, they don't play any games, their upfront and honest. When it's time to buy another car, I will look no where else!Thanks Brian,Kathy Sprinkle

If you want a good car for a good deal? I recommend these guys family owned and operated dealership. My husband works for the shop that works and inspects all these vehicles. Just bought new truck from them and I couldn t be happier with our purchase. Dealerships can be stressful but these guys make you feel like your part of the family. Highly recommend them and next vehicle will we purchase I will be going back to see brian and his daughter. Thank you so much for all you have done you guys are awesome!

Found a really good deal, Brian was great at understanding my position on avoiding loans. He had a truck that worked out great for me until I drove it 6 miles and filled the gas the tank had been drilled and the gas had been siphoned out sad day . Brian was really great, immediately directing me to the mechanic that had worked on the truck before. He paid for the replacement of the gas tank, which was not necessary due to the truck being sold as-is. I will recommend Brian to anyone looking for vehicles in this area. When I look for another vehicle, National Motors will be one of my first calls! A+ work, Brian!!!

My husband and I got into a bit of a spot and really needed a new vehicle as soon as possible. After speaking with Gene on the phone and explaining our situation, they went above and beyond to help get us into a car even going as far as working with us on the down payment. After making it up to their shop and having the opportunity to see the vehicle in person and take it for a test drive we knew we really were getting a great deal. We are both beyond happy with our new SUV and after meeting everyone at National Motors, we are thrilled to have been able to do business with them. When it's time to get my husband a new truck, we will definitely be going through them again! I highly recommend going to National Motors if you are in the market for a used vehicle! Brian, Gene, and Hallie know how to treat a customer.

This place is amazing! My husband and I walked in and instantly we were treated like family. We met Brian and his daughter Hallie , they both went above and beyond. Never once did it seem like we were buying a car. We joked, we laughed and we exchanged serious life events that shaped who we are today. At one point Brian told us he could get us a better interest rate through a different bank, I was not wanting to run through a bunch of banks. He assured me that it was two banks and that he would never do it if he didn t he could achieve the goal. Well we decided to go out on a limb and trust him and sure enough he was right! Him and Hallie helped us get the best possible deal out there. This is more than just a car dealership, these people are more than just car salesman. They bring you into the family!

I waited some time before writing this review as I wanted to see how the vehicle would hold up(doing great and running strong). I was in search for an early 2000s suburban or Tahoe and went to a lot of dealers and private sellers before ending my search here. I was pretty direct when I talked to them over the phone before coming in as I had a lot of places waste my time. They did not waste my time and were completely upfront about the vehicle I was interested in and bought and were more honest than any dealer I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2004 suburban with 191k miles and after working with them and looking over the vehicle thoroughly it was a great deal and was in better shape than I saw anywhere else. They even called me 2 months after the purchase to say the previous owner had actually went to them and gave them the spare set of keys with remote and instead of throwing them aside they took the time to call me and let me know so I could go get them. Highly recommend giving them a chance an honest dealer/ staff is hard to come by these days.

My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic experience here at National Motors! We went in to look at a car, didn t feel pushed or pressured, and would ve thought we were friends from before just through the conversations we had. Usually at a dealership a salesman will come out and feed you lines of garbage trying to convince you to buy, and pressure you in to buying right away. Not here! Nobody was hounding at us or watching over our shoulders while we thoroughly looked over the vehicle, but they were a hand wave away if any questions did arise. Couldn t ask for a better dealership, family owned and ran dealer at that! Even after we purchased the vehicle, Brian and his crew has been so helpful, not the typical taillight warranty. This establishment has been nothing short of amazing and recommend them to anybody looking to purchase their next vehicle! A strong 5 stars in my book!

Privately owned and family run; these guys take special care to make sure you get a good deal at an affordable price. I made the two hour drive with my son yesterday for his first time financing a car. Brian found him a sweet car, with an EXCELLENT deal. He and his daughter made the whole experience easy and fun! He s won some lifetime customers from us! We won t go anywhere else.

Today was a very pleasant experience here. Sent over here by a licensing agent for fair market value appraisal in order to get a title transferred on a truck from Montana. And even though I had to pay WA ST. sales tax it wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been. I got a reasonable appraisal from National Motors that saved me some money. Super nice staff. I highly recommend this dealership.

Awesome experience! Found a fantastic deal on a car with 50,000 miles. Brian was super helpful and found us a better rate on the loan than our bank was offering allowing us lower monthly payments, making the loan more affordable for our family. We have never been through the process of buying a car faster. The worst part of buying a car is sitting there for hours, Brian had us in and out in about an hour. Super clean office and great with our kids. I would highly recommend this dealer.

I bought a 03 f350. Put $10,000 down. Brian said that the truck was in great running shape. Turns out that there was no maintenance done to it what so ever. The Wheel bearings were completely shot, a few fuel injectors are bad.. I already put over $1200 into it and it s still not finished. Never got called back about help. The truck never should of came out of his so called shop to be sold. About my insurance and all that he said he would switch it over and never did. Brian said he would write me a check for a few hundred for the wheel bearings but never did. Brian lied about everything just to get the truck off his lot. I wouldn t recommend this dealership to anybody.

If any friend or family member needs a car, this will always be the place I'll send them to! I'm a college student and bought my first car here a couple days ago. Brian and Halli were both SO kind and incredibly helpful. I felt like a friend the moment I walked in. They worked with me to get me a fantastic deal on a reliable car that I adore! My brother even told me I got the best car I could get with the amount of money I spent. These are people you can really trust and be completely honest with... I can't say enough good things about them that would do them justice. Go see for yourself! :) Thank you for making my experience so great and helping me get an inexpensive car that I love driving.

Bought my first car here and feel like Brian took advantage of my naivety. I was recommended by a close family friend so I trusted Brian. He had to charge the battery on the car before I test drove because we d been playing music on it and cranking the a/c while it was in the lot . Nowadays I would totally question this, like weird.. but like I said, young and dumb! So when I test drove I didn t double check the radio or a/c, he explicitly told me they had used these features on my car in their lot, so I trusted him.20 minutes off the lot I realize neither work. He offers me a couple hundred to put towards both but that s it. So I paid $6000 upfront for a 2011 chevy with no radio or a/c.. Kelley Blue Books quotes this car at $3000-$4500 and that s with an a/c. I also experienced multiple flat tires within my first month of ownership, and had to get my tire alignment fixed. Totally fine now that I put on my own set but the set from this dealship was incredibly low quality.Overall, I m willing to forgive and make amends if Brian ever wants to provide me with the features he told me my car would have, but offering me a couple hundred when lying to me about these features is why I have this problem in the first place just sat terrible with me.I expressed my worries about being ripped off because I was a young woman car shopping on my own, and he said he would never do that as he was doing it. Not cool, man!
