I had a great experience with Kristie today at Napa. I have uncommon windshield wiper blades, had spent part of a frustrated afternoon trying to replace them with what I thought were the right blades, and finally went into a store to get help. I exhausted all of my options trying to find the right blades on my own, but finally had to ask for help.She looked up what I needed, told me the recommended blades, and I told her I already searched the shelves and they weren't there. Instead of insisting on double checking that I wasn't wrong, she said they were uncommon and could be in their stock behind the counter. She found them immediately behind the counter, rang me up, and, sure enough, they were the right fit!I've never been to Napa before, but I will be going back solely due to Kristie's customer service!

Excellent service. Took a pair of defective jumper cables back. They cheerfully made an exchange. I have always had great service at ALL NAPA stores.

I have bought items for my vehicle in several states and this is the first nappa parts store that 1 did not know about Lucas moter oil and 2 did not eaven carry it while carrying all the additives?

Loved the custom service from Richie. He is by far the best at this store and will definitely be coming back. He made my purchase right by saving me money and time, he also helped put the product onto my car. Very outgoing and helpful

This is a well lit establishment. The aisles are a nice height for short people like me. Munchkin? We were there about 9:30 AM. My cousin is disabled & was asked if he needed any help finding anything just as he came through the door.

This Napa location has never let down in regards to help, service and products. Even when they're understaffed or very busy. The staff stays professional, friendly and accurate! I only parts store I make sure to visit, and I love in Cheney!

I am really selective on who/where I spend my money, and my #1 rule is they have to have good customer service. When I walked in to this Napa location there were 3 employees standing at their registers visiting, not one of them said hi, or asked if I needed help. I was looking to buy oil and a filter. Finally I went to the counter and asked about a filter and other questions I had. The guy talked over the top of me, told me it was ok to run a different grade of oil then my vehicle requires. Told me that the oil I wanted doesn't come in the gallon sized container (that was on sale)...And was generally just rude. I left there and went to their competitors that, was a bit further away, and ended up being more expensive... But they had great customer service. Oh, and they DID have the gallon sized container of the type of oil that I wanted.... Guess it does come in the gallon container after all. Just because a store has what you're looking for doesn't mean you have to give them your hard earned money! Give it to the people that treat you with respect.

I went here the other day with Battery troubles for a broke down car. I won t go into details but the service was amazing and I really appreciated the store helping me. In this day in age it s so hard to get service anywhere so this was a wonderful experience!

I used the online ordering. I ordered two of one part. Went to pick up and they only had one. They checked my order and and oops. Had to go pick up the other one at another store. Usually they're great but gotta get it together for their online ordering for pick up at store.

I went for the grand opening sale, and they were awesome! All of the staff were on the same page and helped customers wherever possible. This napa has a lot of shelf space behind the counter for car parts/filters/etc. They are located very close to Fred Meyer, but the parking lots are not connected.

As a local business owner I went to Napa to set up an account. As I will need parts dileverd. I was asked to leave my number so I did. A couple days go by so I go again and the same thing I leave my store number and my cell. Still no call back so I guess it's that they don't want to do business with me. Sorry for the waste of time.

After going to the competitor and getting the wrong thing twice, I finally went to Napa and Eunice Took care of me got me exactly what I needed at a great price. All that I can say is Eunice you rock. I will be back...

Went in the other day looking for a 4 post toggle switch. One employee told the other he could find it easy for him but then he wouldn't learn. So he spent the next 20 minutes looking. After witch he found one that costed 30 dollars for a toggle switch. Went online and bought it for 9.95 NAPA had become overpriced and not real helpful.

Not happy that the 3yr warranty battery died, they did replace it, still had to pay the difference of what was "used" on the warranty and the cost of the new battery as well as the new battery has no warranty.

This store on Sprague by Fred Meyers has the most inexperienced group of people that obviously don't care about there jobs or care about the customers. Called in with the part number I needed and was told it was special order and it might be there by the 25th, called the Real Napa Store on Trent gave them the part number and they yep Seattle has it and it will be here in roughly a day. If you need parts dont waste your time with this store call the One on Trent Ave! The guys at Trent are way better to deal with and have a ton more experience!

Napa always does me right. They hav all the selection you would expect from an auto store and more. Comparable prices wth any other place. I recommend Napa Auto Parts for your automotive needs! UPDATE: I still recommend Napa!

I came into the NAPA store desperate for a part to fix my broken trailer breaks before the 3 day weekend. Richie helped me figure out and even fixed the problem and our weekend is back on track! I hope NAPA knows that thier assistant manager, Richie is an awesome guy that works his butt off every single day to make other peoples day! I really don t have the appropriate words to express how much I appreciate Richie s help!!! Thank you!!!!!!!

Rude staff, I called because of a problem with a part and the guy was extremely short, and ignored me while I was on the phone. I said hello at least three times with no response. They also gave me the wrong part 3 times. I'll just go somewhere else this is dumb.
