I am very impressed with this shop. I am not a mechanic, but I normally try to do my own work on my vehicles because I have never had a good experience at a mechanic, but I just didn't have the time to fix the issues with my vehicle and decided to give Lake Street a chance. I called late in the day and they got my vehicle in the very next morning. They use a very convenient system where they send you pictures and videos of your vehicle inspection to your phone and then they send you the estimate for any repairs needed and you can approve or deny the service right from your phone on each issue. Once I approved the service, they started working on my vehicle right away and it was completed early in the morning the next day. I totally expected my vehicle to be in the shop for several days, so when it was done the next morning, I was so surprised. They did a great job, were very friendly and helpful, and did not pressure me into fixing anything on the vehicle, in fact they explained that some of the issues would be fine if I didn't want to repair them. Every other shop I have ever been to has always tried to pile on as much as they could to get more money, it was nice to experience the honesty this time around. If you need work done on your vehicle, I recommend giving this shop a chance.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Shockingly Fantastic!! Haven't experienced a shop like this since I was a kid working with my father in the same field. On top of everything and completely thorough. Fast, efficient, affordable and all with such excellence. Everyone I spoke to is very impressed. I took a bunch of business cards and gave them to all my friends. Now when I ask everyone, "Do you know of a good mechanic?"...I'm not hearing "NO" anymore. We all keep bragging about Lake Street Auto! We were driving our classic car up the west coast then back down to San Diego.... La Jolla to be exact. When our babies transmission started acting finicky... We Google various shops in Spokane and found a few... However, to tell you the truth the other shop owners sounded like they barley had a pulse.... NO ONE is touching our baby unless they are an expert. Well... Matt got our business and blew our minds! Hes just as good or better than any of our very talented mechanics in Cali.... TWO THUMBS UP! Thanks again buddy!

My AC went out during one of these ridiculous heat waves. While 7 months pregnant I decided it s not something I could live without. I called a few places that were booked out pretty far. I saw Lake Streets sign your wife is hot, fix your AC it made me laugh so I called them and they were able to get me in that next week! I brought my car in on a Monday morning, they notified me of the diagnosis by noon via a text message that I could approve the work right from The portal (loved this feature). I got a text a few hours later that my car was done! I came right down, paid my agreed upon bill, which actually was lower than quoted because they found a better deal on the part and was on my way with my working AC. They staff was so friendly and nice. Would highly recommend them for your car service need!Service: Air conditioning

I brought my truck in for diagnosis and within about an hour they called me back with lots of detailed information about the repairs needed on my vehicle. They were also super reasonably priced and understanding of my situation (I didn't pay a whole lot for my truck and expected the repairs needed to total it. So wasn't totally sure I wanted to do it). Overall reasonable prices, speedy service and an understanding and honest staff. Will totally take my future repairs to these guys (when I have a vehicle more worth the repairs that is ).

Awesome experience! I drove here from Kansas to visit family and knew I needed transmission work when I arrived. I called here after reading the reviews and Royal told me to stop by. I dropped my car off Wednesday afternoon. My transmission was rebuilt as I knew it needed to be and Royal's team had me back on the road Friday afternoon which was awesome because I was able to cruise around this beautiful state and really enjoy the rest of my visit.Both Royal and Matt called me within a week or so after the repair to see how things were going and told me to stop by before I left for home so they could check and top off the fluid which I did. Then about a week after I got home Royal called to check that I made it home safely...he knew I was traveling alone with my three year old granddaughter...These guys are AWESOME and trust me when I say this is the place to go. Friendly, honest, good service makes this a premier auto repair shop in my eyes. I can honestly say that I don't feel like a customer, I feel like a valued friend!

The folks at Lake View were great! They were efficient and communicated well. They let me know exactly what was going on with my vehicle. They were very thorough and found things the previous shop had missed. My A/C was not working in my truck. I called and they made me an appointment for the very next day. i dropped the truck off and the repairs were made in a quick and efficient manner the same day. Their helpful attitude and prompt, courteous service will definitely bring me back.Great Job Lake Street!Service: Air conditioning

These guys are by far the best shop I have taken my truck to! I wanted a 6" lift on my truck. All the guys in the shop were so helpful with finding the lift and discussing the specific lift and extras I wanted to add to the truck as well. They did a amazing job on price and got it done in a timely manner. All the staff and service guys are very professional and amazing to work with. A big thank you to Matt, Royal, and all the employees who helped on my truck.

Recently my truck started making a grinding noise when I stopped. I've been driving long enough I was pretty certain I needed new brakes. I work an odd schedule and they were able to get me in within a few days at a day and time that worked with my schedule. They confirmed my suspicions and gave me all the options and didn't just try to talk me into the most expensive option. After checking it out they were able to fit me right in for the brake job and an oil change.Because of my hurry and really tight schedule I didn't have a chance to clean my truck out before dropping it off and felt bad it was such a mess, but they didn't make me feel bad about it at all.The guys were really great at explaining everything, got the job done fast, gave me all the options, and did a great job.I feel really comfortable and secure driving my truck now and am very happy I don't have to turn the music up loud to drown the noise out anymore. Highly recommend this place if you need any car work done.

Alex had us lined up right away and the ac works perfectly. Have a truck that will be in their shop soon for a gauge cluster and possibly rear fuel pump. Wonderful people, friendly and extra fair. All my experiences with the owners have been fantastic. Fair prices and quality work every time. This has kept me as a customer and my first go to when I have issues with my rig. Also they've never hesitated to let me know if something is an easy fix or something that I can get repaired somewhere for cheaper so that I can save money.

This company is by far the best place I've ever taken my pickup to for repairs. They had to replace my engine and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right the first time. They communicated with me on every issue that they found while working and let me make the decision of having those additional issues fixed as well. I never felt pressured into having extra work done at all. They fixed my pickup sooner that they had said and I was charged less than I was originally quoted. This company did a wonderful job with everything. They are all about helping you get back on the road and saving you money. Thank you Lake Street Industries! I will be back for any new work that arises and will recommend your shop to all.

I am so pleased with the efficiency of repair, as they were able to get us in quickly and delighted that they were able to get my vehicle completed well ahead of the expected schedule. This place is awesome. They were able to make time to do the repairs on my car right away. The best part, however, was how the staff treated me. They were incredibly friendly, sociable and very kind. I will absolutely be taking my car back here in the future, and you should too!

Great customer service!! Matt and his wife are great people to do business with! Very thorough diagnostics of my vehicle, timely service and a clean shop. I don't trust most places, but Lake Street has earned mine.

Hello everybody, I had purchased a vehicle in Spokane and realized the fuel pump had faltered. Long story short after several stops we were directed to Lake Street Automotive. Upon our arrival they treated us professionally. We explained to Matthew we just purchased the vehicle in town and on our way Home to the Seattle area. He and his staff placed us infront of other important customers to get us back on the road. It was late afternoon so we had to stay the night but we were back on the road by mid afternoon the next day.Lake Street Automotive also fixed a minor wiring problem at no extra charge. Thanks again.Great Business and staff. They have my business and highly recommend using there professional skills.Not many places left that will work or can work on older vehicles pre computer.Thank you Lake Street Automotive Tim Donohue and Ted Beard

Needed wheel bearings replaced before traveling back to Montana. These guys were the best! Got me in first thing in the morning and had me on the road in under three hours. Very reasonable price and tremendous service, I would highly recommend!!

Initial customer service was exceptional, Matt got me in quick and had my vehicle back to me very quick. Sadly, that was the only good experience. I had a very simple service done on my transmission (Fluid/filter change) only to have shifting issues while turning (low fluid symptom). Brought my vehicle back in (7/27) to have them check it out, only to be brought in the shop and shown "there's enough" and treated like I was in the wrong for wasting their time. Today (7/30) I brought it to an actual transmission shop only to be told that I was about 1.25qts low on transmission fluid. Filled it up, transmission works great. Charging what you do for labor, in addition to grossly overcharging for fluids, work should be completed properly, the first time.

Royal from Lake Street automotive is very knowledgeable. My sister needed help with her vehicle halfway out of town The nearby shops told her it was a major fix it would cost thousands of dollars, she called a trusted automotive Manager Royal and he diagnosed the vehicle over the phone it ended up being an easy fix. Thank you Royal for being an honest, trustworthy all-around good person.

This is the best shop I have ever gone to! The people were so nice and service was fast and very reasonably priced! They worked with me when I needed my brakes worked on and was on a budget! They were so amazing! Great people! I will be recommending them to everyone needing car repairs!

Real nice mechanics! Diagnosed my trailer and truck, and gave me a thorough estimate. Thay even welded a piece that had broken loose for me at no charge! Will definitely be back to fix the brake problem when I get the cash. Thank you for all your help!

Fabulous place to have work done! I received service way over and above what could be expected. Excellence and perfection is the result. They fixed my old 1984 Motorhome , so old no other shops wanted to bother with it. I m so happy with their work I recommend Lake Street Industries to all my friends.

Thought my starter was going out on my Toyota sequoia. Lake Street Automotive went to replace the starter and found that the flywheel was destroyed. The flywheel and starter were replaced and the sequoia is starting great!! Calls and texts were always answered and they always told me what was happening! I definitely recommend them!!

Best place ever! Moving to a new place finding a good mechanic can be hard. Now Lake Street takes care of my cars!
