Parts department was helpful, but they don't have big inventory. Couldn't get a fan belt for t680.

Called ahead with several issues explained to service that I am time sensitive and if they cant have me out by Saturday with this being Wednesday not to bother with me they said bring it in found a whole lot more wrong then what we first reported kept me informed of everything at all times kept me on schedule and stayed within cod budget that I gave them rest being warranty work as well repaired my trailer was even polite about kicking me out of my sleeper you guys rock thanks to all

Great customer service in the service department. They are always busy, so plan ahead because your truck will be there for a long while.

They fixed my truck. Night foreman was awesome and helped me get parts to replace the light on my triler that someone smashed out.

This place is beyond amazing. I hit a deer on Sunday, called Monday morning. Service was busy and couldn't get me in until Wednesday. I asked to be transferred to the body shop. Daniel Rodgers is the body shop manager. He wrote the work order at 9:00 am.and I was out of there by 1:00 pm.!!! I can't believe how much time this place saved me. Thank you so much Kenworth of Spokane and thank you Daniel Rodgers. You all are top notch in my book

This review goes to the Kenworth Body Shop. Danny and his guys are absolutely amazing! They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with a vision for my truck and they far exceeded my expectations. Danny's communication and scheduling were outstanding. They got my project right in and delivered a completed project in less time then he originally quoted. He kept me up to date as to the progress of my truck. A few days after picking my truck up Danny followed up with me to make sure I was happy with everything. This is a great body shop, I will use them in the future, and would recommend them to anyone!!

By far, the best customer service experience from a Kenworth Repair shop! Everyone we worked from the beginning to the end of our repair was friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. The day/night shifts communicated with each other so that no one was out of the loop. They kept us informed throughout the entire repair process, worked well with our warranty company, and did every single thing they said they would do. DEF Pump, Dosing Module, and Harness Replacement. Diagnosed Wednesday, warranty approval and parts ordered on Thursday, repairs completed late Friday during night shift. Out the door Sat morning with no Invoice issues. Can't say enough... wish every KW repair shop could get it together like these guys!

Dan is the man! If you need service or a write up, this gentleman is friendly. Knowledgeable, and very helpful! The whole service department, techs and all are TOP OF THE LINE!!! They care about your vehicle getting back on the road, care about the service you receive, and are generally the BEST KW dealer i have ever experienced! They do what it takes to get you on the road, and are up front about what is going on. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you Kenworth Sales of Spokane!!!!!

Been using the guys at the Kenworth body shop for a while now and always have the best experience. Danny especially goes out of his way to make sure that we're satisfied and get the best service possible! I would highly recommend them, their pricing is decent and they completed my truck quick and did a quality job on it!

No one answers the phone! Actually called corporate to see if they could contact them! Our window on our 2020 T680 refused to roll up and the temperature was 14 bellow! Yet no answer! No help! It's pretty much what I expect from kenworth lately! The big joke is if You want your Kenworth fixed, take it to Peterbuilt at least their Employees come to work! That's a hint! Happy Employees, Happy customers!

HUGE SHOUTOUT to the body shop!!! Dan did an EXCELLENT job informing me on the cost of the job!! The shop did EXCELLENT work and did exactly what I asked of them! Dan followed up with me after they completed the work to make sure I was happy with it!! I will definitely be returning for future work and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!!

I'm a contractor who has a business in dirtwork. I work hard with integrity in all I do, and when I do something wrong, I make it right. I cannot say the same of Kenworth of Spokane. I had them work on my dump truck, and do to misadjusting it they caused a couple of injectors to go out on it, which cost me several days of work, a thousand dollar tow job due to being stranded, and several more thousand for the work from a better mechanic. Total, instead of an $1,200 job, it has now cost me about $8k. Upon asking them to fix the problem, all managers denied any fault of theirs despite multiple reputable mechanics in the area saying that it was very clear that Kenworth made a mistake. Yet they are still denying having anything to do with it and are now ignoring me. Their customer service and integrity are terrible. But since they are a "big dog", they can afford to screw a private contractor and not have to be held accountable for their mistakes. Unfortunately we do not live in a world where even people with a so called reputation hold up to their end of the deal. I would have expected them to at least pay half of the problem. Not so. I do not suggest them at all. Be warned, upon further investigation, I have heard of multiple experiences like this from this Kenworth facility. If you don't want to get screwed because a mechanic makes a mistake, go to a good shop like Kootenai Truck or A&T Service and Repair. They will treat you right, unlike the terrible shops at Kenworth.

Went in on a Thursday and out on a Thursday , awesome , thx to Christina and the service techs . Listen we all know that the dealerships are swamped but they worked me in for a 4 hour minor repair . I do have a question about the time but since it was done the same day I guess this is the price one pays for convenience . So other than a bit of a price issue all was good I will definitely contact them next time I need a repeat in the Spokane area .

Double check all the work they do!You literally have to check everything that they said they fixed because it will not get fixed. I ran for two different companies that have had trucks worked on here and both times they had charged a fortune and not fixed the things that needed to get fixed.I think you're employees are saying they're doing stuff but they're not actually doing it.And they will also overnight park your truck and an open unfenced lot and anything it isn't locked will get stolen.

Very nice parts counter with a huge selection of lights/wiring/mounting as well as other accessories & plenty of lubricants for truck & trailer. Right next to a flying J so you can park your semi and walk in. Literally right next door. You don't even need to cross the street. Counter guys were friendly and helpful.

Horrible customer service, will try to rip you off every time.These guys quoted me part prices over the phone and when I showed up to pick up said parts the prices went up.Also they quoted me 2.5 hrs to install part that I've installed myself in less than 10 minutes. I went to "service advisor" and asked him how do they determine their labor charges. He just grinned at me and said I can "shop around elsewhere" This dealership will try to rip you off, better watch how much they charge you cause part/labor cost miraculously grow by the time you have to pay up.

Anyone can make a mistake, and if they are man enough to apologize and make it right, then I say "its all forgiven". But the service dep at Kenworth was too proud to admit they could have made a mistake on some routine maintenance. Truck had to be towed to another shop, 3 hours after Kenworth went through the overhead adjustment on the engine, and the other shop called to tell us that Kenworth messed up the injectors. The other shop called Kenworth to fill them in, but Kenworth still charged full price, and wouldn't refund anything. Enough to make anyone angry. You cannot trust the service department. I'm sure the mechanics are as good as anywhere else, but the morals of integrity in leadership is missing. They talked about integrity and how they stand behind their product, but did not demonstrate integrity through their actions. On the flip side, we've been doing business with Dobbs Peterbuilt in Liberty Lake for years, and they have thus far always demonstrated true integrity and seem to have better customer service:)I hate to burn a bridge, but these guys acted just like some 'hole in the wall shop'.

We needed a rental truck this summer and the company we usually go with had nothing available, so we went and talked to Paul in Missoula. He was so helpful! He printed all the rental forms, then sent us to Doug in Spokane. Doug got us through everything we needed, a few days later we drove to Spokane to pick up the truck. All very smooth and quick! We will definitely be back to rent next year, unless we end up buying a truck from either Doug or Paul! We really appreciated all the effort from everyone at Kenworth.

Took my truck in with VGT fault code. Told them just do diagnostic...Got a call back next day with repair estimate of almost $8K. Decided to stop by and see what they found. All they did is ran diagnostics, drained antifreeze and broke two bolts on the turbo actuator, and tried grind/drill it out.Was told that my turbo and actuator failed and it would cost $8K to fix it.Told them to put everything back together and give me two new bolts... I came to pick up my truck next day, paid $550, didn t get new bolt. When I got home it took me 10 minutes to remove broken bolts and remove actuator. Guess what, there was nothing wrong with turbo.I don t like when people trying to sell me stuff when they don t even know if it s need to be replaced...Kenworth of Spokane Just lost another customer

This place just keeps delivering. They have the parts I need ( I don't own a paccar product) the people are very nice and they are open on Sunday. They help keep me rolling

My starter quit in Butte Mt and I had a Good Samaritan pull me off. I had several scheduled deliveries the first of which was in Spokane. I called KW and Rich was very understanding and arranged for me to get in the shop 1st thing after lunch. I was back on the road by 1700, and at a very fair price. The Tech found a couple other things that needed attention and after checking with me he fixed them as well. I will return here and send my friends !!!

Had truck repairs done on emission system Dec 2016. Quoted $2000-2500. Charged us $2900, no phone call, no explanation for the extra charges. $900 part and $2,000 in labor. Totally unethical and took way longer than it should have. Do not recommend.

I have 3 businesses and have had an account with Kenworth in Missoula for years and treated GREATand have bought maybe 6 trucks and many many $$$$$$ through this company. On Friday October 4th I was sent in to pickup parts in the SPOKANE LOCATION I was told by my shop mechanic were all ready for me to pickup and i knew nothing else about the order other than the sample I had in my hand I did say it was possibly a store transfer from Missoula. And was treated horribly. Went out to my truck to call my shop and when i was walking back in 2 of the counter people were talking about me and when they seen me it was deer in the headlights Customers should never be treated like that ever. There is alot more to the story and yes it was a store transfer and the counter people apparently dont talk to the transfer people.

5 stars to the sales department, 3 to the service department...if that. I bought a 2018 truck and the service department wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to install a couple parts I bought for the new truck. Talk about milking someone dry. I took that part of my business else where.

These guys, and girls were amazing, they fit me in quicker then first told and were very acomidating, very informative on everything they were doing and had my truck finished a day ahead of schedule. Keep up the great work guys you are awesome!!!
