From the day we called the service has been exceptional. Carrie was amazing. My daughter was rear ended while stopped and my car was not great. We were told it was unsafe to drive and they wanted us to get a rental. We were very stressed with the other persons insurance and she told us not to worry they would take care of it. They did just that. The insurance company wanted them to get parts to fix my car that were cheap and recycled. They would not do that. I didn't want that either. As you can see my car is better than ever. They did an amazing job. I could not be more happy with the service we received. They even power washed my floor mats as an added bonus. I love that. I would recommend highly. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service and the job you did on my car.

I called k&m for an appointment to have my bumper repaired after reading obviously raw, honest reviews from others' experience with them. I had to wait for the appointment, but it was worth it! They not only replaced my bumper and blended the paint so perfectly that you can't tell there was ever an issue, they also went the extra mile and cleaned the interior for me, provided a lifetime warranty on workmanship, AND left a nice thank you in my car when I picked it up. K&M told me it would be approx 2 days for the job to be completed, and I had my car back within 2 days!They obviously take great pride in what they do there, the work, the drive for customer satisfaction and making sure I knew of any unseen damage, giving me the opportunity to decline or accept the extra work.I could go on about how impressed I am, but you get the picture. Honest, reasonable, great work, communication, and flawless experience. Highly recommended!

Everyone's so friendly. Had my car in the shop for a while waiting for parts to be delivered, my rental coverage ran out because of the long shipping time for niche parts. As soon as they had the parts they got it fixed in no time at all so that I'd have a car to get to work. Absolutely lovely people, thank you again so much.

They have exceptional reviews because they are an exceptional business. They worked on my 2012 Hyundai Elantra and did a fantastic job. Their quote was $1600 less than a place in Olympia and they finished the work sooner than expected and washed/vacuumed my car too. I highly recommend this business. Michelle is a very kind and caring individual.

They worked on my truck when I had my accident. You can't tell it was in a collision. They did an amazing job. Jason and his crew rocks. Terri at the front desk is very nice in person and on the phone. She helps answer all your questions, if she doesn't have an answer then Jason does. The get back to you in good time and are very detailed when speaking to you about the process. They got my truck done as quick as they could. Thanks for the great experience.

K&M was fantastic from accepting my car straight from the accident, through the insurance hassles, and reassuring to me all along the way. When I went to pick it up this morning it looked brand new again!!! Thanks, K&M!!!

Carrie has been helpful since the beginning of my call to the shop. She managed the expectations of the tame frame needed for parts and exceeded my expectations for customer service. They were very thorough to make sure the itemized every little bracket and panel needed to submit to my insurance company, even finding damage that I was unaware of and had missed in my initial report. Thank you so much for setting my mind at ease during a stressful time of repairing my vehicle after an unfortunate accident.

Our car was hit by another car in a parking lot, and we needed to have the car inspected to ensure there wasn't any mechanical and/ or structural damage. I called K & M on a Monday morning, and Carrie penciled me in for an early afternoon appointment on the same day. Jason, one of the techs, looked over the car and didn't find any issues, so we were good to go. No repairs needed .The staff was incredibly friendly, the shop was clean, and we weren't pressured into inspections or repairs that weren't needed. If we ever need to have auto body work done in the future, I'll be calling the K & M team first. Really impressed.

We had to have our truck fixed from an accident. The people here were SUPER friendly and helpful. And on top of the fact that the truck was done early (that never happens) they even cleaned it up inside and out. They just seem to go above and beyond here.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

You won't be disappointed! Jason and his staff are so friendly and kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle's repairs. My car was ready earlier than estimated and looked brand new when I picked it up. The exterior was sparkling and the interior had been vacuumed thoroughly which I wasn't expecting at all. The workmanship was amazing and I can't say enough good things about this business! Thank you so much K&M for getting me back on the road so quickly!

I was referred to have K and M Unibody to fix my rear trunk. It was backed into. They were very professional and made me feel very important. I explained that I was going on vacation the following week and could leave my car since I need my car for work. I saw how busy he was but they took great care of me. They found an exact match that day and I left the car when the part came in and they had it done in a day. Most places probably would have put me out weeks and they squeezed me. Only experience so far has been on the phone and stopping by for an estimate. They get 5 stars for courtesy and customer service. I was very impressed. Another customer waiting for service also said it is the only place he brings his vehicles. I will definitely be back.

K&M Unibody took a great care of my car. The estimate from my insurance was low. They took care of it and dealt with my insurance. The car looks brand new, the work was done on time. Very professional. I was able to drop off my car within two days and in less than 2 weeks the work was done. While they work on my car I was able to use their loaner for one flat rate. No question asked.

We don't have our truck back from repair yet but so far the people are amazing. Met the owners as well and they are amazing. Very informative with answering all our questions. They are keeping us informed with the progress on our truck. We feel assured the work will be correct and done in a timely manner. Absolutely no worries so far.

Jason and his crew did a fabulous job on our red Escape after a mishap with some silver spray paint! Our car was as good a new and was finished the next day. They even cleaned the inside! Thanks for a great job. This is the only body shop we'll take our vehicles to.

Great people and great body shop. They had my husbands duramax diesel from a insurance claim and did a wonderful job. Had a few mishaps with the front end and Jason was great and had us bring it back in. will recommend k & M Unibody works to anyone with any car related issues. Thanks to the k @ M crew wonderful people.

I just brought my 15 subaru in after being rear ended...I had an amazing experience...it was ready when they said it would be, they handled all the insurance drama for me, staff was super friendly, but most importantly my car looked brand new...I will if necessary be a return customer
