I work 7 days a week during December and had to cash in a favor to leave work early and go find some help with my punctured tire. Every other tire shop I called had me on hold for so long I finally gave up. Rolled up to Judd Lee s with zero notice basically just crossing my fingers they could help. They plugged my tire and sent me back to work in less than 15 minutes! Awesome service, fantastic job!

As far as the negative reviews go this is a tire shop that offers very cheap prices and quick service. If you re looking for a high end tire shop then take it somewhere else. They mount, balance, and offer quick service. If had two sets of tires put on here over the past 6yrs. Never had an issue with damage or shoddy service. Yeah it s a bit cluttered and the employees aren t dressed in suits and ties, but they get the job done. I ll keep giving them my service.

Absolutely the best tire place. My husband and I have been going here for a long time now. They always do a great job. And all questions got answers. Everyone with a positive attitude. Waiting room was comfortable even with its own heater. Great prices. If they don't have it, easily to order with them.

Service is not recommended at all!!! I came with separate set of rims and tires to put on. I left it on their location to mount. They told me to come back to install my whells on my car at 3.00pm. When I returned they refused to install whells on my car because they are busy... I paid for work and now I should do this by myself. Unreliable and unprofessional.

Got in and had 4 tires mounted and balanced for 60 bucks so great experience there. Wait time can be a bit long since everyone goes here but that's to be expected. Reason for my bad review is the day after I had my tires mounted my left rear was completely flat the next day. Luckily I'm a mechanic so I filled the tire and it turns out the valve core was leaking air just enough so it wasn't noticeable unless your ear is next to it. I took it out and the sealing washer was missing. My tire didn't leak before so I'm not sure what to think of this. Check your tires for hissing before you leave.

I would not use this place for changing your wheels and tires took my truck in with brand new wheels and they gouge my wheels so bad I had to get them professionally redone because he scratched it. I asked him what they re gonna do about it and they said nothing they don t. They don t care about their customer is what he said and they don t care about anything. They said they have a sign posted that says they re not gonna do anything about it. Beware if you like your car, you care about your stuff do not take yourself to them. If I could put no stars, that s what I would do.

Totally rude and lousy service. They didn't get to work until 9:15 when they were supposed to open at 9:00. Told them that I wanted the tire pressure set at 35 psi. They rudely replied "go sit in the waiting room " which smelled like bad body odor. Turns out they set all my tires at 32 psi. TOTALLY LAME!! I'll never go back!

These guys are awesome. I called around 4pm, arriving shortly later, and they had me out the door by closing. It is first come first served, so your milage may vary, but the service I received would be worth a significant wait.I had them put some larger tires on my lifted crown vic for the first time and they were great to work with to find the right size. There aren't many 17" all terrain tires, but Judd estimated the size and they had some used ones in stock. They threw one on to test the size, and after checking with me, threw the other three on. The staff were nearly as stoked on the car as I am.Update: Sent a friend of mine who doesn't know the first thing about cars over there with a serious puncture. As I expected they weren't able to save the tire, but they found a used one with similar wear/tread and put that on so they didn't have to buy two tires. My friend was happy with the service and the price. I'm incredibly thankful to have a place to take my vehicles and recommend to friends.

No N.P.C's here, only real people. Take your Porche and rude attitude to Firestone or Lesshwabs so they can overcharge you and treat you like you should have a barcode tattoo on your forehead, then debate whether or not they want to help you. Its Judd Lee's for me from now on. Great survice, great prices and again REAL people. There waiting room is more like a man cave. :)

Best price you will ever get around Spokane!!!Also, first time I went out from a tire shop fully satisfied.I have my 09 Lexus GS350 with a 20 tires. These tires are hella hard to install so that s why most of the tire shops around Spokane charge you a lot of money for just an installation. But this tire shop is reasonable with the price. Also, the people over there are so friendly and kind.Tell me where u can find a tire shop like that!!!

I ve been coming here since I was in high school. Love the place and the guys there are always very willing to work with you on anything you need. They work on cars that are heavily modified unlike all the other shops in Spokane. On top of that their prices are extremely competitive, most shops in the area had quoted me a ridiculous price, around $50 a tire to mount and balance my tires because they were extremely oversized ... they were only 34.5 tires. Judd Lee s only charged me $12.50 a tire which was a no brainer for me. Additionally they were super careful with my rims and paid a lot of attention to detail. They checked all the tread on all the tires and made sure they were placed accordingly and made sure to not mar my wheels when they installed them unlike Les Schwab when they balanced my wheels. They also asked what tire pressure I prefer my tires at and set them all perfectly. I would highly recommend getting your tires mounted and balanced here!

First time going here today and it s a great place. Supper helpful at a great price. Also met a few of the employees and their great people. Definitely recommend this place and will come back again. Don t be discouraged by the people saying they have a bad attitude. Their nice people

Went here to safe a few dollars, had to go else where to re-balance after they messed up, and payed nearly the same amount. I would not go here, if they can t do it right first time what are the chances they can fix it. Maybe someone s experience is different. Video shows the steering wheel shake at 60mph

If you want a good price and quality work, this is the place. They are also flexible and helped me out last minute before a long trip when other places wouldn't take me. These are simple, hard-working people that focus on getting the job done. They are pretty busy sometimes--but that seems to be everyone these days--so just call in before coming to make sure you know how long you need to wait or just drop off your car. Most importantly, though, they are reliable and get the job done and they won't try to upsell you either when it isn't necessary. They will just do honest work and get you the best deal for what you need.

I have an older vehicle and noticed one of the tires kept getting low. Had my tires checked and was told by the company I took it to could no longer repair the rim where the bead leak was. They had previously repaired it but said it was beyond repair and that their company policy prevents them from selling one wheel. Instead, the company I took it to gave me a quote of $830 to sell me 4 new rims. That was completely out of the question. Thanks to a friend of mine, Judd Lee's Tire was recommended and that they would replace one rim if needed. They got me right in and the good news was that they were able to repair the bead leak. So far, so good. Even if it only lasts another year, I am very happy. Thanks to Judd Lee and his crew for your great service!

Always a pleasure doing business with them. Its my second time coming here and had just as good of an experience as the last. Friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to help and answer your questions. Fast in and out service. They try to help anyway they can and give u best advice. Very honest, You can tell they honestly care. Thanks again

I came here to sell my snow tires, but the staff here suggested me not doing so for safety and money saving. They said I have great tires and selling them just wastes my money. They gave me great Information . I can see they really think from their customers side and they are doing a very honest business. I appreciate it so much! I m moving out from Spokane and I will miss all the honest and nice people I meet here! Thank you!

Only place I'll go in spokane for tires. I've been going here for about 9 yrs, I have multiple vehicles and drive A LOT for work. Their prices are unbeatable and they do a great job. I refer them to all of my friends and they are blown away by their prices.I've only been done right by them the 5 or 6 times I've been. Reminder this is a tire shop not a princess salon. They've always set proper expectations with me (regarding time, price, or possible problems that might arise) and more than fulfilled their end.The one time I had to stop at a les schwab for a flat out of town, les schwab busted the key socket for my locking lug nuts and pretty much just said sorry. Judd Lee's had to work hard to get the locking lugs off. They got it done and were a WAY cheaper than 3 other quotes I got.My mechanic buddy says there are 3 ways you can get service but you can only have 2 out of the 3. Those 3 ways: cheap, fast, and good. If you want it cheap & fast it might not be good. If you want it cheap & good it probably won't be fast... you get the idea.Typically I'll call in see if they have what I need in stock then drop it off first thing in the morning then I'll get a call midday or mid afternoon to go pick it up. Sometimes it takes them a little longer but the savings & quality of service make it more than worth it. They aren't the biggest shop and sometimes stuff happens especially when you are working on cars, gotta be understanding in this game of life.I seriously cannot emphasize enough how much I save by going through Judd Lee's.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING TO JUDD LEE'S..Ever.. Unless you really love horrible service, bad attitudes, extremely rude employees. Not just a little rude... I'm talking shouldn't be in business rude.Folks, do your self a favor. Go anywhere else but here. They don't deserve to be in business treating people the way they do. Might be cheap.. but they just not worth ruining your day over. And I no longer trust them.
