I have an old truck and I called and called and couldn't find anyone to work on it until I found Jakes Car Care.Recently I took my car in for an electric issue.The people are all really nice and I had recomeded Jake's to my Doctor and they did an AWESOME job on his new truck

Jake is THE most amazing mechanic. I feel like he and his wife Rachel truly care about their clients. His work is great, amazingly priced, and quick. This is the place you NEED in your life when you need someone you can trust. Thanks, Jake, for making me trust mechanics again. This is the only place I will ever take my vehicles.

I really appreciate Jake and his honest services. I was quoted a very steep bill at the dealership, took the detailed bill into Jake and he looked it over and told me what he thought was actually needed to be done. Returned the car in tip top shape!

It is becoming harder to find honest people these days. I moved here from other State for school and one of my worries was finding a good mechanic. My experiences with mechanics specially in a new area is not very great. I went to Jake s shop after being recommended by a friend to get my car ready for a long road trip. He was very honest, told me what I needed and did not need for the moment. Great customer service, very friendly guy. He was also punctual and finished what I needed done on time. Overall if you live in Spokane area and need an honest and great mechanic, I highly recommend Jake s car care.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Jake & the team are great. Called for a last minute oil change and they got us in. They gave us a few suggestions for future maintenance and showed us where those signs of wear and tear were. They are honest and thorough. We will be coming here from now on. Thanks Jake!

My car was broken down directly across the street from the shop entrance for their mechanics. I had a complete stranger offer to help me and seemed to know what was wrong with my car. Unfortunately that required us needing a floor jack which neither of us had. Which brings me to my intoduction to I presume Jake the owner of the shop. I asked if he had a jack we could use for a little bit and he obliged with only 15 mins left on their day. That is A1 business helping even if its not a customer. Jakes car care really does care. Thank you again!

I replaced the neutral safety switch on my vehicle in hope that it would fix the issue of it not starting. That wasn't the issue. Got it running with a new starter but I didn't have the neutral safety switch fully aligned so it wouldn't always crank in park, only in certain positions of park. Jake gave me half price of a quote of what another mechanic told me the issue might be. He ended up properly aligning it in less than 10 minutes and didn't charge me. I will definitely call Jake in the future for any mechanical issues over my head. He is honest, knowledgable, fast, has fair prices and a conveniently located shop.

I bought a car from TK Auto and it had severe cooling issues - Jake and his crew went through every inch of the cooling system and replaced the radiator, thermostat, fan assembly, and hoses, and backed everything with a 3yr/36Kmi warranty. Jake's Car Care is the BEST!!! I know I don't have to worry about getting the run-around or get overcharged because Jake runs an honest shop. His wife, Rachel is also very kind and helpful in the office. He and his crew always get the job done right the first time. We had our truck towed to Jake with a dead fuel pump.Jake called us with an estimate as well as another issue going on with the radiator as well.which would have caused major issues down the road.his estimate was totally reasonable! he had it fixed and ready to roll in 1 day!! Jake and Rachel are the best! if you want/need a great mechanic look no further! you wont be disappointed!! thanks Jake!!!

Jakes car careI am not one to write reviews but my experience at Jake s Car Care absolutely warrants one. The first thing I observed was that this family owned business had mechanics working for them that seemed genuinely happy to work there. Their expertise with car mechanics was obvious , the take pride in their work and serve the customer above and beyond your average mechanic shop.They were accurate in diagnosing my vehicle s aliment and their estimation on how long it would take to repair it. They are honest, fair, competent, and their prices are unbeatable! I would drive out of my way, or even tow my car to them, regardless the distance, before taking it anywhere else. Jake and his family were so personable that my 6 year old didn t want to leave the shop when it was time to go!

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Jake for over 6 years, he is the only one we let work on our cars and always does an amazing job, gives advice via phone, and is extremely affordable. We really enjoy going to him and he's the only one we will ever go to. Loyal customers for life right here!

I took my Toyota truck to the Toyota dealership for 60K maintenance. They failed to fix my windshield washers that weren't working and didn't mention it. When I tried to use the washers and they didn't work, I checked the paperwork and there was a note stating that the pump appeared to be leaking. I was determined that I wouldn't return to Toyota to let them address this. I was furious! I called Jake's and took the truck in the next day, with the promise that I would leave satisfied. After 20 minutes my keys were handed to me and no charge!!! It was a fuse!! In a world where everyone is out to make a buck regardless of your circumstances, this business is a huge breath of fresh air. If honestly and integrity are important to you, this is the place to bring your business!! No more services at Toyota for me!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Jake and his wife made us feel like family! I would 100% recommend going here for all of your vehicle needs. Jake even texted my father pictures of the bad parts in my car so that my father could see what was wrong! My car is running like a champ now and all of my stress is gone. He even looked up recalls for my car! They are very honest and the prices cant be beat anywhere else! Thank you both for all of your help!

A good, honest, no BS owner/mechanic, Jake and his team know their trade very well. All around good guys and skilled mechanics. We have taken our Chevy and Toyota to Jake several times and have never been disappointed. His labor prices are in line with many other shops, sometimes lower. He charges a fair price for parts (new or used - your choice where possible) and is just as happy to install your own parts. He finds ways to save money without sacrificing quality or service.I highly recommend Jake's Car Care next time you need maintenance or repair.

Jakes Car Care is hands down the best auto repair shop in the area if not the world. Jake is honest, reliable, dependable, and super knowledgeable. He loves his customers and always has a smile. He won t rip you off or lie to you as many shops will do. He s a great person with a great team and I assure you that you will leave happy and with a great running vehicle. You won t regret it.

Super professional, honest work. Quoted me $400 less than another shop on the opposite side of town and was able to do it within the week. Definitely will go back. I broke down on the side of the road. And my daughters bf suggested calling jakes. I ve never used jakes before . And he had us call the tow company that he uses . Which was very cheap. And I couldn t express enough how happy I was with his service on my car. This place was very reasonable and very good. They had me up and running in a few days. And they give excellent warranties. I would definitely use jakes for all my car needs . I wouldn t go anywhere else. And they did a great job explaining to me what they did in detail . So very happy . Jake took excellent care of my car. He is fair and his prices are reasonable. He has a family business and hes not out to scam people like many auto mechanics seem to do. I will only take my car for repairs to Jake's.

I can't recommend Jake's Car Care highly enough. Jake and his team are courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. When I went to them for an airbag problem, Jake walked me through each step of the repair process and offered some additional recommendations for the future. Definitely give them your business.

Went there last week when my engine light came on. They were easy to get a hold of and polite. When he talks to you he explains things to you without making you feel stupid. Got in extremely fast and had amazing service for a great price! Will be recommending them from now on.
