These people are awesome! They helped me out with my Sprinter van and there was an issue with the window frame (out of their control) which they were super diligent to correct. They didn t try to make excuses or pass the buck they just went above and beyond to get the problem solved and get me back on the road! Good people with morals and great work ethic!! Will definitely use them again!!!

Note this is a positive review please read: I had bought a vehicle from a dealership that promised to replace my windshield... They told me to come at a certain time which I did but their window person didn't show... After much debate they said they had used Jacobs before and told me to go there... I called first and explained my situation... The guy on the phone was super nice and told me I could come in now considering I was already in Spokane and I live in Idaho ... They were very fast .. they have a little area for kids! You could tell they were super busy but they were on it! They even got a door dash delivery during lunch and the guy mentioned to the front desk that he had made a lot of deliveries for them.... which means these workers are working hard for their customers barely stopping to eat lunch...if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Great customer service, nice people, quick, quality... Really a no brainer... If you're reading this review and wondering if you should give them your business you should! Thanks for the great service!

Someone decided my driver passenger window needed a smashing, went to Jacobs and I'm glad I did.Not overpriced, fast high quality work, professional and friendly staff. They even cleaned out all of the glass that was pretty much all over the front of the vehicle and then some, left my vehicle cleaner than how they received it. Highly recommend this local shop.

Hands down the best place in Spokane or surrounding areas to get your windshield replaced! Fast and efficient! Superior quality and attention to detail! I am a returning customer and will only go to Jacob's!!

Jacob's Auto Glass is the best shop I've ever worked with. They not only have substantially better prices than all the other shops I've called, but they are fast and efficient and do a great job.I just got the windshield replaced in my 1992 Toyota Pickup. They asked if I wanted to keep the chrome trim, or replace it with rubber. I wanted to keep the chrome. I went for a walk in the nearby Dishman Hills while they worked on it. I got a call about 15 minutes later and the guy on the other end said that they couldn't take out the trim, and that they would bend it if they tried. I was saddened by the news, but I was already a ways away and couldn't just go back and remove it myself. I said they should try, but if they bent it then they could just go with rubber trim and it wasn't the end of the world. I continued my hike. When I returned to the shop to pick the truck up, they told me that they were actually able to remove and reuse the chrome trim after cutting the old windshield out, and it was all done exactly how I wanted it. I was overjoyed. Quality work, quality guys who actually care about doing a good job.We have had the glass replaced in three vehicles, and they have done an excellent job with all of them.I highly recommend Jacob's Auto Glass.

Als auto glass is my go to but he was busy this week. He referred me to Jacob's.Same day service and they even help fix a leak near my window I've been fighting with for years.My parents FedEx business also uses them and they are fast and do good work.

The rubber molding on one of the side windows on my truck canopy was coming loose. I called a canopy company and had to make an appointment for them just to look at it. They said they couldn't fix it and told me they couldn't do it. They told me I needed to take it to an auto glass company. I then stopped at a near by auto glass company in the middle of the day but no one was there. I finally called them. They said they couldn't fix it without even looking at it. I called another and the same thing. He gave me the phone number of a guy. Late in the afternoon, I called Jacob's. They said to bring it by the next morning which I did. As I was getting out, one of their employees who had just parked a vehicle asked what I wanted. I told him and he said he would send someone out to give me an estimate. That person came right out. He gave me a quote of $125. I asked when they could do it and was told right then. I asked him how long excepting me to have to call my wife for a ride. He said it would be 45 minutes and they had a Waiting Room. I went into a very nice comfortable room and started reading a book. About 30 minutes later the receptionist came in and told me it was done. The bill was only $109, $100 for labor and $9 tax. Everyone at Jacob's was very polite and efficient. It took less time than messing around with any of the other companies, several who told me they couldn't fix it without even looking at it. Jacob's will be my go to company for any future needs.

They fit me in same day, and worked around my schedule. They did such a great job! If I ever need assistance with my glass I ll be coming back to Jacob s. They re amazing and super helpful!! I appreciate them a ton.

Very pleased with my experience here! I had to reschedule my appointment last minute and they were very flexible. They gave an hour timeframe to have the windshield replaced and finished it in 30 minutes! They also noticed I had taped the wires for my dashcam along the top of the windshield instead of putting them in the right way so they kindly installed the wires correctly. I highly recommend their services!

very nice people gave best price out of 5 other places i called got me in same day had nice waiting area with cable tv to watch as i waitedvery honest as i forgot some money in ash tray in plain site untouchedservice was top notch left no trace of my smash window and it was very smashed and dropping glass as i droveperfect install and im very picky i give 10 stars 5 just not enough !!!!

This place was absolutely amazing. I had a crack in my windshield on my 2000 gmc pickup they had me in and out within a reasonable time. I highly recommend this place for window repair or replacement and their price was good to wasn't to expensive and good quality.

Someone broke into my car and broke the glass on my rear window. Of course it rained and filled my car with glass and water. I called around and Jacobs was the most helpful and got me in the next. They finished my window quickly. I went to go clean out the back of my car and they had already done it. Great customer service. Thank you.

Working with a budget, I inquired around and found Jacob's Auto Glass to be the most reasonable. My emails were answered very promptly and my questions were answered. Very impressed with Jacob s Auto Glass, from initial phone call to completion of installation.I called on a Monday morning and wanted to know if they could order a windshield for a 2011 GMC Acadia and how long it would take to receive it.They had it in stock and could do installation today, WOW! Ok I actually need to schedule for Thursday 9 am, so we scheduled it.I showed up then, they were ready to go and installation was completed in an hour.WOW, a beautiful clear, clean windshield.Here is why I am so impressed. Two weeks earlier I had called a shop that is off Argonne and Sprague and spoke with whom I believe to be the owner and installer. The phone rang and it was answered, and he said he was on location doing an install, and he did take my info ( name number, vehicle info) said he could call me later , I agreed and we both hung up. Three days later he had not called or followed up with me, so I called him this time in the afternoon. Phone rang and he answered, and he was doing an installation again I give him my name, number and vehicle information and he says he will call me. This next day is Friday late afternoon ok maybe 4:45 pm, I call say the same name, number, vehicle information. He is sitting in his office on his computer because he actually goes to look to see if it is in town at the warehouse it is not so he will need to order it out of Boise. However it is Friday 5 pm so he says he need to order it on Monday. I asked if he is going to call me on Monday to let me know if it has been ordered and when we might expect it, we leave it at that and hang up.On Monday I call him again and say my name and the vehicle and ask about the windshield. He had not even ordered it, and wanted to get my vehicle info so he could get on it and order one up.I hung upThen called Jacob s Auto Glass

Came here one other time and totally forgot how great they are. Called at 9am today to see how far out they were to get my windshield replaced, they got me scheduled for 3 same day. Got me in 15 minutes early, were done in under an hour AND when I got in my dirty car, of which I had apologized for, they had vacuumed it for me without saying anything. The owner and staff are incredibly nice. Prices are the best I could find. Definitely recommend.

Jacob's does a Great Job AGAIN!! My mother had her back window smashed out and Jacob's had it all fixed the next day and for over $100 less than competitors! Thanks for your great job and prompt action!

Super fast & quality service! Was driving I-90 and a few rocks struck so hard that it cracked the front windshield in 2 places called Jacob s they got it done within 1 hour!

I've had to go here quite a few times for windshields for Ford Transit vans (work) and am always in and out within an hour. First time here for a rock chip, was in and out in 20 minutes! With excellent results! Highly recommend this place!! Oh and very friendly people too! What more could you ask for?!?

My car got broken into and my passenger window was smashed. Jacob's Auto Glass was able to do a same-day installation at a reasonable price and it only took 30 minutes! They vacuumed out my entire car to get rid of the glass that was everywhere. I would highly recommend Jacob's Auto Glass to anyone who wants to or needs to replace a window on their car.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We were nearly an hour late. And we had to call the insurance company to ensure one of the broken things would be covered. The staff were patient. We needed 2 windows replaced, but the vehicle had other damage too. We asked if the mirror would be fixed. They, understandably, infomed us that the mirrors are mechanical and are the responsibility of auto body collision repair. When we picked up our vehicle (it took less than 2 hours) and out of kindness, they glued on a temporary mirror, just so we could have safe visibility leaving their shop. I would recommend Jacob's to anyone.
