This used to be my go to battery distributor and I've purchased well over a dozen batteries over the years here. Many of them have been the less expensive econo series.Just had the first one fail and took it back 6 months and 20 days after purchase. Granted, they said it has a 6 month guarantee but this battery has been dead now for awhile and I just got to taking it in. Would not honor an exchange, work me a deal on a new one, or budge in any way. Said they'd sell me a new one for $60 or so, and I told them "why, so I can throw good money after bad." Really disappointed that a small shop, local business, wouldn't even try to work with me when the product they originally sold was obviously flawed. Went to Walmart and picked up a new, bigger capacity one for $15 more than they were selling me the used one for...

Best prices hands down in town before new batteries as well as refurbished so I couldn't afford new ones for my truck but at $55 a piece for tested/refurbished batteries for my diesel HELL YEAH All the peeps down there I've interacted with have been really cool, super helpful, very patient, and most importantly knowledgeable and what they were doing. Even their new battery prices beat everybody else's like a red-hea.... Oops, almost forgot PEEPS DON'T HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOR THESE DAYS & I therefore curbed my funny factor WAAAAAY BACK, so as to not offend. Have a truly great & blessed day, (as did I after getting 'em knowing I could ditch my 100' of electrical cord & my 200 amp starter back into my storage unit), AND BUY ALL YOUR BATTERIES AT INTERSTATE BATTERIES , Y'ALL THESE GUYS ROCK THE CAT'S PAW, CASH BOX, AND THE FRIGGIN' CASBAH, BABY!!!

Wonderful service! Fast, professional, they tested and replaced my 2 batteries that were JUST past warranty without cost, without my even asking. Highly recommended. Dan? was great.

I went in for a law tractor battery prepared to pay $50 and they talked me down to a $15 reman battery with the same warranty. The guys working the shop were super friendly. I hope the battery is as good as folks online seem to indicate.

I went in because my car was shipped here and it wouldn't start or jump properly and the delivery guy said it likely needed a new battery. The gentleman that I spoke to could've sold me a battery and sent me on my way, but because of the type of vehicle and how complicated it is, he explained that I should go to Europro Automotive, gave me their contact info and spoke highly of their work. He really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of even though I didn't purchase anything from them. Highly, highly recommend them for your battery needs.

Super helpful, go the extra distance to answer questions, diagnose, etc Battery prices can't be beat PLUS they sell Refurbished batteries, too, if you've a limited budget.I'd given 5 , but finding the place ain't easy. Even WITH virtual map assistance. Both of mine, in vehicle & Google maps, had me driving in literal circles, telling me to flip U-turns in the middle of a high traffic on/off ramp area next to I-90, etc. Took me almost an hour once I was IN there exact area it's located. Didn't find it till I gave up on both map apps & went Old Skool. If you're not familiar already with the Sullivan Rd industrial park, pack a lunch!! Actually, I HIGHLY SUGGEST giving the to any directions that have you turning east off Sullivan! Just keep going north til Trent, hang a right, then just drop in from above it on N. Flora!!! It's on that street & it's a direct shot. Coming in from Sullivan is the most convoluted waste of time/gas ever. Even Dora couldn't find that SOB, not even with Mappy riding shotgun!!! But they're awesome out there and now I KNOW, so I'll be back again whenever I need a battery in the future.

Very friendly and fast. Daughter needed battery for car. Cheap remanufactured prices. Walked out with a $60 bill and back up and running. Will definitely be back. Great experience.

Needed a new battery for my garden tractor, they had what I needed as I bought one seven years ago and never failed me. Replaced it as felt it was time. Great service and helpful.

I have run Interstate batteries for 2 decades and in the early years, they were wonderful. In the past 3 years, I have replaced 6 Interstate batteries that were less than two years old in my fleet of pickups and business vehicles. Something has changed very much for the worse. Do not recommend. I have switched to dealer provided batteries, AC Delco and Motorcraft with good success. Sad to see a cool company lose its way.

really disappointing two buy two deep cell batteries and after just 22 months, one battery goes bad. Then Interstate says "ya they should last longer then 22 months" offer no sort of discount on replacing the bad one. Have you heard of customer service even if was a small discount. Obviously will take my business and not recommend this place.

I bought a new battery for my mom here a year ago, my mom is 86 years old. She had problems starting her car over the weekend. I took the battery back to the nice guy at interstate battery on Flora road, he tested it and gave me a warranty replacement. The person who helped me out was professional and even carried the battery both ways because I need a cane to walk.Thank you for your prompt and professional help.Larry Kraft

Needed a battery insert for a Jet Ski for 4th of July weekend. Nobody had it. I called interstate and Tanner said "come on down, I can try to find you one". He looked for 15 minutes on a terribly hot morning and was able to dig up a pack of parts that fit the bill. He went above and beyond... Interstate has my business!!!

Great customer service, excellent warranties, and very helpful. My car battery drained while I was out of town, no problem, I come in and swap out for a different one thanks to the warranty.
