Worst mechanic shop I ve ever been to. I had some issues with my truck and it had to be fixed there. They literally destroyed my truck instead of fixing it. Broke my turbo, broke my grill, misplaced my head light, broke the part that holds it. I payed 8k just for my truck to break down midway of going back home. Worst mechanics ever they say they have the best Hino mechanics in the shop and insured me that the truck wouldn t break down. Worst communication ever. I wouldn t recommend fixing there or thinking of going there. 0/10

Had a check engine light with a DEF system issue that they were able to quickly diagnose, and recommended I take to a dealer due to the nature of repairs, and their current workload. I would highly recommend their services. I'm torn about this place, one day they can do a great job the next.... I get my truck back with the steering wheel and drivers door covered in wet oil. The mechanics are slobs and it's the luck of the draw if you get a good one or a pig, one of my trucks they replaced parts that were not broken (if there are leaks it's the first thing we replace), maybe find out what's leaking first before replacing parts that are not the problem. Truck came out with more problems then it went in with. I just spent $1500 getting my truck detailed inside and out, tanks and rims buffed, I get it back with greasy hand prints all over. Why did I bother, they say they will power wash it but it never happens, given them plenty of chances. Like i said it's hit and miss whether your truck gets fixed right or it comes out slobbered in oil and more problems than it went in with. Just can't seem to find one shop in this town that I can take my trucks too to do all of my work.

Wow what a great company. Took my truck, which was under a load, for a urgent repair. Not only did they diagnose the truck ASAP they completed the repairs within hours. Prices were more than fair. Highly recommend!!!

They're helpful, courteous and usually pretty quick to get work done. They are the ONLY Hino authorized mechanics in the region but work on a variety of big trucks.The only downside I've seen is a missed projected ETA to completing a job, causing some vehicle juggling in the fleet for an extra day. Considering that I've had them do at least 50 repairs in the last 4 years, that's not a bad average.

Thank you to Chris and the whole bunch for getting us home for Christmas. We broke down in Spokane and spent 7 days in the Freightliner. After a week we towed it out of Freightliner and to Calligans. A day and a half later we were headed home! Even though we live 2000 miles away they treated us like family. If you want honest, fair, quality repair do yourself a favor and start with this GREAT shop!

Just wanted to say I've been coming here four years and these guys always get me in as soon as they can to fix my trucks problem. No complaints and if I had a problem with the work that they did, they happily fix the problem.

Bill, Chris and the crew have always been there for me. They are fair and honest. I trust them with every truck in our fleet.

This guys even don't deserve 1 star they are cheaters and liars... i was there less than 1.5 hours they charged me 2.3 hours 1 mechanic working on it as i checked after that they told me they adjusted my brakes ( i.ve done that 1 mile before arriving to the shop) they finished the job and left the truck staying there to charge me more ( as i checked) just be aware people like this shouldn.t be in business
