I have little car knowledge and I visited a place beforehand to get my oil changed. They let me know that my brake fluid looked low and it was probably my brake pads. I brought all of my information into this place with my thoughts combined with the professional opinion I received. They were fantastic and incredibly patient with me. They replaced my rotor and my front brake pads for about 500 bucks, which I hear is a good price, and it took about 3-4 hours to get it back after dropping off. They sent me pictures and kept me updated the entire time. Highly recommend.

I had some suspension work done, including an alignment. When I rotated my tires, I noticed some very unusual wear. Took it back in and they re-aligned it and it drives much better now. Standing behind their work is good business!

Golden Rule was awesome to work with. My truck needed an entire brake rebuild, and they got it in and done within just a couple days. The staff were great with communication and very friendly, they also gave me an amazing deal on the work they did. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I was waiting for a response after leaving 2 messages to a local chain tire and brake shop to have brakes and rotors replaced. No call back so I drove to Golden Rule on Pines and a little more than an hour later the work was completed. No doubt where I'm going from now on.

I had some unusual grinding noises, I figured I was turning my rotors unintentionally so I called golden rule and explained my problem and dropped it off at 9 pm on Wednesday night and received a message stating what exactly is wrong and was able to accept the repairs through text message and I called to confirm they received my approved repairs and said they did. My truck was done within a few hours and picked up my truck on Thursday night. Paid over the security message and was seamless and easy. Definitely will recommend golden rule to anyone that asks where they should go for issues with brakes and sensors. Exactly what I needed and fast to get my truck up and running again

They just don t practice business like this place anymore. Everything was very straight forward, prices never changed or fluctuated even a little bit from what I was told and I never questioned the authenticity of what was being presented to me. I could see how their inspection report via text might be a little too much for an older person to deal with but besides that I can t really say anything more or better about these guys! Just use them!

Great experience. Brought the car in late afternoon on a Saturday with severely worn out brakes and they were still able to get the brakes replaced before the end of the day. Wasn t expecting that level of service and fast turn around but it was great to experience. Over the top service is hard to find nowadays. Found it Saturday at Golden Rule. Highly recommend them!

There is no other place to go in Spokane if you need brake work done. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, there is no one more honest, reliable, fair, and considerate in the automotive repair world. I am a Golden Rule Brake customer for life!

I wish I'd tried Golden Rule sooner! I had vibration and trouble after putting on snow tires. The tire vendor told me they found nothing wrong. I thought an alignment might help. The crew at Golden Rule determined my issue was not the alignment. They advised me and did not charge me for their diagnostic time. I followed their advice and it worked. They are honest professionals. They listened and cared plus they are friendly. I am grateful for them!

Great service and complete honesty every time. More than once I ve had a simple repair that they didn t even charge me for. It s our go-to for breaks and suspension. Not sure why anyone would go anywhere else.

A few months ago I had a oil change and was told in the inspection that my brake pads where getting low and needed replaced. Called a few places on just getting pads done & prices was steep at most. So, I called Golden Rule & the price was reasonable. Well my rotors where corroded up as well. The added cost of the rotors still came out better than other places price for just pads!! Service was timely and price was fair definitely recommend the Pines location if you need brake work!

I have been with the same shop since I moved to Spokane over 20 years ago, back when it was Alton's Tires. I used to feel like I could trust them and back then I could. But after a few questionable experiences, I finally decided to see if they were being honest with me. They were not. I've heard the Golden Rule Brake ads forever, so I brought my car in because my shop said it was time for new brakes. The Gentleman at the desk said, "you've got a lot of life left in those brakes, they're barely half worn. I'll see you back in 25-30,000 miles."You're damn straight you will!!! Thanks, GRB!

It's hard when you're a female, not to feel like you're getting scammed when it comes to auto repair. I happen to know vehicles more than most women, so I can truly tell if that's the case when I take my vehicle in. These guys not only called a couple times to discuss my situation, but sent pictures as well. Even tried to fix a sensor and thought that they were unable to, so they didn't charge me for it. But turns out that they actually did fix it! I had a lot of major factors wrong on my truck, but they fixed me up within a day. I'm so pleased with my experience!!

Kelly and Mark quoted me and were able to get me a prices hundreds of dollars under what other shops were quoting me. When I came in after making my appointment they ended up saving me another couple hundred dollars. Golden Rule is my favorite shop to go to for any repairs I m sad if they re unable to do work that s needed. Fantastic service on my 2009 Acura MDX. I felt a slight wobble when breaking and took it in to have it checked out. They determined it was one of my rotors and replaced all four at no charge as it was still under warranty from a previous brake job. Finished while I waited and I drove away a happy customer. That is why I take all of my vehicles to Golden Rule Brake!

Golden Rule never ceases to amaze with the ridiculous nonsense they tell their customers. The audacity they have considering they're name is based on honesty is truly epic.My mother in law brought her van in needing rear shoes and probably drums turned or maybe replaced worst case scenario. They told her that her masters cylinder is bad and it's boiling the brake fluid. She doesn't drive a GT 40 dudes. It's a Caravan. With absolutely nothing wrong except rear brakes.Why not just fix the actual problem and overcharge her a little? Instead they go straight to the little old lady they think will throw her Amex on the counter and say to just replace everything while you're at it. Predatory.Every person who mentions Golden Rule says the shelled out a grand or two. For pads and rotors. A thousand dollars or more.Quit lying Golden Rule.

I am thoroughly pleased with Golden rule brake. They diagnosed my problem with my Jeep Cherokee, had a fair price and repaired it with no hitches:)
