I would give ZERO stars if I could! Took more than 10 weeks to get the windows because the tech didn't measure right, we tried telling them that, but they have so much experience, they won't listen to anything you have to say. The job that was done was rushed, botched and completely unprofessional. When trying to address the issue, they just kept telling us how experienced they were and experience listen to us speak. Interrupted and talked over us. They can't even see with their "experienced" eyes, that this job is horrible. Looks awful, not sealed properly, one window is not even level, caulking Looks like a child did it. We could have done this job ourselves for a fraction of the price! It would've cost us $300 and they charged $2000 for 4 custom basement windows that don't even fit properly. They are terrible to work with and won't listen to you if you're a woman, they ignore you completely.

The overall experience was bad. Windows were measured wrong the first time, then delayed the second time when we were told it would be rushed. During the install, 3 of the 4 basement windows were mounted unlevel which I had to point this out to the contractor with my own level. One of the windows is still not level, the bubble is over the line after asking the contractor twice to fix it. The caulking job is terrible. I am cutting out all that bad caulk job and redoing it myself. That's how bad it looks to me. They took 3 hours when I was quoted for 6 hours. The contractors had to return a second time because they didn't seal all the way around all of the windows. Again, had to call them out on this. No discount for the time they over quoted plus the job was rushed and we are not impressed with the work. Use anyone else.Service: Window installation

They are amazing and understanding. They showed up while I was at work and they still installed the front bay window and they texted when they showed up, sent me a receipt when they got done and also allowed me to pay over the phone when I got off work hours later. They are a little spendy but worth it.

I submitted a quote for home shower door repair. Followed up several days later and they said they only do auto glass despite local reviews/photos and their website saying they take care of all glass needs.

My front passenger window was shattered during the night. Called my insurance and they were able to come get my car right away and brought it back fixed within a couple of hours. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

We just recently had a large window with two sliders replaced by the Glass Doctor. Dealing with Ash was fantastic. Very nice man who has a great attitude and was humorous. He made us feel like we were his most important customer. Ash immediately sent out Bill to make measurements and within a week, we had the windows installed . Ash kept us informed throughout the whole process. Bill was fantastic with both the measurement and the install. This guy knows what he is doing! Very professional and efficient.The measurement took about 15-20 minutes and the install took only to about 30 -45 min or so. His partner, Cody, was also very good . It was a pleasure having both of them in our home.I highly recommend these fellows and if I could give 6 stars I would.Lou Law

Our car was broken into and a passenger window shattered in the middle of winter. With a couple minutes of our insurance calling them had an opening if we got there within 30 minutes and even ran to pick up the correct window while we were on our way. Fast. Friendly. Good work. Highly recommend for any window needs.

They were prompt professional courteous did wonderful repairs on my picture windows on was shot out by a b.b other needed seal and glass replacement having glass doctor out to do one other seal and glass replace

UNPROFESSIONAL. DID NOT DO WHAT I ASKED AND WOULD NOT REFUND. TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY.Christina from Glass Doctor is downright terrible. When I scheduled my approintment, she was yelling at her employee about leaving a truck unlocked while on the phone with me, which should have been clue #1 not to hire them, but I did anyway. Later, her technician LIED to me about the service he performed for my elderly mother. I had given them detailed instructions of what I needed done, which the technician IGNORED. All he did instead was measure a few windows and leave, yet he told me he inspected ALL the windows and hardware, which again, was a LIE! When I called back to ask for a refund, there were children yelling in the background. Christina refused the refund, despite my calm explanation of why I thought it was merited in this case. She got an attitude with me and eventually hung up the phone without giving me the results of the estimate I paid for. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and she has not responded to them. SHADY SHADY SHADY!

So shocker i have a broken window. I think the majority of us looking up this business can say the same. I read the reviews looked at the website and saw the word upfront pricing. I can respect that. So i called and was immediately put on hold for a few minutes, but that didn't bother me. Your busy i get that so am I. So i patiently waited on hold and the female, i am assuming receptionist, resumes the call. The call goes like normal i explain to her my problem she goes i can have someone come out next week take a look and give you an estimate to repair. I thought great that was easy. Then she says "I will need you to put a $75 dollar deposit down to confirm the appointment." Ok i get that so i ask "What if i chose to go with another company will i get my deposit back?" Her response was "yes but if you chose to stay with us that $75 dollars will go towards the cost of the repair. The deposit is just to secure the appointment." Ok so i am thinking win win either way. I go with a different company and get my money back or the money goes to a repair. Things are never that simple though. So they come out are here for like 5 mins to get the "dimensions" of the window and i get a call, im working so they leave me a voicemail. The overall cost of the repair is $281 and some change but with your deposit you only have to pay $206 and some change. I'm in my head I'm thinking ok that is more money that i can afford right now let me call them back get my money back and i can save to that maybe next paycheck i can afford to get it done no hard no foul. I call them requesting my deposit back and am told "sorry that is non refundable. That is a service charge for having out people come out to give you that estimate." Now i could have been a Karen given attitude and demanded to speak with a manager if not for the miscommunication but for the way the receptionist spoke to me on the phone. She spoke to me like i was stupid and she was just completely done with her day and exhausted from her job. Again i have worked in a call center believe me i get it. The reason for my one star is because if i was told BEFORE i paid the deposit that it was non refundable and would not be given back to me and it is a service fee. That would have been totally fine its the fact that when i was trying to figure out why. I was talked down to and not given the same respect that i gave their employee. If it was nicely explain before or even after and broken down for me i wouldn't be leaving this review. I legit have only left reviews for places were i don't feel like i was shown the same respect that i gave.P.S. Sorry for the long review and if you made it this far Congratulations!!!

These guys did an immaculate job replacing a window on my Range Rover! I m so thankful for them helping me at the last minute, they were so kind and professional and took great care of my vehicle. 10/10 very happy with their work and professionalism

I made an appointment for 9:00 on a Tuesday to have a 1" chip in my windshield repaired. I showed up at the shop, and they weren't expecting me, and had no one in the office who could do my job. The receptionist looked at my windshield and said the crack was too big and offered a replacement windshield quote. I have had 4" cracks repaired before, so I know it can be done, so I declined the quote & told her I just wanted the crack repaired. She gave me the side-eye, took the phone, and went into the garage (where I could still hear her) and called her boss, then came back and said "yeah, too big... you need a new windshield." So I left and went elsewhere. I found someone (feel free to email me if you want to know who) who said cracks up to 6" can easily be repaired. He repaired it for me the following day, because the crack was wet. (Which was fair, because Tuesday it was pouring rain... a problem Glass Doctor didn't even MENTION.) Unless you know you need a completely new windshield, avoid these guys for rock chip repairs.

Very impressed with this company. We had a small, residential window that had cracked and needed to be replaced. I called them, spoke with two very professional and nice people. They offered to come out the next day for a free estimate and were able to fix it on the spot in less than 30 minutes AND at about $60 less than another company had quoted us. I would absolutely choose this company again.

Amazing service! Great prices! I was In a real tough spot being out of town and getting quotes from other companies for 2-3 days out for repair! I called The Glass Doctor of Spokane And they got me In and out with in 3hrs for an entire back car window replacement. These people are good people!! Highly recommend!

This business is very responsive and did a good job at replacing a piece of glass in our bay window in our home. The tech was very prompt and we received a quick response on what it would cost to repair. I would definitely recommend Glass Doctor to anyone seeking a business for window repair. Ash and his team are extremely professional, they quickly secured a large window for us that was randomly smashed in. Price was very fair and competitive, his receptionist (Kristin, I believe) was very friendly on the phone. The professionals at The Glass Doctor looked my cracked windshield over and determined it would have to be replaced, they got my insurance on the line. Due to my deductible it was cheaper for me to pay for the replacement. They were able to schedule me for the next day. They were quick and did a beautiful job! I had even brought a book along to read which I didn't even start! Nice and friendly staff.

I have never needed window repair, they charged me 75$ to come one street over and give me a quote, it seemed an insane amount so I started calling around. This was the only company to charge me for a quote. That next morning I had a company come and quote me FOR FREE, hundreds of dollars cheaper. I also called another with my window measurements that quoted me hundreds cheaper.

They inspected the broken window, gave me a price for the replacement,set up a time. They told me how long it would take if I waited and they were right on the money. No hidden costs. Yes I would highly recommend the Glass Doctor. A couple of years ago I needed assistance with some doors at KXLY Broadcasting and the bailed me out of that situation also.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I called this business to install a glass shower enclosure for my master bathroom. They came out to take measurements for a quote and the installers said they would need to come back for the last measurement and would give me a call to set up a time. Never received any call. Question is why wouldn't you take all the measurements at once, instead of making me leave work early for a second time. Very unprofessional. I will need use them for a sub again

Glass Doctor of Spokane provided me with an amazing service and experience in an otherwise very unfortunate situation. My driver's side front window was smashed with a brick but Ashor and his team was able to quickly replace the window at a very reasonable price. The brick caused some damage to the door's latching mechanism and they went out of their way to investigate the issue. While this issue was much more complicated than previously thought, Ashor and his team personally called local German auto repair shops so that they could find me the best possible help at the lowest price.Based upon the quality of work, excellent customer service, and personal interest provided by Glass Doctor, I do not hesitate to give them 5/5 stars. Although I do not wish to replace a window ever again, I would definitely choose this place over any other service shop in Spokane.Service: Window repair

Such a great experience! They got me in quick and after I told them the wrong year of my car , they ordered a new part right away and got me in and out in a reasonable time! Highly recommended! The manager is great very good service!

Honestly I was skeptical of this place because I was quoted a cheaper price somewhere else . However , after researching around , this ended up bring the better deal because its the same glass as your cars manufacture. They run your vin to match your parts of your car . They were super nice and understanding and even helped me with the pricing. Honestly this was a good experience considering the circumstances.

I am a commercial driver and was on my way to Vancouver BC when I experienced a rock chip in my windshield. Since it costs much more to replace a windshield in Canada we always try to do so in the US. Glass doctor was able to get me in on very short notice and on top of that the manager and serviceman stayed significantly after they were supposed to have closed to finish the job and get me on the way. There were unforseen problems due to the way the vehicle was manufacturered that caused them lots of extra hassle but they thoroughly explained everything to me and completed the task at no additional charge. Exceptional customer service from start to finish and everyone there made an already stressful situation as good as it could possibly be. Highly recommend!
