I've had them build a short block and go through a set of heads. Very knowledgeable when it comes to engine building! Personalized service that makes sure you get what you want. Highly recommend!

I personally wouldn't go anywhere else. Andrew's knowledge and respectful demeanor have been vital in my business dealings.He teaches instead of ridicules. THAT ALONE SPEAKS VOLUMES!keep up the great work guys! I'll be back again

Called them a few months ago to get my FE390 rebuilt and they put me on the list to get me in as time allowed. They just called to let me know they were ready to move forward on my build if I was ready. After some discussion, I've decided to go a different direction on my power plant. They gave me some good honest information to help me in my decision and I am very appreciative for them calling me back. I don't have any experience with their work, but their initial communication and consulting has been great and very helpful.

Gibson Performance did an absolutely awesome job on the Pontiac 389 for my friend's 1965 Bonneville. I had done research on local machine shops since we were dealing with a vintage Pontiac and not a common Chevy motor, which led me to Gibson. He had experience with the Pontiac weirdness, and we learned about some other issues along the way (1964 transition year differences; using previously rebuilt heads from another engine rather than the originals was not really an advantage-probably should have used post-1965 heads and water pump anyway; reducing water pump divider plate clearance with the impeller blades to prevent overheating, going local with Transtar for a torque converter rather than online and finally - when in doubt, DON'T use an automatic transmission unless you are SURE it is good). The motor is running great and looks amazing! Andrew was so patient, understanding and takes great pride in his work. Once the Bonneville is back on the road, I will be bringing my next engine (Mopar 383) to Gibson Performance Engines. Highly recommended, A+, five stars, thumbs up and all that.

Professional people, professional work. They have done all my machine work on 5 Chevy high performance big blocks without any issues. Best machine shop I have found in the past 40 years.

If you need high quality machine work, I would highly recommend Andrew and his crew! They did a great job on building my bottom end for a nothing special low horsepower application. When I was living in western Washington I needed a short-block built for my race truck reaching out to a friend he recommended Andrew. I reached out to him and told him what I was doing and we worked together on a combo soon after I loaded all my parts and pieces and drove across the state to start the process... all I can say is it was the easiest and most transparent engine building process I have ever had. He answered questions honestly and was easy to work with and his workmanship and attention to detail is amazing highly recommend!Service: Motor building

Andrew and the Gibson Team we awesome! I have a 2009 Mini Cooper that they honed the bottom end, rebuilt the head, checked all the spec's and clearances for a complete rebuild. The work was top notch, communication was great. I would highly recommend their services.Update: Finally got the engine completed. The engine runs like a top! Thanks Andrew and the great folks at Gibson Performance.

Awesome guys got me in and out in just a few days. I was struck with a time limit with my engine and they got me in and out with in a few days will definitely be sending and doing business with them again soon.

Great prices...half of what my local shop quoted. Gibson said my engine balance will be done in a week, local shop said 6-8 weeks.
