Have been using Gene s Alignment for years! Very professional, knowledgeable and awesome service! Your truck runs straight down the road after visiting their shop! They also give you a heads up on upcoming maintenance problems such as Kingpin wear, bushings going to need replacement, tire problems! So much more than just an axle adjustment! The only alignment shop you ll ever need or want to have do service for your truck, trailer or RV. Thanks Gene and Darien for an awesome job!!

Really nice guys but paid em 300 plus dollars to align my truck and it still pulls to the right. They said they'd fix it but haven't been back to Spokane so I had to pay someone again. I should've gone right back but I didn't have time. Check their work.

Waste of time and money. I was not as lucky as the previous customers who gave 5 stars. 2022 KW T680 was pulling a little bit but the drive tires were wearing flat and the trailer seemed to be tracking straight. After the alignment I told them that the truck was crab walking, they blamed the trailer. I went 300 miles out of route to have them align it. I was then having to herd it down the road and every tire on the truck and trailer were now showing heavy wear. I was told to stop by and they d take a look. He called it totally normal wear and wouldn t even put it back on the alignment machine. Too much arrogance to admit he might be wrong. I since have had both truck and trailer aligned and both were out significantly. Tire wear is now back to normal. What an expensive escapade. We re all human and capable of mistakes, but the arrogance covering up any chance of admitting fault is a sure thing that I will never return.

I had a weird tire wear issue going on and my steering wheel was crooked. In about 20 minutes, they fixed the steering wheel and figured out the 3 mistakes with the tires I was making to that was causing the issue. VERY impressive expertise.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

If you have a truck or any light weight to heavy vehicle, this is your guy! He will get it fixed or let you know who can for issues outside of his scope! Great individual always friendly. Gets the work done very timely!

Upon arriving at Gene s alignments I was greeted by two men that are the proud owners of the business. Their work ethic is to be admired. Not only was I impressed by the efficiency of their work but the job well done. After having my alignment done by them my Volvo has never ridden so smooth. I will strongly recommend them to anybody that has an 18 wheel semi truck and that is in need of an alignment

We were able to get in the next day after we called. We were in at 0800 and done at 0830. RV was aligned with no issues. Appreciate their efficient and reasonably priced service.
