Service here is always great. Sometimes like most shops they get busy, but the service to me seems honest and fair; the product is excellent quality.I bought tires from random shops in Spokane and I was very upset then I would only get 50% ware and spending $2200 on tires that are supposed to go 50,000 miles. This price would include insurance, tires and labor for a 1-ton.Since buying Firestone brand tires. The ware and traction I get with Firestone brand tires just blows my mind. All 4 tires are perfectly worn after 10,000 miles of driving, still like brand new.Service techs are really kind, quick, honest and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for?!! There no high pressure sales or anything shady. Just good business. I actually drive from the north side of Spokane to the valley because the service in my opinion is worth the several additional hours to go out of my way.

Fast service when I need to get alignment and parking brake adjustment done. I am very impressed that they have a system that let me know about fuel injection cleaning due. They checked my battery, which is 4 years old, and see it need to be replaced. I am grateful for their hard work and honesty. The front desk is very great. I would recommend this specific shop.

I used Firestone a few years ago. I always felt weird in the store...it was dirty and unkempt and the front desk people didn't make me feel like they knew what they were doing. I was actually told i couldn't bring my classic truck in as it was too old! Yet ...I was asked to please bring my truck in and then they said no. I have been going to different places since then. My car needed an alignment so I thought...I will try again. Oh my goodness! What a difference! The store was clean! You could actually look out the windows! I listened to the front desk people as I waited my turn. My trust was renewed! They really made me feel like they knew what they were doing! I even bought the lifetime alignment deal. I will be back. I feel comfortable there. Thank you for turning this Firestone around! And I trust them now to bring my classic in for an alignment.

These guys saved us from a bad time with a mishap at a dealership when we were purchasing a new car. The dealership replaced two tires with the wrong size on an AWD vehicle. We needed to make a long drive back home and with nearly all of the day gone, I started calling around to try and find these tires. I spoke with Cody on the phone to see if he could source two tires to match the new tires the dealer had put on. He was extremely patient and attentive to the situation and only had two tires that fit the bill and matched the others. We showed up on a Sunday with barely an hour left until they closed and they got us right in and took care of us quickly and efficiently so that we could get on the road and safely home. We appreciate both Cody and Ed at this location. Highly recommend these guys!

Ed was great at Firestone. We talked tires after my oil change. Was honest and kind and appreciated there quick service. In and out for an oil change in 40 min to make it on time to work!

Had a 10:00 am alignment appointment, I arrived at 9:50, vehicle didn t go back until 11:28. Manager offered a free oil change, I explained I live an hour away and don t trust them to do a proper oil change, let alone remember to grease the drive shaft or any other fine details. The employees move slow, and are pushy with their Firestone Credit card practices Don t waste your time or money here. Finally had my vehicle back at 12:30. 2.5 hours after original appointment time

My son needed an alignment to his truck after it slid off the road. Reschedule the appointment and had to wait a couple of days. He takes the truck today and why did briefly and now the truck drives better than it ever has before. He couldn't be happier... And the techniciansuggested the lifetime warranty on the alignment rather than just to pay for a one time alignment which I think will save money in the long run.

I went there on Sunday as I have the lifetime alignments with Firestone. I had scheduled an appointment for 11. I dropped my Jeep off and I got a call about an hour later saying my Jeep was ready and to come pick it up. When I got there they said o we did the best we could but the alignment is still off. They give me a piece of paper showing that my Jeep is still in the red just a little bit. So I went ahead drove my jeep around and quickly realized that I couldn t turn left as I nearly caused an accident at Walmart and almost ran into a curb. So I called Firestone back and told them what happened and was told to bring my car back down there 30 minutes later I receive a call saying that my pitman arm is the issue as it s broken and needs to be replaced and it s $300 to have them fix it. I told them that I would be back down there in a few minutes and I wanted to see my car on a lift so they could show me the pitman arm that was broken . When I got down there I was told that the tech noticed my car wasn t turning left anymore but failed to tell anyone before giving the keys back to me. Also the part they were claiming was broken is solid steel it wasn t broken they thought it was broken because it was bent but it comes that way from factory. So they rebooted the machine to alignments and put my car back on the machine and we watched my front axle move over. It was their fault this whole freaking time. The tech who messed up the alignment also moved my steering stabilizer so that also causing issues. This was only my second time using Firestone alignments after this I highly doubt I will ever be back. I spent $300 for lifetime alignments just to get burnt on the second time using it as they almost destroyed my steering stabilizer.

I will not be back. I made an appointment to get my tires replaced here. They asked if I could be in at noon, to which I replied I would not be able to make it until after 12:30 due to my son having an early release. They assured me it was fine. I arrived early for my appointment (wife planned on picking up the kiddo) when the wife calls and says that she's having car trouble. I went up to the counter to explain who I was and the situation and that I had to cancel to go pick up my son. While I do understand it's an annoyance to cancel last minute, the situation was unavoidable. The manager behind the counter proceeds to get angry at me, and attempts to make me feel bad stating that there has been a technician waiting for 20 minutes for my arrival, (again I explicitly stated what time I would be there, and that the situation was unavoidable) and now he has an extra guy with no work. I apologized again and explained that this was sudden and I could not just NOT pick up my 10 year old from school. The manager proceeds to show his annoyance, and then ignore me, clearly showing his anger. If the manager would have shown compassion for the situation, I would have kept my appointment. For this reason (and upon clearer inspection of the reviews of this establishment) I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They way better & nicer than Downtown Firestone!Cody at the front was very kind and respectful, answered any questions that I had, good attitude.They figured out an issue with my tires that Downtown accidentally messed up on, as well as they went above and beyond and got rid of corrosion on my wheel/tire!I shoulda never went anywhere else in the first place

Manager of this location and his techs do not fundamentally understand how a parallelogram (pitman and idler) steering system works. I brought in my 2008 Silverado 2500 which was at stock ride height with upgraded steering components. This included the cognito PISK kit which stiffens the ball joints on the pitman and idler arm. The manager claimed he was familiar with this system yet didn t understand how it worked at all and proceeded to tell me my steering was going to fall apart because of loose nuts . These nuts had thread the entire length inside the hiem joint but it was not visible so the manager could not comprehend this. He told me it was IMPOSSIBLE to align it for this reason. Keep in mind I had just lowered this truck 4.5 inches and the front end was incredibly out of alignment. To say the alignment was impossible was so frustrating when it was beyond apparent the toe, caster, and camber could EASILY be set. I begged them to try their best to get it closer because I came from 2 hours away (I own a lifetime alignment so they get paid for the alignment regardless) but they refused and told me it s to dangerous. How is it dangerous when every component connecting the two front tires is tight and new?? He claimed its a liability and way too dangerous to align this truck because of the "lose nuts", even though he had acknowledged that they were tight and he admitted to not understanding this steering system. Regardless because of his hurt ego he stuck to his guns saying he wont touch the truck. These people are just incompetent. Go to the downtown Firestone they are much better.This terrible experience happened about 7 months ago. Since then I have gotten an alignment at Yakima Firestone and downtown Spokane Firestone. Both have aligned it with ZERO COMPLAINTS.

Scheduled an appointment for 1:30 and they weren't able to get me in until 4:00 (it happens) but the customer service was great! They even offered to go pick up my grandma from down the street in their personal vehicle when I came back and found out it was going to take longer to get the right tires on, so she wasn't left alone at the store.

They were very helpful with answering all my questions. They talked about different options that could be added on (roadside hazard and lifetime alignment), but I never felt pressured to purchase. They just said to think about it while they install the tires and let them know at checkout.

Heros!!!! I got two flat tires out of the blue on a Sunday. Everyone was closed but these guys and they only had 15 minutes to spare. Ed Thomason told me to come in anyways and got all 4 replaced in less than an hour! Life savers!

I loved the customer service Cody gave me I myself made the mistake and scheduled it on the wrong day ..he understood and still was able to get me in even with the busy schedule they had at the shop..this is ther reasonp I keep coming to your establishment from the midwest to the west coast youre team was awesome and Cody was great..

> Call Firestone, tell them specifically my wheel bearings are going out.> Drop the car off at noon on Wednesday, they are behind and don't even look at in until 9am the next day.> They do diagnostics> "nope, no wheel bearing noise. Your tires need to be replaced, thats what your hearing"> ok, spend $1000 on new tires> pick the car up, still making wheel bearing noises> take car to different mechanic> "yep, you have bad wheel bearings in 3 wheels"> he has it fixed 3 hours later

I am beyond frustrated. I dropped my car off at 12 and all I needed was my tires rebalanced and rotated. They were not finished by 5 pm and they neglected to tell me they were closing early. I showed up before 6pm when it says they are supposed to close and no one was there. They should have told me that they were planning on keeping my car overnight and if that was okay because they kept my car keys in which my apartment keys were on them. I was locked out of my apartment and forced to stay at a friends house. They also told me that they broke a a stud on one of my tires and was going to be charging me $150 for something that they broke and the mechanic hung up on me mid conversation when I was trying to ask questions. This is horrible service and horrible communication.
