Very well trained and know their business. One thing to note is they like many other service business are also trained very well in sales. My experience has been good but they do upsell when indicating quite the opposite. I will continue to employ their services but measure twice before I cut a check or once.

Every time I've taken either my A4, Passat, or S5 here, I have had a great experience even when the vehicle issues were unfavorable. Ryan and Patrick are champions, they're both clear and patient communicators. The quality of service and repair has consistently been adequate or above, more often above. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I have taken my cars to other places for service and repair and both times I regretted it.

My son is in the army, he drove his car from Colorado to WA to leave at his fianc�s house. She was stationed there in the Air Force. She was set to leave on 12/24 to move to her new duty station. While he was back in CO his car broke down while his fianc� was driving it a week or so after Thanksgiving. He was set to return to WA on 12/24 to begin the 27 hour drive to their new duty station. I live in PA and did not know what to do. I found this shop by referral. Ryan and his team were amazing. I had the car towed to the shop, he was originally only able to look at it and tell me what was wrong with the car. By the grace of God they made it work to where they could not only look over the car but repair it so he could drive it across country. When I originally called they were booked past Christmas. We needed the car in a week. Again, Ryan and his team were amazing. They repaired the car in less than a week and had it ready to roll out before the time we needed. I can t thank them enough. As Ryan said, he was going to pull off a Christmas miracle. He certainly did and I can t thank him and his team enough. They went above and beyond for this army mama and her son. They were so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you so much!!!

Ryan, Brandon & Jesse & Patrick were all amazing to work with! They were quick to respond and very informative with answering all my questions! Best service by far! Patrick was amazing to work with! I was kept up to date on all steps from the vehicle being delivered to the repairs being completed. The estimates and photos I received along the way were perfect. I will definitely be back for additional services in the future.

So far, so good. Most couldn't get my car in until after the holidays. They got my car in the next day. Haven't heard what's wrong yet which is understandable.

Very honest and thorough shop. They re the first place I call when my Audi is having issues. Ryan is great to work with as well. And, they have a military discount. Highly recommend.

They wanted money up front for an appointment. Then once at the appointment they said they had to inspect the veh. first and charge me an additional half hour labor ($75) then had to reschedule me for another appointment and money to hold that appointment. I drove 50 miles twice just to start over again and need another appointment. They also said they found other problems they offered to fix on my veh. not any part of of the alignment. This place reminds me of places I've seen in the past that think they can take advantage of you because you have a nice veh. and can afford it. I've have much better service and prices from past BMW dealer's and they are up front with you. P.S. How does an oil pan minor leaking seal affect the alignment?Service: Wheel alignment

Outstanding service, helpful and on point. Took my 2001 VW Golf Diesel in for coolant related leak and they gave me great service! Nice clean facility. Skilled and knowledgeable staff and Techs! Definitely coming back in the future!

I brought my Mercedes in because my passenger window wasn t working properly. Paid $400 to get a diagnosis and they said that needed more extensive computer work that may not still fix the car window. I was quoted like 1100 bucks for that extensive additional work. I went somewhere else for a second opinion. All I needed was a window motor. My car works fine now that diagnosed and repaired for the cost of the diagnostic there. Paid them almost $500 all together and nothing was done and what they did do (the diagnostic )wasn t correct. Not very happy about that.I also asked for a front end alignment. But do to a crack in my boot it also wasn t done and was still charged an $75 inspection fee. $500 , and nothing done to my car.Service: General repairs

Took my son s car here for an oil leak and was quoted approx $1600 for repair after paying $168 diagnosis - stated the engine was leaking in multiple places. Finding that hard to believe and worried because my son is a full-time college student and pays his own rent, this was a lot of money for him to pay. We took the car to a second shop in the Valley where they stated his oil pan was bent and assured us there were no further leaks found after cleaning the engine and performing a dye test - FOR FREE - we were going to be charged for these services at EuroPro. We ended up only paying $478 at the other shop and to our delight, no more oil in the driveway. I don t know why we were quoted so much for this repair; maybe EuroPro is accustomed to dealing with only wealthy customers that will pay anything to have their BMW s, Mercedes, etc., repaired and not shop around. I gave 3 stars because the team was friendly and seemingly empathetic to my son s financial situation; which I appreciated, but WAY too expensive to give them our business.

Took my 2007 Audi in because my gear lights were flashing and my check engine light was on. Supposedly they fixed this problem earlier this spring for about $800. Today they ran it through diagnostic test, reset check engine light and everything checked out. Charged me $175.55 for an hours worth of nothing. 4 days later gear lights flashing and check engine light back on. Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend!!!

Only place I'll take my Mercedes! Always very knowledgeable, kind and thorough with my vehicle. Had some AC issues and they got me in promptly in this intense summer heat we're having. Thanks so much Patrick and technicians!

Original: This isn t a terrible place to get work done. However, it s going to be very expensive for any of their services. I think it is important to know something like that, as there are cheaper, reliable options throughout Spokane. I had to have my water pump replaced and it cost a lot of money because they charge quite a bit per hour for their maintenance, fine. When it was all done, I came and picked it up, and driving it home there was an issue with it where it stopped running and I needed to bring it back because there was something wrong. They said they would take a look at it for free but said they didn t find anything wrong with the water pump, and said they would need an additional $155 for a deeper inspection. I understand this is their base fee, but it doesn t seem right that when you get an expensive repair done, and there are still issues, they want to charge you more money while booking you out another week. Instead of paying that fee I went to Clark s auto who looked at it for free and could get me in the same day while finding that the new issue was due to the new water pump. I m not saying they are bad mechanics, I m not necessarily saying they did anything wrong, but just know there are other options that will treat you better.Edit due to Vice Presidents reply: First, I find it odd that because of a review criticizing this business, the Vice President of the company calls me, texts me, leaves voicemails, and solicits information from other businesses about me. That being said, I understand I made the choice to get my car fixed at your business. You are correct that is my choice, but I am allowed to tell future customers that the services you provide, are very expensive. Now moving on to my car. I was never told about all of the error codes that were found after I brought it back due to my car dying after pickup from the repair. Perhaps this is a communication issue that you are not understanding, as I never spoke to you, but rather, I spoke to Ryan at the front desk. Ryan informed me that you found no issues with the water pump, but to further diagnose it and get any more information, I would have to pay another diagnostic fee of $155. I think it is reasonable that after a repair is done, and there are more issues, someone who is not a mechanic, and who was not communicated with properly, can come to the conclusion that perhaps the work done, caused another issue to the vehicle. Due to this second diagnostic fee, the first being when I brought the car in which was $168.80, I chose to use Clark's Automotive as they would diagnose it for free and could get me in quicker than your services. It is weird that you quote me in your reply, but what I explained to Clark's, was that just had the water pump replaced, after picking it up from a repair at Europro, it stopped accelerating on the highway, while showing error lights on the dashboard. Their findings were that there was no issue, and it was explained to me that the cause was (I am not a mechanic), due to the water pump and it was a one-time thing that won't happen again. This was my experience, from my perspective. I do not think it is appropriate to discredit my experience because you do not agree with it. Slander is when you make false purposefully damaging statements about someone or something else. While you may perceive this as damaging, my experience was not a lie, nor was it false. Perhaps if communication was between your business and your customers was improved, things like this wouldn't happen. Have a nice day Brandon :)

Europro has been a blessing. After a different shop cracked my engine cover and wouldn't make it right, I decided to try Europro in Spokane Valley even though I live in Idaho. And I am so very glad I did. I've been taking my Mercedes AMG to them for over a year and I feel like it's in better condition than when I bought it almost 3 years ago. Because of them, I feel safe taking my beloved suv everywhere, even offroad. I recently moved to the area and didn't know where to go with my Benz, I heard about Europro on Radio. They were amazing from start to finish .Great service. Ryan was great to deal with , all the employees that I met very friendly easy to get along with. After a horrible experience with Audi Spokane (dealership) I took my car to Europro for its 60k mile service, they were great, quick, and informed me of any delays. They performed a great inspection of my vehicle, during the service which i appreciated. I thought something wasn't right with my Audi, but had nothing to pinpoint as it sounded and drove fine. They let me know my control arms are worn and need to be replaced, got me a quote and we're happy to let me figure out how to finance this in my own time and call back to get scheduled when I had the finances to get this fixed. I appreciate the non pushy attitude but happy to help experience. They are friendly and great, and I would highly doubt they try and swindle anyone. I received fantastic service from Europro at a very fair price. Ryan kept me informed from my very first contact with him. They fixed my Mercedes' problem in just one visit after the initial inspection. I wish I had tried them out years ago! Plus, they have a really nice waiting area with great coffee. I highly recommend their wonderful and very professional service.

Started and finished work as promised. Cost came in much lower than estimated which is always welcome. Given details of work done. My overall driving experience post repair was out of sight wonderful. I had been strongly considering junking my 2006 Audi A4 and now it feels like brand need automobile. These guys are better than first rate, EUROPRO was heavily booked so I had to wait quite a while before repairs were started. I considered going elsewhere but my sanity returned and I waited.I love my Audi and it is healthy again.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Engine repair

I ve been taking my Cooper to Europro for a couple of years from a clutch replacement, oil changes and this visit an oil gasket replacement. I trust Europro with their recommendations as well as keeping my car running well. The customer service is outstanding and trust is huge. I highly recommend Europro!Update: The best in the area. Great service- surprisingly not too expensive for foreign vehicle repair, at least in my experience. They replaced my heater blower and resistor quickly way ahead pf the time I expected. Also, every employee I came across was genuine and kind. Highly recommend! I live far away and their service is worth the drive.

When I bought a Mini Cooper Coupe I knew there might be unique challenges with parts and repairs. I had hopes for Europro. They were were helpful and courteous on the phone when making the appointment. However during service, the time estimates were ever changing and inaccurate, I was charged an excessive amount for parts I could have gotten through Summit for half as much, and the labor for a spark plug & coil switch was exorbitant. I accepted the estimates because they told me it could be another couple hours of labor. It wasn t. It took them less than 30 minutes labor. I tried to discuss these unrealistic charges, and my concerns & expectations related to labor and parts, but got nowhere that s what we charge period. It s very frustrating, unfortunate, to feel taken advantage of. Doubt I will return.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I asked them to find a vacuum leak they found it. I also asked them to look at my center consul because I felt a fuse was blown they looked at everything else except the looking at the center consul. I was already aware of the things they looked at so wasn t worthIt to me. However if I wasn t already aware of the things they did a good job . It s pricey to pay 178 for a diagnostic then have them to be like oh we need more money to diagnose what you asked for.I m thinking Your first check out the customers concerns and then you go for everything else around. So I m not happy.

I bought a 2014 S4 from a Utah dealership that hadn't been taken care of and as a result, I've had a lot of work done (under warranty thank goodness) by the team at EuroPro including new PCV, injectors, and mechatronic unit. They've done a great job servicing my car and I'm especially grateful for their shop foreman, Jesse. He took a lot of personal time to diagnose some of the issues with the S4 and responded to my texts even on weekends. The Mini Cooper doesn't have a dealer here in Spokane. Europro has filled that gap in service to provide great customer service and support. If you own a European vehicle this is your new service center.
