I really like this place, the shop, the floor I should say is beautiful, the bikes are many and many for options, these ppl are very nice and easy going, and seem very interested in helping you along the way after your purchase. If you are looking for a bike or something like it, this is one of the safest and comfortable atmospheres I ve ever been in, you can feel good about doing that here. They also delivered my bike right to my garage, the owner I believe, in a nice new truck and trailer.

Empire cycle was a pleasure to work with. Had a problem with My 2015 side-by-side, they spent countless time helping me. Most companies would have just turn their noses and send me on my way.. I highly recommend empire cycle. They are the best.

I was on a cross country motorcycle trip when I needed a new electrical part. Even though I was on my Harley this Triumph dealer was very helpful. They had the dongle I needed to get me on the road again. Thank you so much!

Good service. They made a couple mistakes but ordered new parts at no charge to me. Also gave me crash bars for the inconvenience. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the communication. I wish they would have called me when they made the mistakes. I had to call every few days to find out what was going on. I will go back. They did a good job and made it right when things were damaged. I would give them 4.5 stars if I could. UPDATE they found me some parts. I told them what I needed and they put in the effort to find I was looking for. Stayed in touch. I got my parts very fast. Updating the stars.

I appreciate the fact that Amy in service was able to get me scheduled in a timely manner. More importantly she was honest about their shop time. She estimated the hourly rate but it ended up being under the estimated time and they were able to save me a bit of funds because of that. I really appreciated that!!Took my bike in for yearly service. Austin did a great job of cleaning and lubing the chain as well as all the oil change and all the other maintenance. He also instilled a new fuel tank for me which I had bought to change the look of the bike and and there were many kind compliments from the staff about my color choice. Kevin in sales has always been very helpful.Empire Cycles rocks!! and I would recommend them to friends and family!!Empire

Bought my 2012 triumph America here 5 years ago. Been back many times, from sales, service, and parts. Overall an amazing team and always willing to help. I m a new rider and on my first bike but I will be back for all my future business. Highly recommended

I'm grateful that Empire continues to exist here in Spokane. I'm a timer when true motorcycle-first dealerships are dropping like flies it's nice to see Empire still focused on bikes and bike related apparel. Triumph motorcycles are a fantastic manufacturer to have in our relatively small market and I hope these guys stick around.

I typically always buy used toys. Wife and I decided to look into a Side by Side for the new year and after researching, found that we wanted a CF Moto ZForce 800ex. I checked with a dealer north of where I live and they acted like I was an alien coming into their shop asking about the 800. I decided I wouldn't spend my money there and move on.I inquired online about the one at Empire just before Christmas and Tony reached out. They were closed during the holiday week and I wasn't in a big hurry. Decided to go ahead and complete their online application and the owner reached out in a matter of minutes. While they were not open, she still was keeping connected with their customer base. In just a couple hours, she met me at their business and had the unit on my trailer. My wife was extremely surprised how quickly this all came together as was I.I couldn't be happier with their communication and dedication. She said they would be ready when I arrived and they were. No BS - we did the walk through for the SxS and off we went. They even provide a second air filter setup. I would recommend them. They seem to be good humans. :)

I have purchased two bikes from Kevin since moving to Spokane. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, both times. One bike was a new order from overseas, and one was a used Triumph from the showroom. Kevin got me good prices on both, with an even better competitive finance rate! Amy and Austin are great at both explaining mechanical problems to customers, as well as a very reasonable turn-around time for complex issues. Amy is very personable and reliable, always does her best to find answers - and is quick to return phone calls. Austin seems to find something to love about every motorcycle he touches, and is happy to connect with customers whenever possible - it is clear to me every time I take my Triumph in that he takes pride in his work. Finally, I had some warranty issues with the first bike that were fixed before I traded it in (at a fair price, thanks to Kevin) - and Kristin and the rest of the team made sure I recovered the difference on some work I had done on my second bike. I feel like the family at Empire has been passionate about getting me back on the road since I moved to Spokane, and they will be my go-to for as long as I live in the area!

I had a great experience with Kevin in sales getting me the H2 SX SE that had been sitting for so long with a reasonable price.The only downside to this beast was the rebuild Empire did of the front forks, but I won't fault the sales team for that. The front forks rebound setting cannot be adjusted due to a poor rebuild and will require a partial teardown at the minimum to fix. I can't fault someone for working on something they aren't specialized in.

I have yet to purchase anything...'YET'.However I reached out to Empire regarding some information and Kristin replied to my inquiry very quickly, on her day off, and after hours.I was very impressed because I had but a simple question that often times has been overlooked and never replied to by other dealers.Kristin made me feel appreciated though I was not a current customer.Plus, Kevin also contacted me as follow-up to my exchange with Kristin.These folks are rock-stars in my book and I will be meeting them in person soon.If you want to feel appreciated and that your questions and concerns matter than go to Empire Cycle.These folks make you feel like you are more important than a simple sale. Where other dealers fail, Empire will prevail.Thank you Kristin and Kevin.

Empire Cycle is wonderful. I went originally went in for a simple tire swap, and was alerted of a recall on the stock tires. I would have never known had they not told me. They took care of everything rapidly, and handled all the paperwork with Husqvarna. I went in fully expecting to be $300 out the door. I was out the door $0, and the work was done within a half hour. Their tech was very knowledgeable when confronted about some beginner questions. I have been met with friendly courtesy with each and every interaction, and have received prompt service from both parts and service.I wish I had bought the machine from them originally. It was purchased in a time when this specific bike was difficult to obtain. They fully understood, and continue to treat me as if I purchased their entire inventory. The folks at Empire have gone above and beyond time after time since. I will be looking to Empire Cycle for my motorsport needs in the future. They truly treat their customers in a refreshing manor.

Great people. I ordered parts to be shipped to me. Tony took the call, ensured they truly had it in stock, sold and shipped it to me.Part arrived with damage, but not shipping damage, small amount of surface corrosion to the slip on silencers. Tony worked with me on that as well and the solution was more than satisfactory. I d do business here again.

Bought a tiger here, this was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. No deliberations, because the price was correct upfront and matched other sources. None of the usual dealership markup attempting to take more money from you than what you are paying for. On top of that they threw in some hats and tshirts. If I could buy a car from this place I would, but the next time I need a bike this is where I'm going for sure.

I had a positive experience in every department along my way during purchase & delivery of my very slightly used Triumph Trophy SE. Outstanding customer service. Answered all of my questions and pointed out related information from an enthusiast perspective. Even though I was up front about "just looking" my lengthy list of questions were answered from a friendly and knowledgeable staff who had no problem demonstrating/showing parts and features on the floor models. All this while juggling their time between several customers.I returned a few days later with my wife and we made our purchase. Zero pressure, zero sales pitch, no bs when it came to signing papers. I felt like a customer, a rare feeling in the recent market. To top it all off they even delivered our purchase! I have already recommended them to a friend thinking of buying. Thank you!

Some years ago I needed a very obscure wiring clip for a restoration project. I had been everywhere, looked in every book, online, went to every shop and got nowhere. It was such a rare part that nobody even wanted to get involved, just referring me to the other guy. I just took the chance as Empire was on my way home. I went in and told the parts guy what I was looking for and he knew what I needed! He says that he thinks they have a new old wire harness that might have what I seek. He disappeared for a bit while I window shopped (lots of eye candy in this place!). When he came out he had my part, my holy grail of electrical plugs. Even though it was a used part, I was willing to pay any number he through at me! He knew he had me, "how much?" I ask, he tells me not to worry about it, that it's trash to them. I was so impressed because I'm a nice guy too, and that's exactly what I would have done.So this act of kindness puts this place on my radar. And it lead to a relationship that ended with a brand new Triumph for the wife! I still have to wait a couple years for mine. But in the meantime their service department takes care of typical maintenance on my bike, even though it's not their brand! Every other place tells me to take it to my dealer but I don't like my dealer. Can you say rip-off? And the work that Empire service has done for me has been exceptional! This is coming from someone who has spent a lifetime in the motorsports industry. Amy and her folks are on top things and communication is a strong point with this department. No mistakes so far, and I'm not surprised.Sales is another story. But it's similar one. You walk into this place and it has the small town dealer feel. There is no pressure what so ever! You don't have to haggle or argue or wait while your salesman goes to talk to the mystery man. With bike sales these days I know that dealers have little wiggle room (like almost none!). It's not like a high volume car dealer. With that being said, we optioned the hell out of the Tiger and they were in my opinion, very generous with what we were charged for installation.I don't know very many folks that work here, but the people that I have met have found their niche in life. I seriously doubt that they have a big sales meeting before Saturday opening to discuss sales tactics. It's just not that kind of store and that's why we'll be back!

I bought 3 CFMOTO ATVs from Kevin and the crew at Empire and have since sent multiple friends to buy from them who have collectively bought 6 CFMOTOs from them as well. From sales to parts to service everyone has been great. Amy in service is fantastic. I like how they manage their shop. They schedule you an actual appointment so you know when your machine will actually be looked at. None of that drop it off and we will get to it when we can junk that other dealers around do. These people run a great business and are honest. I highly recommend Empire cycle to all my friends and family.

Thank you Kristin and Amy and all the crew at Empire for helping me get on my way on my motorcycle touring. Coming back to the shop late on a Friday night to allow me to drop off my kawasaki nomad with a flat and then working it into your service schedule on Saturday when I know you were already backed up was definitely appreciated, and over and above what I ever expected. Your efforts allowed me to continue on with my compatriots touring the Pacific Northwest Thank you!! Thank you!! Can t say it enough. Cheers

One of the best overall buying experiences of a vehicle ever. All associates were friendly, not high pressure, professional, and answered many of my questions. They were patient, explained and showed me examples of accessories. And I got a great bike out of it!All of my follow up appts from service to parts have been easy, quick and professional as well. Everyone here is beyond friendly and helpful. I will keep coming back for anything I need related to my Triumph.

Outstanding service, took my speedy in because of poor mgp. Service dept were amazing Amy got me all booked in and Austin took care of my speedy. Got a call a couple hours later stating it was ready, they explained all the work that was done. When I got my bike Austin came out to talk about all the work that was done...he has a real passion for what he does. My speedy has never been so crisp and totally amazing to ride. Superb customer service 100% will go back thank you all so much...
