What lovely service and friendly staff! They were excellent at communicating about how much longer I d be waiting, at various intervals of my visit. They also bent over backwards when they didn t have the exact tires in stock that I d purchased online and I m incredibly happy with the snows I purchased. What a wonderful experience!!

Had them install 2 new tires while traveling. I decided to go toDiscount tire because of the excellent service I have received at many other locations across the country.Unfortunately it took all day for installation then on the road I had to have them balanced due to a severe vibration. Both tires were improperly balanced and they found that one of the valve stems hadn't been replaced and was leaking. I would avoid THIS LOCATION as they simply do not care about you or your safety.

Great price on tires and was able to do quick financing with down payment. They were done in the estimated time they gave and a few months later tires are still doing great! The online portal was not the best for full set up. It was easier to just schedule an appt and go in and talk with them

Never disappointed when I go to Discount Tire! (Valley or North Spokane)They are always honest with me and never try to sell me what I don't want or need! Now, if only they did alignments I'd never go anywhere else! Their customer service is always top notch as well! I have yet to have a bad experience with them in 10 years no matter what car/truck I've had!Shout out to Joey in the Valley for this trip!

Got a screw in my tire at about 8am this morning on the way to work and just stopped in with no appointment. They had an opening and got me back on the road within an hour. Amazing people and work ethic.

My husband and I stopped in this afternoon to get some tire and wheel quotes and Emiliano M. was tremendously helpful to us! He was quite knowledgeable and really took his time with us even though it was quite busy this afternoon. We really appreciate his thoroughness and attentiveness to us. When you use this business for their services, ask for Emiliano! He really goes above and beyond for his customers.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received having my winter tires installed. These guys are fast, professional, super friendly and helpful. Aidin was excellent at arranging the installation and the guy who brought me my keys (20 minutes earlier than expected) was also so nice. They are working so hard and still take the time to be thorough and courteous. I so appreciate the great value and excellent service, as well as the confidence of knowing that when the snow comes, I'll be rocking new blizzaks all the way down Argonne to work.

Called to get help & the person was great - told me to come in if I had any issues scheduling.Came in and was helped by someone else, told me how bad of a day he was having the whole time and I tried to give my apologies and not make his day any harder. Prefaced and apologized that I have no knowledge about anything about cars but have the exact tires my dad looked up and told me I needed. This associate made me feel dumb anytime he asked questions and I didn t know the answer, even though I had prefaced I really don t know much about cars but could put my dad on the phone. Also asked a question about their zero financing credit card because I had just gotten it and he was annoyed and said he doesn t deal with that stuff and that I have to talk to the company that does. Just was wanting to make sure I was getting the deal that Discount Tire offers and would have been fine if he didn t know - just would ve been nice to not again feel dumb for asking a simple question. Left feeling frustrated and even had to call back to reschedule my appointment since I was frazzled and wanted to get out asap, I ended up feeling pressured to schedule the morning after a wisdom tooth surgery I was having.Came in for the actual appointment and was greeted by lovely workers and treated MUCH kinder. 4 people helped in total and 3 of the 4 were fantastic! Totally recommend this place, just stinks to not know a lot about cars and feel called out and embarrassed in a busy lobby filled with a bunch of other men. Overall, very happy with my new tires though! Thankful for the 3 men that were helpful and kind!

Very disappointed with discount tire today.. I had to have my wife go in to get a tire changed, and they told me over the phone that it should be around 90 total. Well my wife left there with a 220 dollar bill. They gave no receipt and basically told her they broke a tpms sensor and had to replace it? Wish people had the decency not to screw someone over just because they don't know what is happening. Unless you guys reach out and explain yourselves, I most likely will never go back. So embarrassing....

I had some issues with a new set of tires for my pickup and Jason did a great job getting to the bottom of things and doing the right thing. Nice to have a new tire store to call home. Thanks for the good service.

Discount Tire is great if you are ready to spend money, once you have they don t care quite as much. My last big tire purchase I noticed how much they were asking me to spend on insurance. I asked them to take insurance off and they negotiated an insurance coverage that was $200 less. Within three days, I got a screw in my tire. Now walk-ins are unwelcome and the best they can do is see me in a week and a half.

I turned to the Discount Tire on Sprague when my tire went flat on Saturday, Dec. 23, 2023. My dad and I went inside the shop and told the staff member the issue. He came outside right away and examined my tire that was flat. He found an obvious slash in the tire that was responsible for the flat. He explained that it was probably too big for a patch job but gave us an option if we wanted to go that route. I decided to purchase a new tire and he offered a comparable option to the tires I already had on my car for $150. I was relieved at that price. It took about two hours for my car to make it through the que and for the work to be done. The person who took my payment was kind and considerate. So far my car is driving great. Hopefully it won t be for a long time, but I will definitely visit Discount Tire again when my vehicle tires need attention.

I ordered tires a month ago that showed 1-3 day availability. Scheduled the appointment and nothing was said about the tires not being there. Finally show up for my appointment today and the tires are still not here after almost a full month. They never called to say the tires were not there either. They offered to switch to a different tire that was in stock that a completely different style and was almost $300 more per tire. Never offered a discount to switch either. The only good part was that I got my money back and can spend it somewhere else. I just wish I could get back the whole day I had to set aside to get the tires installed initially

So accommodating when I really needed it most!I almost got into a car accident yesterday when it snowed pretty hard. I was very concerned about going into work the following day so I bought a set of tires that night (they were in stock) and called to see if I could get in first thing the next morning (despite them being booked out for weeks). The rep on the phone was so great and accommodating despite how busy I m sure they are. I am now in the parking lot about to go in and am just so grateful that now I just need to be worried about others hitting me vs me hitting them Such a blessing. Thanks for offering me peace of mind Discount! Oh, and they had this seasonal discount online where if I made and logged into an account, they d give me $110 off my purchase. Costed me around $450 in total. As a broke college student, I am so grateful Edit: it looks like based on other reviews, not everyone gets to be as lucky as I got. Fair warning as others have had a hard time being able to get prompt appointments when needed.

I ve had positive experiences at Discount Tires at many sites across the country, but would not recommend the Spokane Valley location. I dropped off a tire needing replaced on Wednesday. They said it was not in stock, but that it should be there either Thursday or Friday. Called Friday, they said it d be there Saturday. Called Saturday, they said it should be there Monday. I finally asked if the other location in town had the tire in stock, they did. 15 of them. I ended up going back to Spokane Valley to pick up my wheel and take it across town to get it replaced at the location on Division. The Division location had the tire changed within 40 minutes. Spokane Valley had charged $154.70 for the new tire. The Division location charged $117.08.

Repaired my tire for free, and I didn't have to purchase the tires at the store to get the free repair. I have purchased tires here in the past, though, for another vehicle. They don't have all the extra services and warranty that Les Swab has, like rotations or alignments,etc. Just tires,so,4 stars. I'm not sure if they do wheels either. Good prices.

I wanted my front tires moved to the back of my car and I wanted my studded tires put on the front of my car but they told me they wouldn't move the tires and I could only have the studded tires put on the back. My car is front wheel drive. Then when my service was done I was told that they threw away my back tires because they were bald. My husband and I check my tires every time we perform an oil change which was only yesterday and my tires were fine! They would not give me my tires back and now I have to buy new tires in three months!

Peyton put some air in our tires and was efficient and so helpful. He informed me my tires are 10 years old (bummer) but recommened I come by sometime for some news ones! I have gotten air in my tires quite a few times (they arent doing too well lol) in the last couple months and he's the first to inform me of the age (we bought this car used last year)! Great, speedy, friendly service, and convenient location too.

So I call to see about the least expensive tires available for my truck. 245/75/16. They quoted me 764.00. That s funny cause their store up north quoted me 563.00 out the door. HUMM??? Something feels a little bit fishy. Over 200.00 more for the same company. That s not a good look for them. I was specific in my request. How can that be??? CAN YOU GUESS WHICH STORE I LL GOING TO. LOL

Had tires installed, price was good and it was done quick. You know what they say about fast, cheap, and quality, pick two. The front passenger tire was at 71psi and the rear passenger was at 52. Tires are rated at 51 max and the car calls for 38. They blamed it on a faulty auto inflator which is understandable, but not checking manually afterwards is not.

I never leave reviews and am pretty sure this is my first. I came in to get a slow leak fixed in one of my tires. I was told I had to wait until the 21st to be seen, that they can t just get me in without one. I don t know about anyone else, but I can t wait 20 days to have my tire fixed. The 2 people before me had the exact same thing with NO appointment and was able to be seen. I always buy my tires from Discount and can fully understand being busy, but how is it the 2 people standing I line before me were able to be seen with no appointment but I m not. Make it make sense. Customer service here is not where it needs to be.

Awesome job, even though they wer 20 minutes behind schedule, they were beyond kind and welcoming. Even hearing them having fun in the bays brought a smile to my face. We all get behind schedule, that's totally normal. And these guys deal with every challenging customer with grace and a smile on their faces. Thank you for all that you guys do. Good job GM for all your work improving the customer experience and being kind to your staff.

My name is Val and I am spending my time to write one of the most disappointing experiences I ever had.I order tires/rims package on line. The shipment arrived to this location for install. I called and I was told just to show up. I went on Friday1/3/23 at 3pm. The appointment desk person told me that they are booked and to gbring the car next day 8am-8:30am. I went at 8:30 to drop my keys since I had an appointment. The appointment person told me that I didn't have an appointment and go back in line. After all Michael was the next person to serve me and told me my car will be ready at 8pm. I received a phone call at 6:29pm with a message that I have to go pick my car before 7pm or I have to wait until Monday. Well my wife went shopping knowing that I have to pick up the car at 8pm. I needed the car for Sunday and had to get Uber and spend extra money.

I got a new set of tires put in they were super friendly. It took them a little bit longer than they thought but they kept me updated and apologized. I would highly recommend going there but I suggest making an appointment or you may be waiting upwards of 6 hours depending on the day.

Took forever to get an apt..busy season I get it..had to get the back tires first..reschedule 4 weeks later for front have a slow leak in one.?? Pretty disappointing so will go back..hopefully get me in and fixed before spring. Front crew is awesome tho..they understand the wait and struggle.

I have always come here they have helped me more then I can count. My friend from out of town came to spokane for a funeral and parked outside my house and random slashing of tires happend. (Never happened before) of course sidewall knife slash is not fixable so she had to get a new tire. Full coverage insured and they only cover if more then 250.00 total B.S. I was telling them that we both are broke and our best friend of about 35 yrs died of cancer only 48. The manager heard me and got on his computer and totally helped us out with a great deal. Got new tire and was finished in less then 20 min. Thank you discount tire for being compassion and empathy and understanding. Also for being human. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Every time I called they had no idea about anything to do with my car. I dropped it off for a 2:15 appt and somehow they didn t even realize I had an appt when I called to see if it was ready. I got a new set of tires from them in June 2023 and in August 2023 I ran over a nail so they patched it. Well their patch job was horrible because within a week it starts going flat again. I take it back in yesterday (December 7th 2023) and they somehow say it s fixed and I ask if they replaced the tire and they said no.. just patched it up. What?? The car needs a new tire? Why wouldn t you call me and see how I want to proceed. Not to mention he had to put me on hold because he had no idea I even had an appt, yet it was somehow fixed? Super fishy. Probably won t be going to them anymore for tires unless they can somehow make this right. I ll just try Les Schwab. (Update December 18th my tire is going flat again. So they fixed nothing!)

Every time I go here these people are really nice and try to accommodate my cars needs. Gage and Mike and EVERYONE idk your names ,are so reliable and FAST! Considering it's snow time and all. I just think you're RAD!
