This business and the owners are the absolute best in the nation as far as I am concerned!! I will always bring my vehicle problems to them!! They do the best quality work imaginable and are old school real!! I so appreciate what they did for me!! I brought my truck in around 3:30 pm and they instantly got me in and fixed my muffler at an amazing price because I told them I didn't have money due to ongoing L&I and since I couldn't afford a complete redo as advised they fixed it temporarily until I can get it done!! They did such an amazing job!! I will never go anywhere else!! God bless them and what they did for me!! You want honest excellence you see them!! I can't thank them enough!!

I now understand the negative reviews about the staff s attitude. One guy was nice and tried to help, but the other (probably the owner) yelled me out of the store. I understand that businesses have the right to refuse service for certain issues, but there has to be a better way to turn customers down.I didn t get help here and also went to BJ s muffler, they helped me no problem.

Great experience here at Discount Muffler. Very quick work. Very clean waiting area w/hot coffee. They were able to fix the problem with minimal cost.

If 0 stars was an option that d be the correct answer. Don t even waste your time to attempt using them. I m all for supporting small local businesses, but not these guys.

I had a problem with the sound of my damaged exhaust and was embarrassed everywhere I went. These guys were not only fast on repairing my problem but it was affordable price on this day and age. Thanks guys!!!!

Did a great job at first but the bolts to the cat did not last, They were unable to fix it quickly, another 2 hours to get it on a lift as they don t do appointments , so had to take my business elsewhere.. Glad they stay busy, but fixing mistakes should take top priority, not shoulder shrugging.

Five stars for the work and how quick they are. One star for the attitude of the dude working there. Don't understand why he was so rude. Learn how to speak to people and respect your customers. Thanks for the work but won't be going back or recommending to anyone.

I have had some work done here, and it was good, quality work. I needed my downpipe replaced, and they did it fairly quickly and at a good price. The reason for the three stars is because on the two occasions that I have come here, the man at the front desk has treated me fairly coldly -- some would even say rudely. Both times I have been spoken to in a condescending manner, and treated as though I don't know anything and that the reasons for my exhaust issues were my fault. Even if they were, it's best to not tell that to a customer.Service: Exhaust

The welding service was quick and efficient... they were very professional and had our exhaust pipe totally welded up and the J hook hangers replaced before I even finished my cup of coffee in the waiting area.I checked out the Welding after I got back to the house and they really set a nice bead... very good Weld. I was pleasantly surprised that it was exactly as it should be without a sinlge flaw anywhere that could form another starting point for a crack... it was all solid and beautifully done... no minor feat for an overhead circumference weld!

I saved a lot of money coming here to have a piece welded for my 1st gen hybrid exhaust. It's easy to get to this location and has other shops and services nearby to kill time if you are waiting out your repair. I recommend stopping at this shop if you hear exhaust noise because it could be an easier fix. They'll let you know.

A couple of weeks ago when passing through my tail pipe rusted through at the muffler and broke off. I was referred to Discount Muffler by another Muffler shop that was to busy to do anything for us. The people at Discount Muffler were great! They had us back on the road in under an hour. Great job, thanks Discount Muffler!

My exhaust flex joints in my Saturn were really bad got them fix by discount muffler the price was great and the workers were very knowledgeable figured it would take a long time too do as they had too cut replace and then weld it all back together but got me in and out within an hour and a half and there were 3 cars in front of me these guys are fast and good at what they do my car went from sounding like Sherman tank to purring like a kitty I will definitely be recommending discount muffler too everybody I know

Brought my old 85 Nissan 720 in today with a megnaflow muffler. These guys gave me an instant quote of $102 did the job and had me out the door with a new exhaust in 30 minutes. Thanks guys, good work.

Fast and easygoing is the service motto here. They fix most problems with an inexpensive and quick weld. Before you buy a new muffler, see what they can do for you.

Very poor experience. Called yesterday for an estimate on a muffler install and the person I spoke with seemed to be in a poor mood, but said they could get it done in a few hours. Showed up today and said they couldn t do it because of the snow? No offer to make an appointment/time to come back and again seemed angry I even asked. Taking my business elsewhere (BJs Muffler, great service)

Was having trouble hooking muffler to the exhaust hangers. Went in with no appointment. He immediately put it on the rack and fixed it in less then five minutes and didn t charge me anything. Great survive, thankyou
