I went in to see about getting a gasket/seal installed between the truck bed and canopy. Since I bought both items used and separately, I was not certain they would fit together properly.My bigger caution was that as a woman in a "dude environment"you run the risk of being overpowered by service providers knowing what is best for you without listening to what you need or know.Not the case with this crew. They listened to my request and concerns and made every effort to address and solve the problem. They removed the canopy from the truck, analyzed the whole situation, paying attention to every detail and worked from that perspective. They found solutions to all issues and took no shortcuts or sloppy workmanship.They truly looked out for my best interest.If you want a job done properly and with care, these are the people to help you.Sali Combelic, Spokane.

Had a great experience with Cole purchasing a bed cover on our new GMC Sierra. He helped us select just what we wanted and it was awesome to see the mock-ups in person.

Super personal service. Super responsive. Did a number on my Tundra and every time I asked for an option that didn t exists for the make and model, they always tried to understand my goals and figure out a work around; never making me feel dumb.

I had a great experience at Custom Truck. They were super professional, got me in quick, and had competitive pricing. I had them install custom roof rails on my truck, and they turned out very good :) Room for both bikes and Kayaks wherever we go!

I just had a spray in bed liner and Tonneau cover installed they definitely do the best work in town if you are going to get a spray in bed liner I can assure you they are the best.

We had a shattered rear window on our older Leer canopy and Kevin was quick to find us a replacement. We made an appointment to have it installed when it came in. They installed it on time and it turned out great! It makes the canopy look new again. We could not be happier with the quality of their work and how well we we treated.

Called Kevin just for a new set of keys but had to buy the lock. He is super nice and helpful and tried to find the keys. We unfortunately couldn t get them but he did make a call. We also couldn t get to the location and was willing to hold it for quite a long time. So pleasant on the phone. Seems like he loves his job. Alway shop local!! Thank you sir.

Business as it should be! Can t say if they are the best price in town because I have no idea. I have never been a price shopper, we all need to make a living! They had the right product and a price that seemed fair to me. I am more concerned with the quality of work, communication and service, honestly then price and they delivered! I was kept aware of what was happening with my truck, they communicated what I should expect and followed up when changes needed to be made. I know I am not their only customer but I always felt like I was a priority. I never have been able to understand why people want the cheapest price and the least amount of labor? When you pay what you do for new diesel trucks these days I want someone who will take pride in the quality of work that they put into my vehicle and I feel like they did that for a fair price so..... Thank you Custom Truck! I will be back for my future vehicle needs and will make sure to recommend you to everyone I know!

I had a topper installed this past Saturday (in less than 20 minutes!). And today I closed my tailgate and it jammed shut. Kevin, the owner, said come on over and we ll see what we can do. They had to remove my tailgate and fix the locking mechanism this was my truck s issue and wouldn t take any money! What a phenomenal experience!! These guys are simply THE BEST!!!! I give them 6 !!!!!

These guys are so kind and great to work with! I called about having a hitch installed on my Mazda for a bike rack, I got a great quote and they were able scheduled me for the job reasonably quick. Shorty after hanging up they called me back to make sure if my bike rack needed a 1 1/4 or a 2 hitch just so there would be no mistakes about it fitting. I really appreciate their thoroughness, these guys really care. Thank you so much!

Friendly staff and above and beyond service!Update: I purchased a topper for my 2012 Ram, I went to close one of the side windows and it shattered on me, an obviously confusing and mildy frustrating. I called the guys at custom truck expecting I'd be on the hook as all my digging on Leers warranty was showing those windows as "not covered by Leer" after a week of fighting with Leer they gave me a call to let me know they got it approved!!!! Really thankful the guys at Customs Truck were so willing to help and put in the work to get this issue resolved! Couldn't be happier with my Leer and even more confident using it knowing there's a strong team to stand behind it. Will definitely be doing business with thes guys in the future and hoping these guys stick around for years to come. If you have a truck you're doing yourself a massive disservice if you're not taking it to these guys first! Thank you Kevin and the Team at custom truck for provide such killer service!!!

We just had Custom Truck put a shell on the back of our 2016 Chevy Silverado. It looks great and we were happy with the quality of the workmanship. Most impressive was the excellent customer service. They went way above and beyond to get things done in a timely manner and even delivered the vehicle when we ran into a conflict. As a small business owner myself, I understand and appreciate excellent customer service. Thanks to Rob and his team for providing that for me!

Nice guys, good customer service....But they are extremely expensive!! for a grill insert on my Toyota Tacoma they wanted $350, I went to Snow's Auto and they did it for $75!!! Even with a Groupon coupon you will still pay double than anyone else.... and then they will respond to your review saying you have a cheap grille insert, even though they haven't even seen it... My buddy also went to them and asked to get their bed cover repaired and they wanted 1500 for it, he left went somewhere else and they only charged him 600. So if you want to spend an arm and a leg go to custom truck!

I had a spray in bed liner done on my 2013 Toyota Tundra, the staff was professional and pleasant. I was told the process would take about 3 to 4 hours. Much to my surprise I was cashing out and driving off in a smidge under 2 hours!! The bed liner looks great. I was very satisfied with the work done and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business if you need a spray in bed liner or any other truck customization !!

I spoke with Kevin at Custom Truck about issues with my canopy back latches not closing properly. I drove into town with only 5 minutes to spare before they closed. Not only did Kevin know exactly what was wrong with my 20 year old canopy but he gave me some great service as well. He went out of his way to go the extra mile to assist me. Thank you & great service!!

The staff was outstanding! Hands done a much better experience than their competition! I spoke to a few other businesses and they were just used car salesman!! Custom Truck was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to work with me! I would highly recommend them anytime!

The mechanic that fixed my back flip on my pickup was extremely professional and actually fixed what needed to be done in a way that it should never happen again. It was installed initially improperly buy a truck dealership. I would go there again to have anything fixed that they might work on.

I took my car to Custom Truck because I was having issues with my ignition interlock. The guys there were so friendly and helpful! The service was very quick as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I appreciate all of their help so much!!!

The crew at Custom Truck were both courteous and professional as they asked me questions to help determine the best product to purchase for my needs. They are competitively priced and are customer service oriented. I highly recommend Custom Truck for spray in bed liners for a quality product at a fair price.

If you don't carry apart just tell me. If you try and convince me that the part I am looking for can only be found in a dealer but I can get different varieties at Amazon and eBay it just means that you're ignorant. That's why people shop online today instead of trusting a counter person that doesn't know what they're talking about
